When we finish a level and want to play the next level , we keep getting notifications that we have to update the game but the game is always a different game than the one we are playing and often dont have the game on our device at all.
We loved this game until recently where we were forced to upgrade and lost all our progress. We cannot remember exactly what level we were at but it was way over level 1100. We do not see any where we can reach out for help to get our progress back which is also frustrating.

We started playing this game and loved it, until we were on level 47 and a message popped up saying we had to download the newer version, so we did and it lost all our progress. It has done this to us at least 4 times where it lost our progress and made us start over! Very frustrating and we signed in using FB so we thought it would have saved our progress.
