Whats the point playing a game when you can just press a button and it plays itself…
We remember playing back in the day. This game was love from and OG player please bring back the Tideborn!!!
We used to play perfect world when it was still on pc and we were so excited when it came to mobile. We havent played in awhile, so Im redownloading it now that we’ve got an iPad. Its always been one of our favorite games. We used to play this and jade dynasty.
We cant make or even use characters and even worse the game takes forever to load! We are sure we would be super involved with this story if we could play. Please fix these issues we would love to see them fixed.

The app freezes at the new character menu after pressing start. We even pressed the fix now button, restarted it, but it still froze on the screen to actually make a character.
The game is fun, we like it a lot, BUT its getting crappy with tons of bots. Im talking about tonsssss, they are everywhere and ruin the game. If it was before Id say, try it, now.. Stay away from it until they fix that bots issue… Its RIDICULOUS!!!!! Update.. The bot issue will never go away because the developer is too greedy. Its a pay to win game which you getting fvcked up by bots on every aspect on the game. Stay away from it!!!! Biggest pay to win game!!!!!!!
Game is very realistic, efects and graphics are great. You can play any class, become so powerful and have so much fun however, they keep launching new servers every two or three months. It makes players stop playing or leave the server to start fresh because there are whales that spend so much money on the game that they dont even need to play, all they do is stat auto play. It gets boring that you work so hard to increase your br and it get be very expensive to be strong since you have to pay to top up. Our suggestion is if you are playing or thinking about spending time on this game DO NOT SPEND MONEY.. Its not worth it. Server is going to die because people leave to new ones.
We purchased the 14.99 900 gold double pack and only received 900 we didnt receive our 900 attached gift.
Game freezes on the annoucement/create character screen everytime..
Loved the computer game. This is a more user friendly experience. Thank you for this entertainment during our downtime.
Once all the downloads are downloaded everything just freezes we go out go back in it freezes still we cant make our character we cant save it it freezes we wait after the download it freezes the moment we go in.
So we’ve been reading comments about the game that it freezes when you try and play it. We downloaded the game to see if these comments were true and we can confirm that they are true. The game does freeze when you try to play it. We’ve read the developer’s comments explaining that you need a certain amount of storage and that you need to run the game off of 4g wifi or whatnot but that does not help. We have more than enough storage to run the game without any problems and we run off of really great WIFI. The problem is the game. The developers should look into it and think about fixing the problem.
Upon installing and fixing the client twice, the game fails to launch. It either freezes or times out which is frustrating after waiting a good amount of time to download all the patches. Dont waste your time.

We were promised double for the 2.99 deal for 180 gold but only received the 180. Then they want you to do a whole big form to report it! Very disappointed. We dont think we can trust doing future purchase on this app, so Ill stop purchasing for this game. The game is nice but we dont like being cheated. Please fix it and we will consider making purchases in the future, but as of now – you lost our trust.
This game is broken and the developers are doing nothing to fix it but respond with the Wi-Fi issues or storage issues lol dont play it.
We absolutely love this game and have for many years. We do have some suggestions for new players or people looking into the game: 1) The loading screen will move it just might take a while and be sure you have enough space. After customizing your character you will hit next or enter the game. It will take you back and just start the game. 2) Top-ups are expensive but only top up what you need. OUTFITS are not necessary if you are planning on spending a little and not $65 for a single outfit. 3) The game updates are unclear when new servers. Always watch out for around a month from the last server.

So this game looks sick but Im never actually able to get past making the new character. It keeps saying it needs an update but its 100% finished downloading but once we finish making the character and giving a name our only choice are edit or delete. We’ve redownloaded this game 4 times now, reset our phone 3 times. We give up. This is just not worth all the trouble. Dont bother wasting your time, you will most likely never actually get into the game and waste a ton of time.

