The games are fun and casino interface is fine. The Sportsbook is hard to navigate and interface can be confusing. The payout times are atrocious; major competitors can have payouts to your debit card within an hour, we initiated a payout 4 days ago and it is still in our pending payouts. Not the first time its happened either. If you dont mind waiting most of the work week for payouts youd be fine. Being able to withdrawal from your card instantly then taking multiple business days for payouts is frustrating and doesnt align with competitor payouts.
Location verification is horrible. Have had problems verifying location for a month now.
We signed up for this app 1 day ago and we wanted to delete our payment method so we contacted customer service for information on how to delete it and we were told that the only way to delete our payment method was to replace it with a new one. Something is seriously wrong with that! We asked the agent if it could be deleted from there end and we were told no that they dont have access to that, well apparently neither do l !!! We then asked to have our account closed because that just seemed to shady, agent became even nastier and closed the account and left us hanging on without any further communication on the chat line. We still had more questions being that we just signed up 1 day ago. Im referring to customer service as the agent because the never stated the name during the chat session. Dont waste your time signing up for gun lake they no not value there new customers.
The UI has always been clunky, but about two months ago it became non-functional. The only way to place a bet is on PC, as the mobile app constantly has geolocation errors. After contacting support, they told us theyre aware of the issue and working on a resolution. This is not a new problem. We recommend Soaring Eagles sportsbook instead. All of the lines are the same and you wont have all of the problems this book has.
These thiefs write fake checks with your name and personal information then deposit it for cash. We’ve never written a check to them and theyve done it twice! DO NOT USE THIS FRAUD CASINO !!!
This book would be 5* if it werent for the massive issues it faces with geolocation consistency. Im constantly logging in and being verified, only to have bet placement fail because its not locating properly. We’ve done troubleshooting on our end, but no fix, and support is absolutely useless. Their solution? Just keep logging out and back in again until it works. Wow. Thats just brilliant.

As a new customer playing exclusively slots we have already become way too frustrated for this to be fun. We had one very small win. And we do mean a small win. Not even close to $100.00. Yet we kept playing thinking it would maybe even out. Silly us, even our initial bonus was immediately drained by a game without even the illusion that a win may occur. Considering theres a play through requirement, thats a very bad sign. Id think with a bonus thered be a chance for a win. Didnt happen. Games are completely rigged Odds should not change when you increase your bet on blackjack but they do. Michigan Gaming Board is a joke, they are just collecting money from this scam app. Go play a legit casino app, this isnt one of those.
With new update, when we go into a game, all we get is a white screen, with no way to back out without logging back in. We withdrew all our funds and will play somewhere else.

Every casino app in Michigan does the withdrawal process the same. We have ALL of them. Small hits, couple hundred here and there and boom, payout in less then an hour. Big hits, longer process. More money, more at stake. We submitted our withdrawal for $4500. We received the same email asking for a bank statement from which Im depositing and valid ID with the same address. All the casinos do that. This is not new to us. About 8 hrs later, we have the money in our account. Im glad we dont believe all the reviews out there. Worst casino app ever. Small selection of games and all it does is slowly take your money. Hardly any wins to even keep playing – not even enough to cover our bet. Never enough to cash out. Dont waste your time or money.
We love coming to your casino but this online business we wont do anymore with you. It kicked us out more then 10 times, we had to keep signing inBefore that it was about year we couldnt get signed in, so we gave up. Ill stick with FanDuel for now. But please get this right, its sooo frustrating!
We were persuaded by the bonus that casino would provide essentially a credit bonus on whatever you loss after 24 hours of play up to a 1k. We lost 429 got the credit bonus within 2 days, but this is the scamthe bonus is only good on select games and lets say we won some money using the bonus creditI could not withdraw any of the money until it reached 5x what we loss which would be around 2100. We did win up to 1100 but could not withdraw any of that, which we feel is the scam. Other casino would let you withdraw after whatever your initial loss was at the start. Also the withdrawal process is awful we won around 1800 and selected our debit card which is suppose to take only an hour. We check on the app and withdrawal still pending as they are hoping that we cancel it and lose it all. This casino is not about fair wins or process.. Excessive greed.
Gun Lake Parx doesn’t have any interest in operating as a sportsbook, as they lazily use Kambi lines and will restrict you from betting if youre moderately successful or if you reject their terrible normal lines in favor of their occasionally good boosts. Great way for them to mitigate their risk we guess.

