We understand that app designers need to make money, but the number of ads we have to sit through while trying to do this simple app is a little bit absurd, we feel like.
Would be better if there was not ads every 5 seconds.
There is a pop up ad every two clicks, and often a 30 second ad. Absolutely maddening.
If you love watching an ad every time you log a plate, this is the app for you.
Too many ads. Takes the fun away.
We use this so much we have no problem paying for the ad-free version. Absolutely love that found plates are filtered out now. Can you make a grouping to hunt just the 51 United States (including DC) and not the territories? Weve been playing forever and we dont think Ive ever seen one of those in the States. Even better if you could select any or all of 4 sets – US (including DC), Territories, Canada, Mexico. Then if someone wanted to hunt both US and Canada, or US and territories, or all they could decide exactly how to play. Thanks for a great app.
Love playing the game each month! One suggestionplease have US territories be its own category. Or create the US list so we can delete these from what we are looking for each month.

We tried to report this via email but your support email is not working. There is a bug with the remove ads functionality when you go to restore a previous purchase.
We like the app. Id give five stars but it goes to an ad every two or three claimed plates, and some of the ads freeze and then we have to shut our phone off and back on to get the ads off the screen. The app would be great if they would add a feature where you could either 1) play against other people (everyone looks for their own plates and gets a point for each claimed plate) or 2) be able to have multiple players contributing as a team to the same license plate list.
This is a perfect app for keeping track of license plates, but the amount of ads for this single purpose app is obnoxious.
Every 2 plates you get a 20 sec ad. And sometimes every 1. Ad setting is ridiculous. We stopped playing because of it. We like the plate colors and ordered by alphabet.
There are some states missing. Wheres Nebraska? And ads after every two plates you claim.
Too many steps to claim the plate. After you watch the ad a little arrow appears to move on. This doesnt work, we have to close the app and open it back up. Not ok.
Gotta watch an ad every other plate. We dont mind an ad periodically. Gotta get paid but.deleted.
Can only claim 2 plates at a time – too many ads.
Too many ads with some freezing preventing continuation of tracking.
The free version makes you watch a long video advertisement every 2 license plates you tick off. We dont mind ad supported apps but this felt like more ads than app.
Great digital way to keep track of license plates on a road trip but way too many ads and they arent easy to click out of.
Great game to play Could be less adds.
This app is great! Our kids use it in the car to keep busy and its awesome. The only thing we wish it had was some kind of reward to keep everyone intrigued and want to keep looking. We feel like on long car rides/roadtrips as a kid, we would do something like coloring for about 15 minutes and then switch to something else. All Im saying is that they should probably have a reward system and upload the new license plates as states change the design and color.
So we have to pay to record the plates we see and not be interrupted?! Way too money hungry.

We love playing the license plate game and this app is so easy to use and so helpful in keeping track of the plates we have already spotted. There is ads every couple of plates but they are super short. Also love the little bits of information it gives about each state. Only wish there were come Canada plates as they are common for us to see them where we live.

Our kids love looking for license plates everywhere we go. This is a fun screen-free roadtrip activity that helps them brush up on their geography. We can even track Mexico and Canada! We really enjoy this app as a family.

We love this app, we have almost all of the US states but we noticed there isnt any territories included. We have seen a few territories including American Samoa, Guam, and Puerto Rico and would love to see them added to the list of license plates to be found.
It is so fun to find license plates and fill them in. And Plate Spot is a great app.

We play this with every road trip.
This app is a great one to use when traveling to record how many state license plates are spotted. The app shows clear pictures of the states most common license plate and a great description of which area of the US it is located in. It also has a concise description of the states most famous sites and things of interest. We like how it keeps a running y total of how many different state players have been spotted. The only bad thing is its not available for the android (non-Apple) system.
Love this app for road trips! We just have a few suggestions for any future updates! Id love to have a trip counter so you can compare how many and which plates you got on different trips. Another idea is to add a little more to the stats information. We would love to have info about each states symbols like the state bird or flower and such! Also including the state motto would be super cool too! Still an enjoyable app and made the long trips go by faster.
Our family loves to look at license plates during road trips so we wanted to find an app we could keep track of them with! We found this one and did two cross country road trips in the span of three months. We used the app for both and found a ton of plates! Our dad and we had a fun time using the app to keep track of all the plates we saw. The only thing we would recommend to add on the app would be for the option to see past results, such as previous trips and how many plates spotted. We wouldve liked to compare our two recent road trips since we know we saw plates on one trip we didnt see on the other! Thats our only recommendation its very easy to use and we love the little blurb of history on each of the states/provinces:).
OMG! Our sister and we love this for the car!!! We werent watching YouTube the whole time we finally were looking around at our surrounding. Our mom and dad even started helping us out to! We definitely recommend.

We love this app. It works great for tracking license plates and we love that you can add from Canada too! Our only recommendation would be if you could save or export or somehow keep track of different trips. We like to compare one trip to the next sometimes and there is no functionality to do that.

It is a really good app love how it has a little bit of fun facts when you claim them but we hate that it has ads and we cant remember them so it makes it very difficult to keep track.
Its fun to look for plates and then document it and learn something from that star while in a long drive.
This game is a fun way to keep track on long trips, however WAY TOO MANY POP UP ads!!!! Every 2 states we choose, another ad comes up.
We love this app, but we wish it included Native American plates as well.
