Many of the features do not work, or wont open.
It was working at first and now its been days where we cant play any games. They wont open. We even deleted and reinstalled the app and it still wont work. Super annoying.
Agua Caliente is a great spot and we are not surprised that they built a great app!! Its a lot of fun, they have tons of great games and the app is easy to use. Now we have a fun app to play when we are not on site playing blackjack or at the steak house having that bone in pork chop!! Thanks Agua.
We thoroughly enjoy playing on Your site every day. From when we first wake up to the time Im laying in bed waiting for the 4th Hour to come around and we get another bonus. Ive gotten as high as a $250K balance then dropping down to $1,000 always managing to get enough wins and extra credits to continue playing. This app is garbage nothing works properly other then buying credit and when you sign in it kicks you out obviously it doesnt want you playing on youre account. You have better odds at winning with scratches from a store then you do on this app! This play Agua app makes us not want to go to the casinos ever again Needs to be fixed asap.

This is worst then a bad night. Expensive and you never win. Save the money until you can go to the Casinos and perhaps not Agua.
The game has a delay and doesnt run smoothly. Also we dont see where playing earns us anything like resort points, rooms, meals etc. Like other casino apps do.

This is the worse app customer service ever its been over a month. The app will not let us sign in even though we have our password. So to appease the app we even clicked forgot password and Ive been waiting for weeks for an email to reset it. Ive tried many times & Ive called the casino she said the app is new and theyre working on it she said shed forward our concern and someone will email us. Thats false, still hasnt happened. In the meantime they send us emails to get all these bonuses if we download the app. Ahhhh HELLO been there done that and also watched over your little video on how too install in case there was some different mystery downloading it. No its the same normal way to download as other casino apps this one just doesnt work. We keep trying to reset password nothing comes to us. Ive clicked the email listed on the app contact us section for a reply nothing. Im noticing the last review here was along time ago. So as far as its a new app the lady mentioned on the phone at the casino, that seems incorrect. So why keep sending incentives to download it.
The app is not nice like other casino apps. Plus no point in playing you dont win stuff from the casino like stays or other perks.
Love the app, wish we could win as much as we have on the app. It gives us a chance to play slots we wouldnt normally play.
Ive been playing in this app since day one. Ill say up front it is fun and the app works fairly well except they have ripped us off many time since we began playing. At first the games paid fairly well. Now, some months later you can easily spin away hundreds of thousands of purchased points and NEVER get a feature or significant win. Thats how casinos win but this app is a pay for credits deal so they are seriously cleaning up and should not have the wins basically non existent. In addition we have purchased points that are approved by our financial institutions and then we get a FAILURE message from the app and never awarded points. We have written dozens of emails to their customer service and they are seriously dysfunctional. We are deleting the app and will only play free points at casinos until we are compensated for the theft.
Its funny how we never get more than 200 when we spin the wheel for points.
Awful navigation between games. System makes you login repeatedly. Bad games. Hard to see distinction in light blue and white. No cursor when signing in.
Downloaded no problem, signed up no problem. Forgot password, problem. Repeatedly requested email to reset password, no response.
This app keeps kicking you off the site…keeps saying you are not logged in…you have no coins..terrible.
This app is bull it doesnt pay nor let you win much totally lame.
