Amazing company. We’ve heard they are working on an app for IOS and SC but even with GC this app is good entertainment. We signed up from a friends recommendation and its the best social casino in the world. Games are added so frequently and that amazes us, especially since Chumba was the first we signed up for and they had a dull userface with like 35 games! Promotions are consistent, comps are awarded better than a land based, and the employees treat you like a human! On that note, we’ve chatted with 3 specific employees a couple of times each (Princess, George & Imogen) and they are so professional. They get the answer to our question, they have no problem reaching to a higher up for anything they dont have and they always leave us smiling. We gotta give Imogen a huge shoutout for sending us birthday wishes with lots of luck for us. Im letting you all know, this is the website to stick with. Theyve proven themselves to be superior to even land based and Ill leave you with this3 weeks ago we went on vacation to an area that has casinos. We visited one for an hour the entire vacation and didnt return as Pulsz was a million times more satisfying! Give it a try, play responsibly and Pulsz is gonna provide the entertainment!
Never even had a chance to cash out. We went ahead and played the hundred dollars that we won and even put in more than $150 and still cant win anything. Very disappointed do not recommend we wish there was a way of getting our money back, because its like the they gave us a chance to win right away jump a bunch of money into it and then made us feel like a big loser. So we had played with the bonus sweeps coins that they provided us upon sign up. We won around $700+ dollars fair and square. When we tried to verify our identity and address we were told that our account was fraudulent and was unable to cash out. We were well within the terms and conditions and to the best of our knowledge not engaged in any fraudulent activity. We won the money fair and square. Well Pulsz terminated our account and did not allow us to withdraw the funds that we won fair and square. Without explanation we left empty handed and we feel we were cheated out of the money we had won fair and square. We provided all documentation to prove we are who we say we am. Yet still our account was terminated. This was an incredibly unfair non valid outcome to what was to be the beginning of a great relationship between the casino and myself. Unless this is resolved we highly recommend staying as far away from this casino as possible.

We were playing the other night when all of a sudden an error message popped up saying app not active and needs reset. Havent been able to log in for two days and we have a redemption on there we need to redeem. The app says 24 hour support, however we havent heard a thing. The best slots game we ever played easy and fun we won 1000 dollars our first time playing.
We registered our account on the social platform and purchased a $19.99 coin package for first use on the site. Once the payment cleared we were rewarded only SC 2.00 credits to play with and was missing SC 18.00 credits. We submitted a support ticket regarding the missing SC 18.00 credits and revived a reply that claimed all SC 20.00 credits were issued. We provided screenshots of the payment and our coin balance before any gameplay documenting the discrepancy. We are confused and worrying that the platform data is different for the support team then it is for the players experience. Please address this bug soon so others do not have a poor experience after signing up like ours has been.

How do? You accepted our ID, our bill AND our banking and also TOOK MONEY! Now you all of a sudden turn our account off for NO REASON? Having issues loading our account.
We’ve seen a lot of casino games this one is the worst by far, crunchy audio, bets dont make sense and overall boring. We dont even like golden casino that much but by far the best quality you can get besides actually going out to gamble. This one is just bad, like boring awful why did we even download it bad.
So we played this game and attempted to cash out. Entered our information and everything associated with our online banking, did the ID confirmation and have been waiting patiently. Logged back into the server today and noticed that our redemption that was In process wasnt there and our sweepstakes coins were returned. We waited for nothing. We went to email them (which is incredibly hard to find) and sent them an email and havent heard back yet. We sent another redemption request (assuming Ill have to wait another 3-5 business days) so far nothing yet. If they fix this and we receive the money we won fair and square then Ill change our rating. Still no explanation as to why our redemption was cancelled. Ill post an update and we have a high platform on social media so Ill make sure to share this app with everyone if it is legit. If not Ill make sure to share that too.
They dont want to pay out so you arent able to verify your account and then they lock you out completely. Our second day on here. Nothing fraudulent except this company.
