Solitaire Chess is an addictive puzzle game vaguely based on chess, but you don’t have to be a grandmaster to play it.

The rules are simple – move your pieces the same way as in chess, performing an obligatory capture every turn.

The objective is to capture all pieces on the board leaving just a sole one standing.

Knowing chess rules is not required – the game has a built-in tutorial and a cheat-sheet for moves.

Hints: How to play Solitaire Chess

1. Take and move any piece with a mouse (or finger on mobile)
2. All the pieces follow their respective chess moving patterns
3. Capture all the pieces on the board leaving only one (any will do)
4. Get a tip if you get stuck
