We use the app and get every pennys worth out of it (we refuse to spend even a penny with these people until we see significant improvements). We wont whine about the areas that need improvement, but they have many opportunities to choose from. One plus is their customer service – refreshingly quick, proficient, and responsive. Since the update on 25/26 July 2024, the app crashes anytime we attempt to log in – so we play on the Android version.
Why is the app kicking us out halfway through a tournament after the break? Keeps crashing when we try to rejoin.
The raising slider overlaps the pull down menu for sitting out. We have often timed out when try to raise or reraise a strong hand. Very frustrating. We will continue to play this site on the internet using our desktop computer and we understand there's a desktop app as well that we with check out. But this iOS app needs some work before we risk a lot of tokens here.

Cant link PayPal account. We question how legit this app/company is. Customer Support doesnt work in the app.
Phone version have a issue some times the app freezes on middle of hands thats the only problem. Have a lot of fun on the app amazing people playing , great content good tournaments.
We find it really strange,that when the cycles change,so do the nameswhat happened to PokerGirl,she was winning and placing in everything last cycle but now she gone. A ton of new players (bots) since the change of tournaments.Yall should pay more attention to detail. For example,its impossible for a real life player to get approved a name without putting number in there somewhere,but your bots got some really common names without any numbers in them. Makes them easy to spot, but not easy to beat opposite in fact.smh. Yall should cheat better if youre going to cheatI would happily take this review down if you set us up for a trip to 777 tournaments lol.
Very slow, freezes constantly and is just a giant headache when your winning a hand and you cant bet raise or call so it folds your hand for you. A big waste of our time. Do yourself a favor and find a different poker app.
Nlop app freezes when you login to your account. Tried on ios16.
We cant believe people are still making rigged apps there is nowhere to play poker.
We deleted the app. About a month later we read that it had been updated so we downloaded it again. Works good :).

App crashes when trying to open.
Made account, played a few games, now every time our tournament starts the game flash closes and Im on Home Screen.
When it first started it was reasonable, even with some issues with the software. However, now it crashes routinely, takes tokens during a match where the site goes down ( has happened multiple times ) and is so bug ridden as to make it almost unusable. Lots of work needs to be done before you put time into trying to rise up this site, or you will just wind up very frustrated that you sunk time into playing poker here.

Every time we try to join a tournament, when we get to the table, the app crashes. Ive reinstalled it twice. It worked when we first downloaded the app, but after two games, its useless.
Dont waste your time with this app.
First off we have been playing nlop since back when tapout was a sponsor. But no more im done This App is complete garbage constantly crashing. Wasted we dont even know how many tokens signing into games just to have it crash constantly every time you try and get a table. At this point cant even play a hand.
App instantly closes when we click on it to open it! Just started 2 days ago. Ive tried to delete it and reinstall but still having the same issue! Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Its a reall fun poker site!!we Theres tournaments,chances to win cash,just an overall fun poker Site.. Theres a few issues,could be with IOS ,cuz we have an Apple..but we find it entertaining,exciting,and a fun way to enjoy the game!!! Chad is pretty cool,he has been with them forever.
A good site to practice and play poker. Cash prizes can be won without putting monies into an account. Having tons of fun playing on this site with no financial risks.

Real Poker Players playing legally for tokens and $$ Not animated comical poker. Feels like we are in a real Poker room.
Theyve had a desktop app longer than the iPhone has existed so its great to finally see a native mobile offering and Im sure itll only get better from here.
