This app needs fixed. It keeps kicking us off a lot.
If you guys want a good game dont play this… ITS STUPID!!
We downloaded this game because to switch up from another pool game. This one is pretty much the same but feels more natural. We do wish yall would add other cue sports like Carom billiards and straight pool. Other than that its all good.
We have played several billiards apps. So far, we are ranking this app in the top three. We are giving this game 4/5 for now. The continuous count down we think is a little fast. You dont have much more time to tap your cue stick on the last ball and your time is up. The other thing that troubles us is that the house takes 10% of your winnings. We mean, what gives with that. Does the company really gain anything by keeping 10% of our chip winnings? We hope we can give this game 5/5.
So we spent money on the game couple weeks ago. For about a week now we have been trying to play and every time it gets to 165% for the update and 100% for the download and then it says unable to connect to the Internet. Which is weird because we have full bars of Wi-Fi. Highly suggest not to spend anything on this game because we were basically scammed for our money.
You did poor fixing the bug now 9 ball wont load . Bad bad bad fix.
Dont get this game! It continuously cheats you. Dont believe us? Try it for an hour, you will see how they make you miss simple shots during a game. During the practice mode the ball sinks with good aim no problems!! When playing a level, it forces you to miss.
This game is fun. But it keeps crashing. We use an iPad. Please fix this or we will delete it.
We love this game and literally play it for hours everyday. We have one huge problem with it though, its constantly crashing. Please please fix this.
We’ve played the 8 Ball Pool Game in-line for years but Pool Ace tops anything we’ve played. Great physics and ball movement. Great job developers!!!
The chat system Doesnt seem to be working at all, is it a beta test? Do we have to turn it on in settings?
Great physics, only the really straight-on side cuts are not realistic in real play but love that we can make those cuts in the game. Suggestion to app developer: in streak challenge it would be nice to put a timing out in place. An opponent can choose to not take their turn when they are losing and just wait you out till you get frustrated and quit (it has happened).

Just downloaded the app. When it loads and synchronizes it crashes. We’ve deleted and reinstalled the app. Still cannot play.
The whole game is above the standard.
So far so good. Easy to play fairly loose Slots. Holds our interest looking forward to seeing what is in store at higher levels. Great slots app.

Firstly we play in the APA league in pool, this game is not realistic at all. The spin on the ball does nothing whatsoever. You are not able to slow roll your shots because the ball always rolls too far. You have 0 accountability of what the cue ball does. If you want a realistic game of actually how the balls roll then dont play this game.
So we love this game have made purchases played in all kinds of tourneys and everything….. But why is it that sometime special tournaments come along like the 9 ball tourney going on now. But we cant find it anywhere and we would really like to find out how to play in these tournaments. O and for some reason the game has stopped letting us collect cue pieces it just keeps turning what we would have gotten into money. Can someone plz help.

Will not update as of. 12/07/17. Thanks for the fix! This game is truly nice but there r people hacking into the game & stealing our money. & cheating. Taking the win before the game is over . We spent money on this game to have more money and then people come in and take it from u!!! SMH we wont b spending anymore money on this because its not even fair anymore, every time Im about to shoot in the 8 ball they end the game and win!!! Not good.
We enjoy the game and many of the features – but many times we gave been winning and all of a sudden the game will be over, and we will have lost somehow. This has resulted in much of our winnings being given away. Can an admin review and repay our winnings? We think 100,000 would be a safe estimate. Thank you.

Of all the pool games out there, this is probably the best one we’ve come across.
Downloaded this app because we love to play pool and this one looked very fun but every time we have tried to play it its just shuts the game down and takes us back to the home screen and has yet to let us play the game,I even uninstalled and reinstalled the game and still it does the same thing…. Very disappointing we really wanted to try it out.
If you dont spend money you dont win. Very bias game. Delete delete!!

We cannot get anyone to from customer support to answer our questions. Yall steal money.
We love the tournaments and the weekly elite challenges. Also the fact that the object is to earn new cues, upgrade the cues already earned, and increase in skill levels. That foundation for a pool game is what keeps us playing. With that being said we must also include the negative. The advanced skill level cues and their abilities are way off in the idea of being realistic. Their appearance are obviously way off and their abilities are there with it. This would not be a bad thing if the game was not advertised as being the most realistic pool game. Although we cant prove it 100% it also seems that there are many bots being used in gameplay that are there to end any decent streak you have going. We identify them by the movements of the cue when they take shots and also the fact that they can make a shot that is clearly not aimed right at the pocket it is made in. Many times we have missed a shot that is aimed even closer to the intended pocket than the shots that are made by these things. Our biggest complaint is that we literally just purchased what was said to be 21 tickets for $4.99 and it said it was a 50% off sale. Well after we clicked purchase it only credited us with 13 tickets. Total crap! It makes us wonder how many other times this has happened if we wasnt paying as good of attention. We have spent a good amount of money to buy these tickets for the elite challenges, used these tickets to advance, and there was one time where we were on the last game, shot the last ball in and made it and just as it should go to the winner screen it tells us that our connection is bad, pauses for a long moment, and then goes to the screen and declares our opponent the winner. Our phone showed full bars. So basically we just wasted money to be called the loser after winning. Similar scenarios have happened more than once but not with money involved. Bottom line is we will continue to play because it is fun but we are nearing our end with it. We will recommend the game to anyone that needs a good time waster or distraction from their spouse/significant other. We will warn though on the misleading claim of realest pool game and the possibility of losing money unfairly. *This is our 3rd update. Had to add this. We were in a streak challenge that was 6 games long of 9 ball. We were on a round 4 and using one of the daily free tickets. The only balls we had left were the 7 and then the 9. We aimed and shot the 7 ball in and had myself set up for a clear shot at the 9 ball. As soon as the cue ball came to a complete stop, our screen immediately said Network Unstable. We had 3 out of 4 bars of our reception and we were connected to WiFi anyway and it showed that the signal strength was fine. Anyway, at a quicker pace than usual, it reverted back to the game and said that we had run out of time and it was now our opponents shot. Also, the 7 ball we had just pocketed was right back in the place where it was before. Our opponent then shot it in and followed up with the 9ball for the win. Doesnt seem like a big deal but…… They wanted 4 tickets to try again and that is exactly what we had left. Kinda fishy if you ask us, especially because it erased our shot that we had made which would have won us the game. If we wanted to continue we would have to buy more after that next game. We fully believe the makers set these things up. Well Im not buying anymore. We have spent hundreds of dollars already Im sure but they will not get a dime out of us again and if the game gets inconvenient without those tickets then we will just rid myself of the app altogether. That is if we dont just do it anyway. Its a scam to get you to spend money. It is falsely advertised. Unrealistic and just a total scam. Save yourself the money and do not buy this app. Im ashamed of myself for ever falling for it Update over a year later Started playing again and even after a year there are still only a handful of humans that actually play. The rest are bots. They set you up to spend money and then they cheat you into spending again. Chinese game, Chinese ways we suppose. They cheat at everything. The even cheat at all makes in the population being homosexuals.
This game cheats big time. It controlling your play and every shot. Specially when you play high prices and specially with a Chinese player. And it cheats on the winning price paid out on every game. It is lame and frustrated. On top of it all, every description is in Chinese. Why can it be translate in English like most of all games. This is for the Chinese and only for them to play with themselves. Very lame and we are give zero star but it wont let us, so we have to give this lame cheating game one star.

Its really good. A lot better than other games. There is no realism to it. We’ve played pool ever since we could see the top of the table. We really like it.