This app is horrible for sports betting. They do trickery with fine print to confuse sports betting. The app crashes often and they offer no explanations. The app crashed during a big stake bet when we needed to cash out almost like they knew what they were doing.
Unsure why this has some low ratings. We love their unique boosts and their interface is very clean. Easily on par with the larger sports books for UX.
Greats odds sometimes better wins usually then at the actual casino for us on a few bets. Good leaderboards with few hundred active so easy to move up and promos could be better but not bad either, no loyal promo points with bets but odds are good hit several 100 plus and 200 plus off .40/.50/.88 bets .60 bets are pretty good odds as well even the .25 games have good free game fts just bounce from game to game some slots can get super cold like all slots but if you find a game worth playing it tends to pay out over time as well, help shows rates usually .91-.95 paybacks over time.

Im not writing this review to bash Gun Lake but more so to try any save you some money. First off, if you truly are playing hoping to win money, there is only one way to do it. If you find yourself ahead and then start losing, cash out. Dont do the old, well Ill just get it back to where we were. Once you get a couple wins they will drastically drop your RTP percentages until you lose it all back. They will usually let you get ahead to a common spot, if you deposited $100 they will let you get to $200 and then shut down the wins until your at zero. After the first win though you might as well delete this app because no matter how much you spend, the wins are over with. We lost over $8,000 with them in the first month and never once hit a big win amount and never got a single bonus. Bye far our least favorite of all the online Michigan casinos.

Both our fianc & we loved this app when we first downloaded it! Other gambling apps wont send you a check in the mail & playgunlakes does. We can no longer login due to an email change. Customer support has been nothing but rude to us & telling us we must be doing something wrong if we cant login with no help at all. Our fianc won $300 off of a free bet & he is now banned due to that. Which we regularly bet with our own money on this app, so its not like we are only using free bets. Very sketchy! Not even paying out! Which is false advertising. In all of our 5 years of working in customer service we never once told a client that they are in the wrong. They are very rude through customer support & we’ve been nothing but nice. DO NOT DOWNLOAD this app & if you have it, DELETE IT.
We have been contacting customer support for nine days now. Not a single person we talked to has any idea how to contact any department. Eleven people, not one. We cannot even register for the sports book. They told us that it would take anywhere from 48-72 hours to get our files validated. Its been nine days. Do not waste your time with this book! Draftkings and FanDuel offer immediate registration, better promos, and wayyyyyy better customer support. We’ve used over 10 different sportsbooks before & never had nearly as many problems as we’ve had with this horrid app. We’ve been locked out of our account for over a week now & customer service has been no help at all. First it said our password was incorrect when we know it wasn’t, then it wouldn’t let us change our password for days. Then it finally let us change it, but still won’t let us sign in on the app or on the computer. Just a big headache for no reason.

We really enjoy the games on Play Gun. We like the interface. The withdrawal methods arent up to date as some of the other online casinos you cant withdraw to your debit card but we dont mind that. We ordered the play plus card. They deposit on to that immediately once approved .. But our problem is the waiting period for them to approve your withdrawal request. The first two times we withdrew they approved it in like 15 minutes but on our 3rd time we just did a withdrawal and so far its been over 26 hours. We called the chat line they said it takes up to 72 hours to review. So now we have to sit and wait to see if we will have our funds in that window. We dont like they can take your money instantly off your card to play but want to move slowly to payout. Other than that we do love their website we will come back here with an update and let you guys know how long it took to get our withdrawal approved.

We play on 3 different casino sites. Gunlake Casino is not the best one but it would be our second best. Lately, when Im winning on a game it just shuts down!! After logging back in and going back to the game its losing now. This has happened to us several times but mostly on Capital Gains which is one of our favorites. We think your experience just all depends on the games you choose to play. Some of them win and some dont but thats with any casino. Our advice would be when you get a nice win, just cash it out and be done. We’ve found that if you stick around, they will drain it all back!! Last but not least, this is the only casino that we play where there is a withdrawal limit of 2 within 24 hours.
