We love this game and all, but we need to get three stars on Level 20 of PJ Masks: Racing Heroes? Can you tell us how we can do that?
For $3.99 we expected a little better quality, but our son loves PJ mask so we are ok with the purchase. We will say our son is neurodiverse and he finds lots of joy in cars and racing. If you or your child doesnt really need a challenge you would enjoy. This is not a challenging game whatsoever.
There is nothing original about this game. Its a poor quality racing game. Looks like someones homework project while they were learning to build an app. But someone will surely appreciate it.
Only 35 levels. We want a refund.
The app never loaded and what is worse is that they charged $3.99 to download the app. Apple support, please ban this application and serious repurcussions must be levied on the app developers.
The sound doesnt work, poor quality.
Every time our son tries to open the game it goes right back to our iPad home screen.
Our 5 YO daughter loves the PJ Masks. She played this game on a 2020 iPad Pro briefly. Then it started crashing from the splash screen. Uninstall/reinstalling doesnt fix.
We purchased the app for our 5 year old because it said it was compatible with iPads with iOS 9.0 or later and he has the iPad 2. Every time we try to open the app it opens but closes immediately. We’ve uninstalled it 3x and reinstalled it and it does the same thing. The only reason why Im giving it 2 stars is because he can play it on our iPhone with no problem. Not happy at all about this purchase.
Other pj mask apps are good. This one won’t open. Can we please get a refund?

We read all the reviews but the description said that the bugs were fixed so we downloaded game. They are not fixed and we would like a full refund please.

We just installed this and it will not start when we touch the icon to start it. Displays the start screen and then shuts down. We just spent $4 on it for our kid for nothing.

Our 2 & 3 yr old like this game but we have notice so many times there is no sound no music. We thought it was our phone and rebooted it but still no sound even after checking the mute button. There was one time that we heard our son playing the game with sound and music but that was very rare. So we think this is a bug.

We just purchased this using our 4 yr olds money because he wanted it. Wont go past the first screen, this is feb 15 too. We want refund.
We want a refund our son played one race and then it stayed loading and wont go past that. We deleted the game and reinstalled it and its still doing the same thing.
Total waste of money. Paid for the game and it won’t load past the opening screen. Downloaded and re-downloaded and no change, and of course there’s no way to contact the app developer. Mad parent and sad kid. Please refund us our $5.00.
