Theyve proven themselves to be superior to even land based and Ill leave you with this3 weeks ago we went on vacation to an area that has casinos. Game is absolute trash out of all the money Ive spent with these con-artists Ive never won a single penny! We do not recommend downloading this game at all.
So we had played with the bonus sweeps coins that they provided us upon sign up. We won around $700+ dollars fair and square. When we tried to verify our identity and address we were told that our account was fraudulent and was unable to cash out. We were well within the terms and conditions and to the best of our knowledge not engaged in any fraudulent activity. We won the money fair and square. Well Pulsz terminated our account and did not allow us to withdraw the funds that we won fair and square. Without explanation we left empty handed and we feel we were cheated out of the money we had won fair and square. We provided all documentation to prove we are who we say we are. Yet still our account was terminated. This was an incredibly unfair non valid outcome to what was to be the beginning of a great relationship between the casino and ourselves. Unless this is resolved we highly recommend staying as far away from this casino as possible.
