We love the game but please a a scan feature for accessories bought in store as well as grooming bath time etc. As well as anther room for the pet to play in like a yard or a bedroom and some pet shows and competitions too.
This game is so much fun we have the dachshund and its so cute on the screen and when you walk the dog your having fun and burning calories and you dont even now it. And we are very picky about games and we hope you make more of these kind of games with cute dogs and cats.
We got the app and we then we realized that you need to buy a actual plush to play most of the games!!! Otherwise it is a good game.
We are about to get the Lop Bunny but we realized there is no Lop Bunny in the app or no pig please fix!
So if you have a pet from build a bare that has a tag that has its Id then get this app. We have this one from build a bare that we have and its name is sweetheart and we got her when we turned four so it was our fourth birthday so we wanted to play with her on hear but her Id wasnt on her collar! So our family helped us find what her Id tag was and we found it but we do have to reload the app so Ill have to find it again but thats okay. So its really fun because there is a take your animal on a walk section so you can walk around and then you do it until so.
This app is a great idea for creating great ideas for children to want to take care of pets.
So we’ve seen the bear valley game and its not compatible with iOS 11 and we really want it so if you could recreate this game for free and provide us with a free animal code we really want this game and our mom used to work at build a bear her name started with an n.
We love the game and we love to go to build a bear and get new and old furry friends we wish in the game that if you had the stuff that you had in the app were in the pets cubby you could get it for free we love your game so much bye:).
We’ve been able to bear build fan since it open head about promise Pets coming out we were very excited !! Because of the fact that they had one that looked just like the dog that passed away and we were excited to see the app but come on now we spent 25.50 Which is very expensive in our book but the point is if you can we have a app you got to make you all the apps will work with a pet which is very expensive in our book but the point is if you can we have a app that work you need to update it will all the promise. Pets will work in another adjusted is make more like take of a pet need a dog house a water dish and other stuff someone people buy it and use the app love the app of code not work was just west of money please make a update soon thanks.
We want to know if you can update the game so new promise pets can get in like a German Shepherd, other then that the cam is amazing.
Im not impressed about how much it can walk. But everything else is fine we give it a 5 star!
We love the game and its very fun and we like how you get to play with them but we have the black cat and its not in there and we’ve noticed other animals are missing also when you type the 6digit code for us its says its wrong and we think that you shouldnt have to type in the 6 digit code to do all the activities so we think that should be fixed but yeah.
We recently bought and stuffed the online exclusive Corgi form Build A Bear, and was excited to activate the code and play with the Corgi on the Promise Pets App too! Unfortunately the 6digit code come up asunknown, we hope that there is going to be an update soon so that we can play with the Corgi on the App! Other than that the app is very cute and a lot of fun!!!
We think this is a good game but we think you should be able to have more then one pet and be able to put the accessories you unlock on the pets.
This app is fun for a day, After that it gets boring. Something that would help that is if the things in the puppy cubby could be put on your pet. And if there was more then one room!!!!!! Also our promise pet is the copper retriever and you cant get them on the game!!!!!!! If you fixed that it would be great!!!!
More of the pets would be nice like add the bears and other ones that are different then cats and dogs we would appreciate the frogs to be added and you scan the certificate or something to unlock the non promise pet pet stuff.
Its very fun and enjoyable, but you need to add more animals to the game, because we have the German Shepard, and we cant even play! This game only has the old animals that were made years ago! We want MORE animals that just came out recently like the GERMAN SHEPARD! Please read this and add more animals to this game PLEASE, And please respond back.

