We found the ad for Epoch filled with false information and scary tactics. We gave it a chance and really listened to it but its affect was to move us away from the game. Our life is too precious as is yours to douse it with splashes of that kind of misguided nonsense.
We really enjoy this game and would give it more stars if they would fix the bugs. Ours often freezes where we cant move any tiles. And sometimes it will abruptly close out app in the middle of a game and then we have to start all over. Needs improvement. We have updated to the most current version and appear to be having more issues. Game is now constantly freezing and restarting.
Thought we would finally get to clear a board, but… Matching tiles stopped matching. One would light up, but its twin would not. Then the twin would light up and the original one would not. At one point we had an odd number of tiles on the board. We started tapping around and when we heard the sound we moved our finger to its twin and was able to clear that pair. We took a screen shot but cannot figure how to place it in this review. Love the game, but please fix the bugs. Thank you.
Challenging enough that it isnt too difficult. There are only three free hints if you get stuck and are unable to see the matches. Have only had a few glitches in the program when tiles were stuck and were highlighted but couldnt move nor match them to remove. Closed program and started new game, it hasnt happened since then. Great job developers! Love the game!
At first it was so much fun, but later we feel it doesn’t work correctly and somebody is controlling panel when one line suddenly moved far right and disappeared. Happened funny situation couple times when our game was almost finished. It is no more challenging unfortunately, otherwise we like this game as part of our morning brain challenge.
Game just ends for no reason…..a good game maker failed in doing all the checks needed to have a top rated game!
Id like the rate this game well, but it has a terrible pop up ad. Im offended by it. Id pay for this game if it didnt have ads. Until this problem is fixed, we can not recommend this game.
This would be an awesome game if they didnt have a pop up ad when you ask for a hint. They show the hint and then you have to watch an ad before you can complete the move. The ads are long and its difficult to remember the hint after having to watch the ad. Poor system.
Game ended before all matches are made, and tiles frozen unable to move to a legit match!

We love mahjong, especially the variations and this game is one of the best! Got stuck on our first game but it makes us want to do more. Thoroughly enjoy playing it. And the little Chinese voice is cute. Thank you for a cool game.
A great twist on the classic mahjong game.
Love the game just wished it had next board instead of replay after finishing a game.
This is our favorite game. We have been addicted to this for several years, ascending only to level two. We can clear roughly 70% on this level but can clear fewer than 20% on the last level. Very peaceful game.
Such a mind relaxing game. We dont always win but we do pretty well. Try it, you may like it.
We really wish you could put up a small banner on top or bottom of the screen to say the game ended. When it just abruptly ends and you cant see what was left idly is frustrating.
Stop with the commercial after asking for number of moves left… Very childish.
The game is really acting up today, ending the game after one move or after several moves, not allowing us to make all possible matches before arbitrarily ending the game. Not eliminating matched tiles from the board, not allowing matched tiles to move toward each other, tiles just popping up on the board out of nowhere blocking matches. We could go on and on with all the glitches, please put some more work into fixing the problems. Its still our favorite mahjong game but sometimes the frustrations with the bugs take all the pleasure out of trying to play this game. Thank you.
The game goes to ads very quickly at a pause point. The hints wanted are ended by an ad covering the game board. The game also aborts far too often. There is little feedback about winning with a low score. The same ads occur again and again.
It is challenging and it seems it can increase its difficulty as you become better.
We have had the game for several months. Fun, challenging. Now it has started having games that cannot be won. The board gets down to a dozen or so tiles and there are several tiles that do not have a matching tile on the board. We dont mean that Im not able to slide them to make a match, we mean there is ONLY ONE of that tile even showing on the board.
The majority of mahjong versions are simply too easy to win. This one requires some forethought, which we appreciate.
We have played this game for awhile and it just seems to stay on the first one, doesnt move on. We have completed it many times.
We like everything about this game, however we do wish there was an undo button. Even if it could only undo one move.
Needs a lot of patience,but quite funny especially when you get in.
