This is a REALLY great version of Mahjong and is the same as the popular Free Mahjong website which we’ve played and enjoyed for years. Im thrilled we can now get it on our iPad! We dont understand why people are complaining about ads on a free app that offers a Remove Ads feature for a small fee. Or because its difficult. How are the people who made it expected to be rewarded? At least with the app you can remove the ads, unlike the website, and the difficulty is part of the charm, and always has been. Dont listen to the negativity, if you like the website version, youll love this version too.
This is an excellent game which tests your knowledge and skills. Great graphics and wonderful gameplay. One of the perfect working puzzle game on our Iphone.. LOVE THIS APP.

Get rid of these freaking ADS.
We love mahjong and this game is pretty good. We like that it works in landscape and portrait orientation on the iPhone. The biggest drawback is the absence of background music. This fact influences the gameplay for us.
We couldn’t get the app to load. It took a while, and sadly we wanted to try it out.
This application has good interface and design, but the adverts are the disappointed part. Waiting for an ad-ons free version. Thanks.
We like this game. We do not like the fact that it takes so long to get another game up after one is completed. We see no place to get it going again. If there is a secret we wish someone would let us in on it.
Since the software update,, now an add for another game Im not in the least bit interested in, suddenly pops up right in the middle of the game. Very irritating and breaks your concentration. We may just delete this game.
We do love mahjong but this app has too many ads. Need to reduce those!
The game is great. But we paid for the stats functionality and it does NOT work! Stats are stuck on 1 game played, 2 games won for 200% won – that does not compute. 4 stars for the game, 2 stars for the purchased modules.
This version of the Mahjong tiles game is by far the most difficult. We feel like its testing our frustration levels. We like to figure out how to win each game. Being that there are duplicated character tiles on top of each other, we think there should be a viewing ability to see whats underneath each set of tiles. We would like to see a replay of the same game, to see what we can remember from the previous game played. Each game should be numbered, so we have a record of the games played. With these additional features we would have rated this game five stars.
The new version is very distracting with so many pop up ads and its very annoying. We love playing this game but Im becoming frustrated every time Im ready to make a move and an ad pops up. Change the frequency of the ads. Im not interested in them.
We are so disappointed. Been waiting and waiting for this app as we LOVE the online version. Alas at the end of each game we are trapped watching ridiculous videos of childish games in which we have ZERO interest, with no way to close them until they are over. We will GLADLY pay for a version of this mahjong without the adverts but until that comes out, we are done playing.
This P.O.S. Is frustrating and un winnable the only reason we gave this thing one star is we had to so we could warn you off. Just to be fair we paid extra for the statistics in order to track gameplay we’ve played the game on and off about one year with an impressive 44% win rate. So if you enjoy loosing this app is perfect. If you buy this buy the statistics track your game play and write a fair review.
What is up! We already paid for ads free play and you’re charging us again! This is not cool . Good game except for the ads. Make it right.
You cant even win if you use show moves. Why dont you fix it?
We are accustomed to being exposed to advertising that supports free games, but we were truly disappointed and surprised to be subjected just now to the lewd graphic images that accompany an add for an adult game. Please be more sensitive!
