We’ve been a subscriber for a couple of years or more. Love the games. ALL of them!!(please keep Picture Sweep coming !!). A while ago the NOTICES page started coming up a lot. Not just when we open the app. We have to click 2 x to close the page. We like it better when you could open when you wanted. Can this be modified? Thanks for great games and the occasional jigsaw puzzles are awesome not a fan of the one where the fake hand takes a picture with the fake camera.
We have been a subscriber for a couple of years and this is one app that is worth every penny! The puzzles are challenging, but not so much so as to frustrate. We cant say enough good things about this app! Thanks so much for keeping us entertained for hours!

We would give Puzzle PAGE 5 stars if they had a dark mode. We have eye issues and the light background is hard to see. Any chance of an update with dark or night mode?
Pretty decent price to unlock most everything but they dont tell you you still have to earn tokens to play certain areas, and idk who designed the picture crosses but they are pretty bad.
We love this app and play it all the time but it seems to have frozen on us? We cant seem to progress past the title splash screen and its really bumming us out. We sign in daily for maximum coins earned and would hate to have to start our steak over.
Love all the puzzles, we just wish it had a dark mode option.
Make all the puzzle that you need to block off a square swipable? Like Picture sweep you we to tap every block, if you try and sweep,the whole puzzle moves around. Make it so,I can sweep and block off an entire row half a row or just 3 blocks at a time. Other than that love the mix of puzzles.
We’ve been using this app for 4 years and we love it. However, it is rated 4+, and we’ve started seeing ads for games that are 17+ and risqu in nature. We have 2 kids and these kinds of ads shouldnt be displayed on apps rated for a young audience. Get rid of the ad, or change the age rating for the game and Id give them 5 stars.
We actually LOVE these games, BUT some of the ads do not respect the silent setting on our iPhone. We cannot play these games at night while our husband is already sleeping or in the morning if hes not awake yet. We cant play them anywhere where the environment is quiet without turning our volume off entirely (and who wants to remember to turn their volume on and off). Tonight a bra ad by trustpilot blurted out and it would not go silent. Seriously! Silence the ads when the phone is on silent! Also, just for the record, we never watch an ad thats longer then 15 seconds. Weve already seen the same ads over and over and theyre just too long. The shorter they are, the more likely someone will actually watch them. Wonderful games, nicely done app, but Ill use our other apps more and this one less, in the future.
It will now randomly kick us out of the game. Also happens to our wife on our iPads.
The games are good but the ads are getting longer, up to 45 seconds, and some of the ads are highly questionable, such as losing a huge amount of weight in a remarkably short amount of time, no diet or exercise, just one gummy a day. Uh huh you can avoid this by subscribing.
We enjoy the many games. There are a few we never play but we like the ones we do play. Just had an update, though, and now our app keeps closing on us. Please fix!
Everything was fine, but since the last update, the app crashes frequently.
We’ve noticed recently while playing soduku that the app closes unexpectedly. In addition when we open it back up numbers that we’ve inserted into the puzzle are not there. Very annoying.
We downloaded the app for the variety of puzzles offered, but didnt like how the app was arranged. As others have stated, we are not a fan of having to pay 10 tokens to play every game either. Also, the game Cross Sums was mathematically inaccurate. According to the order of operations, multiplication precedes addition.
Recent update has messed up this application. It closes at random moments. Moves made, hints requested, tokens and gold spent can all be lost. And the issue is getting worse. It used to happen only occasionally, but today we found the app crashes every few seconds.
Used to work great. Now it crashes so often we dont even bother playing anymore other to check each day to see if its been fixed.
The app has always been riddled with issues but lately it crashes numerous times while trying to complete a single puzzle!! No luck looking for assistance from the FAQs either.
False advertising. Does have in app purchases or ads that allow you to play the puzzles as much as you want. Otherwise you can only play as much as you can afford with in app currency.
Honestly we dont mind ads being included in a game, especially understanding that developers are looking to turn a profit from these games, but when the game transitions from a pay for benefits/ advantage into a flat requirement to spend money just to access the basic functionality of the game, Im out. As a developer, if you are so incompetent that you dont want to create your own content, and just want to port in outsourced content (in this case puzzles) thats entirely your prerogative, however do not make what you accessed for free become just a quagmire of ads and pay walls, we personally will be quite content returning accessing puzzles online or on the dozens of free apps that may also populate ads, but at least the puzzles are playable with only periodic interruptions as opposed to this which you either have to watch 2 ads per puzzle unlocked, pay for the subscription, or play one puzzle a day.
It constantly crashes and game advances, rewards, etc are sometimes lost. It has become unplayable.
