A few weeks ago it stopped playing videos to get extra turns or rewards. Our phone does automatic updates and we have restarted our phone which did not fix the issue. Please fix this bug!
We got to level 304 and your game has gone haywire we have not been able to contact anyone to ask questions because we did not want to give a review like this but no option Im going to delete the game and find another one to play.
It suppose to give rewards for getting to a certain point in the game instead it gives an error. Chat in game does not work at all.
Poorly designed game. Animations on screen during play that highly detracts from game play. Slow to load, slow to play. This is a real bust. Here to write a review before a quick delete.
This app freezes nonstop and zero way to contact developers. Now our game says coming soon and wont load at all.
Our game is froze also, how do we fix it.
Been using the app for quite awhile on our iPhone 11, with only infrequent snafus in loading. Now the dang thing stopped loading at all it wont let us enter the game any more & comes up with a Guest button, and noting there are network abnormalities and network fail. We have no trouble loading other games and connecting. We have lots of lives, coin, and such that we would lose if we were to reload. Suggested fixes havent worked. Any ideas?
The app fails right out the gate. Takes a couple seconds to load to 100% then soft locks. We have a new phone running current iOS. All other apps we’ve downloaded on the phone work so its not the device that is defective. Rebooting didnt help either. Oh well, we just wanted to match blocks.
A few days ago the game will not start or load, when we go into the app the game comes up with a guest button and will not load. What happened to the game???????? We were playing all the time. What you take our money and quit loading the game?? Thats rotten.
Since joining a guild, it crashes each time we go to the messages screen. We cant even go in and leave the guild. You guys ruined our life decompression tool. :-(
It freezes on the Lottery spins and we have to reboot our phone to fix it. No good.
Ads between every level. Must pay to remove them. Im on level 13. Im over the ads. Not worth the annoyance, good riddens pet blast.
This is one of the most addictive match 3 games we’ve played. Graphics are cute, level challenges are a challenge but they are not overwhelmingly difficult. We used our first power up on level 55 or 56, and we played through level 59, and thats where Im quitting. The ads have become so invasive that they stifle the flow of the game. What broke us was thefact that you could opt out of the ads……… For $4.98 PER WEEK! $259.50 per year BEFORE sales tax! The game is fun but its not THAT fun!
BUT, it freezes up constantly. When will you fix it? It you dont want to fix it why dont you just get rid of it. Its ridiculous to have a game that cant even be played because it freezes up and stops. Over and over. We guess Im just a glutton for punishment since we keep trying it. Bye again.
We love these types of games but not this one. Way too many ads and they are too long.
Updated again: we have finally learned our lesson and deleted the game. For the second time in two weeks, we buy coins, create a group, etc., just to have all cleared because of glitches you correct when updating the app. Maybe Ill try again in a few years to see if you fixed all. Updated: After continuing to try game and earning coins and gaining status, today the game started us back to zero. All prior info wiped away including the Guild we had created with 50 members. This is ridiculous. Although we subscribed to not see ads, they just come back after a few rounds. Love the game, but hate all the add.
We were at level 335 this morning , now it makes us start over ? What happened ? Fix it or we are done.
We really enjoyed this game until we got to a certain level then it started to freeze and had to close the game and open it back up to move to the next level. We were on level 300 and something. Then Today we updated the game hoping that would fix the problem. It did alright it erased our whole progress and have to start back over. Makes us angry.
Booooo … Our game kept freezing and we would have to close the app and open it again to reset to play the next level. Now … It has sent us back to level one and all the bombs, missiles, hammers etc., and coins that we had previously collected and bought are gone. Poof! Cant find customer service. Left a message on their Facebook page and to date we havent heard a word.
We used to love this game but each update makes it worse. Either the app freezes after each level or the ads freeze and one has to exit the app and come in again. We are seriously thinking of deleting it.
Updated 06/27/20: Game freezes after ever level you win. Causing you to not be able to claim your rewards. But it certainly wants you to keep spending your money to purchase rewards!!! Each software update makes it worse. We dont want to play anything this developer is offering!! Game will crash or freeze at beginning, during game or upon completion. Which costs us if we’ve selected to use a booster. This happens at least twice every time we log in and play.
We started out kinda liking the game, however, it now glitches after we pass every. Single. Level!! In doing so we no longer start each new game with the added perks of finishing previous levels without failing. So its a 1 Star for us unless and until they fix this glitch! Also, it would be an IMMENSE help for there to be SOME kind, ANY kind of instructions telling you how the game works. It tells you its giving you a life preserver yet we have no idea what its for or how to access it, etc.. Your team needs to sit down and actually play this game from a new players point of view and ask yourselves, How do we learn about the levels of the game? How do we know what the octopus and the life preserver it awards us at the end of the games work? Think not from a programmers perspective but from a users. Thanks!
Game continue to freeze, we had to reload lost all our points and free spins was up to thirty. We love this game more than any of the other blast. Please fix bugs.
Stop the double ads. If it dont stop Im deleting the game. People this game is ad crazy. Lots and doubles on some levels. It way to many,,,,,,,,, so you had plenty time to make this better. Stop lying. You never done anything about the double ads. It gone now! Dont trust you to do us players right. People its been months and still get double ads and they are not short ones. All long .

You make it too difficult early on, people will stop playing it. We am, the 50s levels, forget it, not practical, you cant get past them the way they are designed. Take some cues from Heros legend, especially if you are goi g to have commercials.
You should do a one chance to watch a stupid ass add for a few more whatevers, we’ve gotten down to one so many times then we have to start over, Im not paying for one, we know theres a moneymaking thing, but as we said at least one more try. We hope to hear back from you cause Im at the point where Im going to delete this game, and make sure to tell all our friends who play it to delete it to, we got them on it, so we can get them off it.

Addictive. Fun. And Engaging. The problem is that the game is super glitchy. It freezes during ads, causing you to close the app to gain access to the gamenot to mention that theres an ad after every single board (serious overkill here). If you have an overwhelming threshold of patience, the constant ads and freezes will be a breeze. As for us? Ill probably end up deleting the game especially since theres a similar game that doesnt have the ridiculous amounts of ads for it to run.
The game freezes and crashes so often that its not even worth running the application. We deleted it. Waste of time. Every other move brought up an add.

We were really enjoying the game, and had just spent a lot of money for tokens, when it froze up. We want our money back. Just received our bill today and it was over $25.00. This has happened to us before, and we are tired of being cheated. How do we get a refund???
We love the game but it froze at level 298. It loads but just when you try to open it it freezes!!!!!!! We did the update turn phone off. You can open all the icons but as soon as you touch start it freezes. We thought about deleting and then reload it but we’ve got 30 lives and 11,000 in coins and a bunch of boosters.
Its not the worst game but there is a lot of adds Its makes the game not fun. Also some ads start in the middle of the game. Its annoying. ( Deleting game )
We like this game. Very easy. The hard part is that it crashes a lot and we dont know why!
So, we downloaded this game and so far its not bad, but it wont let us put in a user name….. We have tried to do combinations like it says, but none are acceptable! We know having your name there is no big deal, but still! We cant recommend this to our friends if its only half working!