We’ve watched several people play this game on their phones, but for some reason we cannot get past the loading page. We’ve tried playing this game for LITTERAL years. We give up, we’ve tried actually everything. From restarting the game, to restarting our phone, to deleting and redownloading the game while restarting our phone, cleared up storage that we didn’t need to- this game is too big as a mobile, that’s that. It’s been on mobile for years and we would LOVE to play it, but im done waisting our time trying to play a game that is clearly just going to freeze up our phone and make it lag. When we say we’ve been trying to play this game for years, we’ll go a few months without trying to get into the game, and then we’ll try for basically 2 days straight trying to just get onto the game- even with crappy servers.
Game doesnt work and doesnt let us go in to game mode.
Originally we were frustrated learning PvP was not optional. Even if you find the feature to turn off, you can still get killed. However, other players informed us theres absolutely no penalties to dying, so we became much less annoyed by this. The game is smooth, has a wonderfully designed group finding feature, and an incredibly helpful community. The storyline is cohesive and follows logical thought, which we find very enjoyable.
We’ve been playing this game for a while now, and all we have to say is that its really great from what we remember from our experiences! Just one thing though, Im returning to the game now but whenever we log in and the download thingy reaches 100%, the our whole phone screen just freezes! We dont know if this is a bug or something, but this has been happening for a while now. Aside from what we’ve said, again, this is a great game.

Title misleading. There is not a fix to the game freezing when first downloading. We thought it was the game BUT after coming here and reading reviews the Devs responses actually helped. We shouldve came here first. We love this game so much and it was freezing when it hit 100% while downloading causing us to close the app every time. After reading responses we did what was said and waited 3-5 minutes until the PLAY button appeared and now im able to and no more freezing :) THANK YOU.
So we downloaded the game thinking it would be a fun mmorpg game to play since im into those games, but when we made our acc and clicked to join the server and it took us to the screen with the create character button it just freezes for awhile, we’ve tried reopening the app multiple times and it still does it, we even made a new acc with fb instead if apple and it still does it, what should we do??
We just downloaded it it it looks so cool. But our phone died so we charged it, and it wont let us back in to the creator. Ughhhhh.
We are on the newest U. S. Server and feeling pretty isolated. The world chat speaks Spanish. Our guild speaks German and we seem to do dungeon runs with Portuguese folks. We are level 77, and so far we have experienced only 1 English speaking team. Its too bad! As a former WOW player, we were really liking this game. We love how easy it is to get into a team. That said, its getting frustrating to never understand what your team is saying. Plus, you have to pay a lot of money to have average gear. Im looking at other games.
We started the game at 19 and then had to delete the game because it took up for space then our phone could handle. We were frustrated and disappointed because we had just reached lv.100. Im now going to return to the game at 22 almost 23. We saw new classes were added while looking up the game on the computer. Im glad you expanded our selection. That we enjoy it like we did a few years ago.
Keep on saying that we needed more storage room so we deleted some apps and photos but it still didnt work and keep on taking us out of the app so we tried again, we deleted the game and waited and got the game again but it still didnt work.
We were really looking forward to trying this beautiful game out but sadly it keeps freezing when we get to the part where you can character. Noticed someone else had the same issue and after deleting a lot of stuff and reinstalling the game it still did the same thing so our guess is our iPad cant handle it. This was the first game we have come across that it has trouble with, we hope this can some how be fixed in the future we would love to comeback one day and give it another try.
Hi the reason our review is this is because it wont load and when it does load the screen freezes and it reloads again over and over.
We would love to find out how awesome this game is, however we cant even create a character. Once the update finishes downloading the game freezes on character creation. We’ve already tried all the recommended fixes, but none of them worked. We tried contacting game developers, but the help button sends us to their Facebook page and it wont let us message them. Wouldve been nice to play since we loved it on PC. But we can find different games with easier access to help.
We’ve played the game before the update introducing assassins. That was so long ago yet we havent been able to play the game since that update because it just freezes before we can join a server. It downloads any new content and then just stops working. Its a constant cycle of downloading and redownloading the same thing only to just never play the game. We dont know what to do at this point because we really liked the game up until that point.

We began the game and tied it to Facebook twice. First time our characters disappeared and second time happened same thing. Maybe anyone can help us? The game itself we liked but cant continue if our characters will disappear all the time.
