Enough with the 2 segment ads! They take forever.
Cant even get chance to play anything bc of so many ads pop up constantly,so annoying & we honestly wouldnt hve thought pch would have been the app to have so many ads just saying was very disappointed,thought was actually going to be a legit app to play games & win some actual prizes/cash anything,doesnt seem like it to us .

Some of the ads have an indicator of how much time is left before we can trigger the next event (return to the card we are playing) but those that dont are distracting. A countdown timer or circle-closing indicator are appropriate. Lack of an indicator is not.
This is a decent game but the overwhelming amount of ads it makes you watch takes all the fun out of it and leaves you feeling frustrated.
This takes entirely to long to complete these entries this was way faster on our computer we dont have all day to dedicate to this. WAY to slow slow ALL Day!!!!!
Too time consuming when added to eight or twelve additional searches/ viewing. Even after purchasing from PCH, the amount of games, searches, emails a day are overwhelming.
Why does it freeze so much? We do this for fun not to watch a frozen screen.
We have been playing this sweepstakes for years and the odds of winning anything is very slim to non. Most of the people that we have seen win this are old. We have a better chance of being struck by lightning five times before winning anything let alone a dollar. With that being said it is still free and the possibility is still there. You can’t complain about the app when it’s free and the possibility to win is still possible. We bet you will never stop playing it, so stop complaining about it. A coworker of ours won $17,000 from PCH so we know it’s possible. What we would do with $7000 a week for life will change our life forever and the people around us. Money is nothing when that is your only Objective. What the money can do is where the dream lies and that is in serving and helping others. All we can do is dream and imagine the what winning this sweepstake would do for our family and I.
PCH Lotto USED to be fun and FAIR!!! Now, we get MAYBE 4,000-8,000 tokens when we’ve played MOST of our cards. IF Im lucky, we MIGHT hit 15,000 for ALL of our cards. What happened? We USED to win (even if it was only $5) and we used to get bigger token rewards!!!

We have been playing for years and we’ve only gained five dollars. We’ve been doing this EVERYDAY for years. With the amount of time we’ve put into this everyday we would have thought Id have hit something. The actual lotto we’ve hit $100 many times playing less. Thats not good customer service or even customer retention. Astounding. This is still true years after posting this.
Too many commercials, it takes too long to play the game.

We like it and its easy to use, but there are SOOOOOOOO many ads! Just in between picking numbers theres an ad! We get you have to make money but its pretty unusable about time consuming!
The app continually crashes and freezes after it playing certain ads, giving the black screen of death – forcing reboots. There is also occasionally a banner or other graphic inexplicably blocking the game controls – also forcing a reboot. The last two updates to the app have made this worse. After playing this app for over two years, we dont think we’ve won a single thing. Play other PCH games or the website versions of lotto games instead, with fewer ads.
