They arent affiliated with Penn casinos. This is just them asking for you to buy credits to play games that require no skill where no money can be won. Go to a real PENN casino and they will tell you this is a completely separate entity. Ridiculous they use the name. Who wants to play slots for fun? There is absolutely no point.

It is ridiculous to have an app that wont accept the promo codes. We had to go to support to find out you have to get out of the app to go to web site to get promo code. And then they tell you about a game to play that does not exist. Like yesterday we were going to play lava loco that had something going on. Could not find it on the app or the site. And we did a search and nothing. If you have an app you should get it to do what its supposed to do.

We’ve tracked outcomes of blackjack hands played on this app for quite some time now. It does not follow any actual statistical odds. The game is skewed to force you to buy credits to play by dwindling your chips over time. As a joke we turned on what the game advised to do with hands and it makes it even worse.

Since the last update a few days ago the app is unusable. It crashes before even fully opening. We didnt spend money on credits only to never be able to use them. Please fix the app that you just broke with your update. UPDATE heard from support that you need to delete the app then reinstall to stop the crash issue. It seems to work as app is opening after reinstall. It would have been nice to let clients know this by a mass email rather than making everyone write to support for the fix.
