Community Insight:
This game has quite a few flaws. First of all, it advertises having a dragon companion and since beginning the game we have seen nothing about that. Second, you will get in game rewards that have absolutely no use and some powerful rewards that your have no way to get, specifically the red gems. It is also for the most part unclear about what you are supposed to do and if you level yourself up at all the game ends up being pretty easy. Overall could use a lot of work but we like the team selecting.
When you open the game on the first loading screen, you encounter a problem (failed to download resources) plz help.
So we just got this game today and we quite like it. Theres just a single issue. Bug! The game keeps kicking us out of the app and we dont know what to do. Can you fix it please? Thanks.
Iv been playing ARPG games for many years, both on the PC and on Mobile, both the fully Automated/AFK ones and the fully Manual ones but this game has the perfect balance between the two, with many engaging & competitive events, you'll always have something to do & they rotate the events every week! Giving you an opportunity to gain crafting items & rare hero drops its highly addictive & super fun :p.
We wanted to download till we saw the actual graphics compared to the ad which was using graphics from tree of savior. Im very disappointed that so many games are recently using false gameplay videos from other games that are either better graphics or popularity. Ive read this has happened with this game more than once. It doesnt help. It makes us distrust you as developers. Be truthful and maybe Ill consider your games more often.

This must be like what it is like to play an game that never made it out of alpha. Google translated English text that makes very little sense. Text doesnt even fit on the screen so you cant read all of it even if you could understand it. Rushed and clunky gameplay. Dont bother with this garbage.
Admins/game mods dont care about cheater in game. We took screenshot and sent to them on discord, and they did nothing. Not only that people were freely selling accounts, reported to game mod and they didnt care either. What a joke.
We love this game and have absolutely no problems with it but the super high prices for high teir loot is a bit much we understand that its basically impossible to acquire these items without paying for them so the Devs should at least make it cheaper to get these items. Might be better for the game in terms of allowing more people to want to play more without feeling pressed to support this game. Regardless 5 stars. Its solid, a major step up from the first title.
Its a great game but having to buy action stuff when Im the only one who did the event is garbage about the only complaint not to mention there so expensive we cant even get the crap we earned.
We cant even sign into the server our character is on.
Please bring the first game back.
Played the game constantly since we downloaded it about 5 days ago, account name OffColor, loved the game until we try to login after this update, now says our character doesnt exist and it wants us to start all over, which its flat out ridiculous considering Ive spent a good bit of time and some money on it, what a waste of time and money.
In all honesty It is totally addicting its like an old ladys bingo, its hard to stop its 11pm and we work in 7 hours and we just cannot stop! Its really enjoyable!! <3.
Why does the add for this game have the music from Ragnarok Online on it? Specially in the town of Prontera.
We spent 49.99 on a pack and we didnt receive it. We were definitely charged for it tho :( please fix or refund us.
The support is horrible, they take your money but dont give you the items you pay for. This is the third time Ive written this review but for some reason it wont get posted.
Im gonna rate this game based on how it was advertised. It showed gameplay of Ni No Kuni 2 (because we literally just started playing that game) as an ad on our Instagram. Since they love to use other peoples hard work to promote their own, Its only fair we judge them by the standards of what they advertised. We came here because we thought this was going to be exactly like Ni No Kuni 2, which it wasnt, therefore 1-star :).
Best game mobile rpg love it is nice good strategic heroes graphics is the best we played and keeps getting better is awesome this game.
The game is fine but if you have any issues at all, be prepared to not get a reply at all. The customer service here is an absolute joke. Dont bother spending money here. Issues will for sure happen.

Most of ppl saw an advertisement from facebook. Very unique graphic and fancy and antique character. But that is not pocket knoght2. That advertisement game name is Tree Of Savior. This game is Mmorpg and made from Nexson Korea. The game is very famous in korea cuz this game is directed by Hak kyu Kim(Ragnarok online director). Im so sad why pocket knight(who made this? We never heard about this stupid game) shows Tree of saviors game play movie as theyre advertisement. This is illegal. Totaly fake advertisement. Kind of scam.

This game is sucking our soul out.
We never received our senior vip code!! We bought the monthly card 1&2 but only has 2 chances for solo!!! They kinda cheating!!! After kill the red (special boss) you cant pick up the chest, always says chances used!!! Its freaking bugs and all cheats.
They had a bug and fixed it by rolling everyone just about back 3-4 days. This completely screwed up rankings from arena, king path, days logged in for daily login events. Basically making stuff impossible to get now. They didnt even do a proper investigation and just affected the majority. Then somehow they actually realized well maybe most of those people didnt actually cheat cause of the bug..so after wasting another day of their play time and life, they then reversed the roll back…however a day passed between so they actually lost that day of potential progress. Then find out, not everyone actually got reversed…these must of been the cheaters. Again no proper investigation. When asked for logs and proof, only get 1 line comments like Hi, you abused 115746 worth diamonds.??? In most non communist countries need to show something..to you know prove some guilt instead of just because we said so?? There also needs to be established intent..when cheating if a developer has a bug..its definitely not the players fault if they stumble on it. It would be the players fault however if after finding it, they abused it and demonstrate a pattern where they continue to abuse the bug without randomness. We say the randomness because this specific bug was something with the mail. For one this company is terrible with letting the community know about changes. There was no notice, no mention at all that hey we made the mail system not delete mails now, you have to manually do that. That part aside, in this game, when you get a mail a red dot appears on the mailbox, that means you can collect an item. So when we see that, we go in and usually hit collect all, screen spams with some items..doesnt state anywhere about where they came from or in how much individual quantity. By that we mean if you abused and kept on collecting a certain amount all the time, the same values would show up. But with collect all everything is combined so could think its just part of whatever new came in the mail. Anyone there is no logs and no proof. This company is based in Hong Kong…China.. U. S. Servers located California..doesnt mean a u s company. Be warned, they dont really care about anything and when they screw up, they dont even investigate their own issues before casting judgement…awesome waste of time and money.
This is a great game!! Havent had this much fun in a game in a long time. This game is a must play and must have in your game library.
Ive been looking for a game like this. Its fun and enjoyable. U have pay to play but grinding for the diamonds isnt hard and they give u plenty of events to get them for free. Ive only just started but Im happy with it so far.

We have been playing this game for a few days now and ive come to really love it. There is so much to do and we never get bored even if you run out of energy (which is highly unlikely) there is still a lot of other dungeons and stuff to complete. Also the reward out put helps you to progress at a steady rate and not have to grind and grind for one thing. We also love how this game does not use a lot of battery life we can play this for 3 hours and only go down 15-20% also the variety of skills and heroes are outstanding truly a good game.
We have been playing these type of games (complete quests for currency, use currency to unlock and upgrade heroes to build a bigger and better team) for a long time, and this one is by far the best. Unlike many of the other games in this genre, you can actually play this game all day without hitting limits of things to do, due to the large number of activities to do AND you can be competitive with little to no spending. Our only question would be how do we submit bugs/errors? We have found a few and documented them and would like to help improve this awesome game any way we can. As a fellow game designer, we feel invested and inspired to help this game. Its clear the game was built not only to satisfy spenders and regulars of the genre but also to new and free players. If possible Id like to help preserve that.
Call us OCD, but we couldnt get past the intro stage… Grammar was way off and the spelling! Wow.
This game has the same tiered VIP system, currency recharge, and other the other stuff that ruins every MMORPG. Nothing new here.

This is nothing like the original pocket knights and is overall disappointing.
