We are very happy to report that we were asked to communicate directly with the developer. They showed genuine concern for our issue. We provided screenshots to verify the legitimacy of our issue and in less than a day they remedied the situation and also provided additional guidance in navigating the game to help resolve any further frustration. We are very grateful, pleased, and impressed. Below is our comment attached to an initial one star rating. We purchased the Expert pack and still continue to see ads after we play a round. Tried to reach out directly to the developer and could not locate any means to do so. Even clicking on Support in the AppStore takes you to a website for the game that has no functionality. Now we have to risk hurting our phone to make sure we didnt put data mining software on it. !?#!?#.
Fun word puzzle game and it can teach idioms too.
We want a refund. We were looking at the various purchase options. We were just scrolling up and bingo, we were immediately charged for something that we apparently tapped. With Face ID we wasnt asked to confirm the purchase. It was completed automatically. We want a refund.
With the most recent update, there are no pictures at all. Everything is blank. Also please check on why the app will freeze after opening it again from standby. Daily rewards are gone also.

Its not everyday that we play a game and think we got smarter! Our brain feels stimulated in a way. We feel good about ourselves. The difficult levels give us the vibes.
A must try for word enthusiasts- Look at visual clues and guess your word! Each step creatively pushes you to think outside the box, often resulting in satisfying aha! Moments. A definite must try for kids and adults alike.
