Hey the app dont work it dont let us play the slot machines or anything.
Have been playing for a while, games are good….IF you can get them to load. Tried finding customer support link, there are none that work. We've tried turning off our VPN, logging off Wi-Fi, nothing works. We think we'll just keep collecting free coins and hope that bugs are fixed sometime in the future. The loyalty program is great. But the app developers are lazy. They will put out a new game that cannot be loaded or played, which means customers and players miss out on the challenges and opportunities to win additional points and credits, because it needs an update in order to load the new game and by the time they get their act together to put out the update AFTER the new game launch, the challenge to gain free credits for playing the new game is already over. Someone needs to pay attention, get rid of the lazy developers in this world with qualified people desperate to work and actually get someone in there who can figure out how marketing and deadlines work so that the users of the app arent the ones constantly on the losing end. Its getting annoying.
We warned you, worst online casino ever.
We havent been able to play anything on the app for about 2 weeks. It keeps saying theres a 500 error server code. It lets us do the spin wheel and the match games. But no slots no video poker. None of the games will load. Ive updated. Deleted and reinstalled the app and still the same problem.
What in the Wish.com software developer is going on with this app? EVERY single minor change they make, the whole thing becomes dysfunctional. Do you not test the functionality before every update.

We tried to open the app this morning, and we got a pop-up that said to update to the latest version. It automatically opened up the App Store, and there is no update showing. Deleted and reinstalled, but still getting the Update Error.

We have been playing this game for a while. You get offers to play certain games to get free spins, but then the games the want you to play cant be found. Like today was play roulette for 60 free games. Happy you added a way to add a promo code easier on the app but every time we enter a promo code it does not work on our iPhone. It says its invalid or expired. We've cleared cache that did not work. We uninstalled and reinstalled the app that did not work.

The game is skewed to force you to buy credits to play by dwindling your chips over time. As a joke we turned on what the game advised to do with hands and it makes it even worse.
