Have gotten up to Level 13013 and cant progress. One red ball went UNDER the Pool railing and is outside the pool table. Please help us solve this. Thank you.
We have been playing our favorite pool game for years but then recently things changed and we found more adds taking over. Some of them required us to turn off our phone to get rid of them. Its really our favorite game but Im afraid they have changed it and added more spies. We reluctantly deleted it from our phone.
And we hate pool. This is fun. And we are learning how to play. Recommend this game big time. The ads arent that bad. Thank you for the game.
We hate pool games that you play against someone, because the opponents are WAY better than us, a newbee. This game you are just trying to get a good score, a combo of hearts and shots. Love the fact that if you sink your ball or just having a bad game you can exit and restart by watching a short ad. Yes there are ads but they are short. We highly recommend this game.

This game is amazing. Especially the shooting system! Amazing. But theres one thing we would like and thats just regular pool. It would be so refreshing to play a game of pool with this games shooting system!!!! Please add a pool mode.
We love pool and this has some really cool tables . We would give this game a 5 but the ads are ridiculous and irritating so we only give a 4. Calm down on the ads and this game would be through the roof.
After playing with a real table sticks and balls, it feels just the same. Every day is a good experience. It is much easier.

This is a fun pool game. Its very simple. If they offered a version where we could just buy it, and skip the ads, we would.
We played the first 10 or so levels. It was fun and easy to play. But the ads are too much. Theyre everywhere. We wouldve paid a few bucks to remove them but thats not an option. We deleted the game.
Top & bottom work pretty well, not always consistent but pretty good. Left & right do absolutely nothing. Could be great.
Fun game, however the corner pockets are extremely difficult and seemingly inconsistent as to what is considered on target, which makes it a bit frustrating at times. This takes away from what could be a very relaxing game.

Ads come up with no way to end them. They come up with Chinese websites on safari and there is no way to get back to the game. Even totally cancelling the game by swiping up and restarting goes back to the same ad. Goodbye.
The ads in this game are way too frequent. Each round only has 5 balls and takes just a few seconds to play, but you have to watch an ad before you can start the next round. Its really annoying. Ive decided to stop playing.
Pretty fun game and its decent mental practice for playing actual pool and trying new breaking patterns and strategies out.

This game is so much fun. You should try it. Its not hard. It helps you a lot in angling your stick so if you have nothing to do try this game youll love it. Trust us. Its awesome.

Game flows easily and accurately. Fun game to play to relax. We heard that there is a way to win money, but we havent figured it out yet since we just started. Im on level 8 right now so Im sure Ill figure it out.
Some things have changed around, but its still the most realistic and challenging golf game ever made.
We have another pool game but if we miss they punish us with these long ads that play all 5 of there games which take forever. This game DOES NOT DO THAT YAY! We think it will improve our pool game more than the other.
We are really enjoying this game. It is entertaining and great practice on learning how to anticipate angles when deciding where to hit the balls in specific pockets.
We like the way you point the stick at the ball theres no era of moving it at all like the older earlier games.
We have tried several pool games and this one is by far the best! New cues, tables and of course trying for that perfect crown every level. We started over again just to achieve a perfect game. Challenging and fun and extremely accurate shooting.

We like the game but lately it is started to freeze. Who do we report that too and is there anything we can do to fix it.
Why use S for the gold medal and A for the silver medal? We would think Aurum would be for the gold and S for silver. Are they just reversed by accident? Also, its not 8-ball.
There are times when we get every single one of the balls in the pocket and it doesnt give us credit for that level. We have to do it over. This has happened in 2500 levels about 10 to 15 times. This is the only reason we would give it four stars. Tried to attach pics but couldnt.
Love the game, but its glitchy, it freezes for a second or two and then resumes. Not happy with that but otherwise its a fun game.
Its an interesting game tho but please fix the game to lets backup our account and recover the data when signed on another device.
While we think the game is fun with the weird shaped tables and combos, YOU CANNOT PLAY A REGULAR RELAXED GAME OF 8 BALL. THAT SHOULD NOT BE IN THE GAME DESCRIPTION.
Hard to be consistent when you have ads after every game. Game play is decent, but the ads ruin it. Offer a paid version.
There were so many glitches, we uninstalled the game. Usually, we love the game and other games pick up where you left off progress wise. Kind of upset because we were about 1200 levels in. Still, fun game. Fix the glitches. Game closes out of the blue, freezes up sometimes after a level is completed, and the graphics sometimes "stutter" when you hit the cue ball.
Way to many adsand the ads go on forever.
We have been playing this game for quite some time and was very good now the adds have taken all the fun out. We are on 626 but ready to quit due to long adds and difficult to close. Adds have ruined it.
