Pool stars is a great game but within the last 3 months it wont allow us to deposit cash. Keeps saying oops deposit failed. We have contacted support more then 10 times and no one has responded or reached out not even once.
Overall a great game but recently the app been acting up idk why we tried checking for updates but everything is up to date when we play the 1 vs 1 game for money it brings up the game but then the app closes by itself.
We think this game is eventually going to go under,the public will catch on and realize there is nobody on the other end,you are taking a big risk depositing money into this game because if you do happen to win you will most likely never see it and there is no way to get a hold of anyone,scam city.

This game is scam they scammed us out of $70 withdrawal we had the confirmation number which we copied from the page where it said your withdrawal is in the process which takes 2-4 business days which we said cool we waited for 2 days than we sent multiple emails no respond but than they respond to our last email telling us there is no record of our withdrawal so they are cheater we dont recommend you playing this game if we knew they scam u we would of took screen shot of where it said your withdrawal is in the process.

We actually enjoy the game, however Ive been waiting for over 45 days for our winnings to hit our account. We wrote to customer service and they told us to wait till 15-30 days. We were patient, but it still didnt come. Ive written twice since then and now they wont even respond. This is extremely unprofessional. Also, the program misses allot of key points which has cost us greatly several times. Like when the opponent scratches on the 8 ball and Im confused when we have another turn. Isnt the game over at that point? We know when we scratch, we loose. Or did the rules change and we missed that memo? Of course theres gonna be some sort of scam to this game how else would the dev make money. But you can win some cash on this game. Although your gonna lose a lot more. If you practice enough and get good at the game youll win some money but after winning a game or 2 and making money youre gonna lose automatically because you made too much money. When you first start you dont have to try hard and youll win 1st place every time. We got up to $20 and we couldnt pay for a win after that. Dont fall for the trap, they are not in this business to give money away cause they value their customers. They are here to prove house never lose.

Okay here we go again for the third time. AppStore keeps not saving our comment. We dont ever leave comments but Im happy to the point Im making sure it sticks. Let us tell you what separates this app from the rest. For starters this is hands down the best app for any one who likes pool and some friendly competition. It has the best and most accurate game dynamics hands down. Before you try to go disagree, go watch some videos and read some books about angles, math and ball spin. To the naysayers calling this a scam out there we more than tripled our money on our first deposit. They need that first deposit or people would just make accounts to take the bonus than leave. That sounds like a fast way to lose your business. Next up dont blame the developers and say its bots because you need more practice. Ill tell you what turned our game around we figured out pretty fast. DONT HIT AS HARD AS YOU CAN ON THE BREAK. Tighter groupings will make it harder on your opponent if you dont make anything off the break. Its not Skynet on auto pilot you just need some practice. Dont drink so much, take it from personal experience, its harder to play when you see 3 screens. Fast to cash you out as well. So it take a few business days, relax. If you need it that bad right away maybe stop putting your hard earned money in video games and go buy groceries. Your body needs its nutrients. Kill some time and go read a book, get a second hobby, go outside feel the sun, take care of some of those responsibilities you have been putting off, maybe even go raise your kids and stop neglecting your family for a while. Finally to what made us leave a review at the end of the day. Maybe it was a glitch in the matrix, perhaps it was that eclipse (side note if you cant seem to win maybe staring in the direction of the sun is throwing off your aim, maybe one too many seltzers, maybe you forgot to put on your glasses before you looked at the eclipse who knows) something did not handle the end on a tie game. Not only did we get an immediate reply the same day our issue was also resolved on top of that within the same day. If we checked our email more often or payed attention to phone alerts they would have fixed it even faster. Id give it more than 5 stars if possible. Great gameplay and impeccable customer service. Now Im going to copy and paste because we refuse to write everything a fourth time. Our fingers hurt so with that goodnight.

We like shooting pool and enjoy most pool games but there are some problems with this game. The cue aim is too sensitive so you blow all your time lining up the shot. Then the stroke isnt sensitive enough so you run out of time because it did not register your stroke. The timer makes you feel rushed. The pockets seem tight as opposed to other pool games Ive played.
Being able to obtain new cues at an earlier stage of the game would be nice to see. Ive yet to get that opportunity but Im only at Level 7 so hopefully Ill have that option sooner rather than later. It appears that in trick shot games you can just ram balls all over the table and get lucky and beat your opponent. Theres nothing tricky about that. That just makes for a sloppy game of pool and the last thing we want to get beat in is a game where the opponent has zero skills, yet he can win by pure luck. We would like to see that changed, as well as an increase in the timer before you take a shot. We use a lot of English on the cue ball and it leaves very little time to align your shot after adjusting for cue ball control. Last, Id recommend adding a 9-ball match into the mix and if ppl wanna play slop then you have 9-ball for that purpose. Other than those issues, we really dont see much else.
The physics of the game play seem to change randomly, and the controls are a bit glitchy. And we wish we could play traditional games.

Love the new sounds added to the game . The ball sound striking another ball and when you make a shot brings another level to the game.
Take out the cpu idiots and you cant even play 2 rounds , without an impossible score. Devs are dummies.

This is BY FAR the best pool game we've found! There are a few little improvements/changes that would make it as close to perfect as a 2-D pool game can be, but between the superior graphics & sound, the authenticity of the "feel", the fun of playing one-on-one, and the BEYOND EXTRAORDINARY customer service, we couldn't give it just 4 stars for a few minor things. However, they should know that if they had cheaper packages/bigger bonuses & cheaper options for games to play in the special challenges, we'd probably have spent 20x what we have, because it's so much easier to part with $5 than it is to part with $9+! Add 30% to 100% bonus bucks to that & you've got a sale every time! This is THE pool game, though, for sure! Enjoy.

We really like the blitz mode we dont tend to play the classic much bc we feel like theres a better chance to win in blitz mode and theres more options to choose from but all in all Ive made a good bit playing this game.
Honestly you guys should switch to all live matches we will never do trick shots because its not live. Add more live matches right now the max we can do is $6.1 where are the $20 live matches.
We really enjoy playing, as it is fun, and we found Ive gotten pretty good when playing others! However, the biggest issue Ive encountered is some matches put you with EXTREMELY better players! Im an amateur and some games we play against SEMI-PRO and even PRO league players this can be very frustrating, especially when money is in the line!!! Another issue is most names are generic and players dont even communicate with you. Not that they must, but it does give the feeling that they could be A.we., which can be disheartening. Ive reached out to Parana, the maker of the game, and they are VERY good with getting back to you, and give great customer support! They took our issues, assured us fair play, and will address these issues to improve the game. Hope you enjoy and good luck.
We havent spent any money yet or won any money yet but Im playing just for the fun of playing and its a pretty decent game if you like pool its not like really playing pool but it is fun.
The user that is shooting the stripes or solids, will automatically guide the ball to soft for contact with the primary ball? Needs to be fixed and besides that it an awesome game.
