Why do you have to pay to unlock stuff.
We dont like to look in the style of this game since May, why did the characters reverse age? If you could change this game back to Pango storytime (or at least Pango games and stories). Your icon looks exactly like the sago mini world icon, your icon has pango in a yellow circle. Sago mini world has the exact same thing, but with a dog (Harvey) and the circle is green instead. And why hasnt your YouTube channel released a video in seven or eight months, maybe you guys dont like your channel anymore? If none of this happened, we wouldve still liked this app.

We can only get access to 2 stories! The app says that we need to subscribe to The Pango Team in order to get access to all the stories! How sad is this.
We downloaded the app, but theres no sound; tried to delete the app and reinstall multiple times it didnt work. Had to cancel the subscription.

Hello! Id like to start with saying that, Im 10 years old and Ive loved Pango apps since we were 5! Our one suggestion is, can you please add more stories? It would make this game funner for us, and kids all over the globe! :) thank you! :).
Do not download this game because it is so bad plzzzzzzzzzz fix it.
We are subscribed and pay monthly but the fox story is not working. It doesnt make sense for it to say locked and we cant get any info about why it is.
So…the new stories we see that are locked in app do not really exist? The fox policeman and squirrel horseman are the new stories we see but they are locked no matter what we do. We are an annual subscriber for our daughters love all Pango apps. Then we tried a different iPad, and the two new stories are not there at all. We are very confused right now, please help.

Every time we try to open the app the screen is just gray! Wish they would fix it.
It's a neat app but it's a 2.99 a month subscription. It looks like they took away the option to buy individual areas. We would not have downloaded if we had known. There's not enough content to justify a subscription; it would be like having to buy our kid's dolls over and over again every month – just absurd.
We purchased every story on this app and NOW! That we updated the app those purchase mean nothing because you now have to get an annual membership for the game!!! That is some Money hungry developers there. We suppose it is Far easier to make someone buy again, what they already bought, rather than develop new products. We are completely and fully disappointed as we are sure others will be.
Our 3.5 yrs old son loves this game. However we were unable to purchase additional game. Our phone is not restricted for purchasing or anything.
All our in app purchases have been deleted. How do we get them back this is our daughters favorite game. We've bought all the stories and she was playing them and they just stopped working.
Our 5 year old daughter absolutely loves all Pango apps. She wakes up talking about them and is always so excited to play when she gets iPad time. If you go to their web page they have coloring page downloads for FREE with all of the characters. Our daughter was stoked when we printed them out for her. We definitely recommend these apps.
Cute stories. Our kid saw it on YouTube and asked to get it. Its a free app but offers in app purchases. There is one free story and 5 paid stories at .99 each or there is an option full version for $6.99. It seems they want unsuspecting people to just buy the full version without realizing what they are actually buying. This is why it gets 2 stars. Seems deceitful. We understand its only $2. Its the principal.
