We have always been anxious and had panic attacks extremely easily this game helped a lot sometimes it made us laugh till we forgot what we were stressed about and we really appreciate it :)
We have a disorder where we are unable to identify our emotions, we can understand we are sad, happy or angry but understanding what kind of sad, happy or angry we are is very hard. This game makes us feel like we can understand different emotions a little better and we love it.

Whoever made this game, THANK YOU. We struggle with the hair and scab pulling disorders called Trichotillomania and excoriation respectively. Not only does this game help us deal with the urge to pick, it also calms us down. There are few apps that stay on our phone forever but this one deserves the data it takes.

When we first got this it was just for fun. We started to really like it, sometimes we would get so angry when we couldnt get the hair pulled out so Id rage quit but every time we came back. We really liked this game and we thought that the meaning was to make sure that you paid attention to your emotions. The bad reviews say that they couldnt understand the concept and thought it was stupid, but it was the best meditation app we’ve used. Every other app costs money and we mean, do you really want to spend money on a app? Im proud and give the designers of this game our full respect.