We got a new promise pet corgi at a build a bear workshop, and we put in its code. It says it is invalid! We havent played the rest yet but we are annoyed, looks cute.
This looks like a game from iPhone 5 leaked into iOS 13. Update: also a bunch of people are complaining that there is not new pets On the app. These things are like 30 dollars and thankfully we have an old one. They only have old ones like golden retriever.
We would rate it five stars but we have to type in the ID to put our promise pet in Game and we hate that because we didnt bring our ID home so we give a thumbs down we guess we love build a bear but please have it so all we have to do is scan our Promise Pets tag pleeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaase.
This game is confusing because we have a corgi and hes not in the game. Also THE PEOPLE AT BUILD-A-BEAR CUT THE TAGS OFF!!!!!!!! And THROW THEM AWAY!!! But other than that HUGE detail its a great game.
We dont have a promise pet hangtag. You need one to do the grooming, checkup, and walk. All you can do is the food, bathroom run, and health it gets very boring. Will delete! Please change the hang tag requirements.
We waited in the store to get a promise pet just for the code not to work.
We put in our bear code 2 time and it never worked.
Apparently the code doesnt work for many promise pets as reported in other reviews.
Disappointed. Just went to build a bear today to get a promise pet just for this game. Then come home and it says our code isnt valid. We think about then we realize the game was made long time ago and they dont have current pets on it. Sad. Just spent a bunch of money on this only to realize it no take us code.
We got the tuxedo cat a few weeks ago and we tried the code on the hang tag and it didn’t work! We can’t even play most of the games and can only have two of the dozens of pets! Outrageous!
The 6 digit code on the pet we bought today will not work. Our daughter is upset she can’t play with her pet.
We had gotten our brand new corgi and we couldnt load it onto the game so we had to play as a puppy thats why we gave it two stars.
We were really excited to get a promise pet and that we finally got to play on the app with her but when we try the code? It doesn’t work! We try to look on other tags but it just has the same code! Then we look at the description box and it doesn’t list the tuxedo cat! This NEEDS to be fixed!

We purchase 2 different animals and neither one is on this app. There is only a little bit you can do with the app with out the correct animals. Our daughter was so disappointed.
It’s fun, but you can hardly do anything without the promise pet code. We just bought a tuxedo kitty, and yet it said the kitty’s code doesn’t work. Why say this is a promise pet and yet not list it on the app? Now we can barely play just because we don’t have one of the animals listed. Not fair.

We just bought a corgi and we used the code. It didnt work. That meant we couldnt use 75% of the game. Thats why its 1 star. Please B.A.B fix the game.
Our daughters each got a promise pet as gifts. One had golden lab and the sku worked fine and she had fun on her tablet. Our other daughter selected tuxedo cat an the code reads invalid when in fact the sku is also listed on the website! She is really upset that her sister can use the AP but she can’t! Why advertise it if you can’t use it?????!?!?!?! This is actually false advertising! The tuxedo cat is listed as a promise pet and should be on the AP but isn’t. Not sure what you would do that!!!! Can you please fix it?!?!?!
It did not even have our promise pet as a choice and when we put in the ID it did not accept the code.
We HATE that you cant have more than one pet. We have 5 promise pets and we are running out of iPads.
Daughter received a rag doll cat promise pet as a gift and the app wont recognize the sku so she cant play pretty much anything on the app and she cant even play with a kitty that looks like hers.
We got the Siamese cat and the app isnt recognizing the number on the hang tag. We even tried different numbers but its still not working :(
We downloaded this app and everything seemed fine but it would let us put in the pet ID. We’ve checked and double checked but every time it says this code doesnt seem right try again its the right code it just wont let us put our pet in the game.
We enjoy playing this game with our stuffed animal, and we think that this is a Purrfect game!

We don’t know the 6-digit number it is hard but so far it is a good game.
Overall, this app is fun. You get to experience how it is to take care of a real life pet through an animated friend. We like how you get to take your pet to check ups and take your pet to the bathroom. There are a few downsides though. When it wants you to brush your pet, it says that you need to take your actual stuffed pet and brush it, using your phone as a pretend brush. The app never picks up our brush strokes. Also, there’s this place where you can spend your points on mystery boxes. Once the box opens, a certain accessory or article of clothing comes out. Then once you click on it, it just says "you can purchase this for your pet at build a bear workshop". This is very confusing to us. We don’t like being negative, but we believe this app could use a good update or rethought. Still fun to play, though.