We have had this app for a while and regularly make purchases within the app. We mistakenly purchased coins instead of tokens. We hit the purchase button twice because we thought it just wasnt going through. We then realized what we did and purchased the tokens we actually wanted, so a total of $60. Tried Apple support for a refund and they denied it. Contacted support and they said the log couldnt help. Im out $40 over a mistake.
We used to enjoy this gaming app, but recently while in the middle of playing the app will crash on us. We go back in to pickup where we left off and nothing is saved and eventually it crashes again. We cant get though a game without it crashing on us several times. Time to move on to another puzzle app.
We loved this app until our subscription started having issues. We cannot switch from our iPad to our iPhone even though our settings are all correct, and now our subscription is not working properly on even our ipad. To make matters worse, we lost 150,000 coins and 4075 tokens that we worked hard to earn!!!! Just suddenly wiped out one morning. We get ZERO help from support despite numerous chats and emails. Very disappointing!!!!
Update 6/29/23 finished one clue issue 3 page 3 for event, game do not recognize id finished. Cannot finished Event. Contacted support; everytime showing is response from support but we cannot see that sruck on our first massage, great job support. Update 5/19/21 Nice job to steel coins and diamond what did not belong to you, over the years we collect them by watching same and same adds, now do to you mistake you take away them?? But not the one was we collect by your mistake the one what you earned. We had over 20K we think and now we have 17K good job, we really did like the app but, like every developer you just greedy and not correcting your mistakes, just steeling!!!!! 1 more thing, why during your event, we paying for puzzle 10 diamonds why after we finished it, we have to watch add every time, any explanation, pls. Well we enjoy this app for few months maybe year but now adds after adds and stuck on screen landing tree no option of x to close and is after you did puzzle, means you paid with token for game. Also after last update, every day in May has 20 tokens and suppose to 10 after doing every day at least 1 puzzle means they not honoring hot news, well really sad, we enjoyed a lot. But like every app , every game, has only few month good it looks like, after rather adds and taking back what they build numbers of users. Well we hope they will fix that, but they never answer Contact us, in app, only general message was send: check website etc. Update 5/13/20 After recent update, looks like 10 tokens stay in plays after hot press discount but still from May 2nd to 6th showing 20 tokens. Today for puzzle to watch video to open, we watch video and after showing to pay 10 tokens. People be aware they trying to kill the app with adds it looks like and not give rewards… Just watch video for tokens no tokens rewarded…. Wow better and better we see…
Updated review: dont expect any type resolution or actual support from customer support. Cheated out of a reward they will simply tell you that its not their fault and keep playing, glitch during an event they will tell you that you did something wrong and there is nothing they can do, wanna know how to cancel your subscription because you are tired of getting cheated out of things you earned good luck even getting a response they suddenly dont talk to you once you question how to cancel your subscription. Leave a bad review on the App Store youll get a developer comment asking you to contact the same customer service that literally keeps saying sorry but nothing we can do. Its very frustrating. We do love playing picture cross and some of the variety of puzzles they have its very frustrating when our progress is stunted by things and the only response is an apology and being told to continue playing. We’ve been trying to contact customer support but every time we open a support case the app glitches and we cant see the responses from customer support. Once they end the conversation and close the case, the app works fine again. We did not receive our reward after completing an event the screen simply froze similar to what its doing when we try to contact customer support even after several minutes the screen is still just frozen. Its allowing us to complete puzzles but we still wanted our reward and points from completing an event and we cant even get support because the support is causing the glitch.
We absolutely love the Puzzle Page app. We have been a subscriber for at least a couple years now. The daily puzzles and special issues have been a great daily stress reliever for meuntil now. We had to get a new phone and for some reason, our Puzzle Page app info didnt transfer over like most of the other apps. We followed the steps to restore our purchase as we had also recently purchased tokens. That did not work. We sent a message from support and all they did was send us the steps to restore purchase that we had already done. We responded saying as such and was never contacted back to help fix our account. We had over 200,000 coins built up, over 400 tokens and was all caught up on daily puzzles from the very start as well as completed a lot of the special issues. All our years of progress on the puzzles, all the money spent on the subscription and tokes just gone and they dont care! Like we said, we absolutely loved this app until this happened. Im very upset as we have not found any other app that comes close to this one. But since they wont help us get our progress back, Im done! Please be aware that their restore feature is crap and they wont help you, even after being a loyal subscriber for years.
We dont mind an occasional ad but when you cant get out of it and the game/ad crashes (black screen) it makes the game completely unplayable! We tried leaving the app restarting phone. Go back & its just a black screen. No response at all our only choice is to delete the game & look for another.
This app has a good mix of different puzzles, which is very fun. They also introduce new kind of puzzles every now and then (including wordle). We love the app and play puzzles every day. Although you can play free to some extent, we subscribed for the app. Its well worth the money; you get to play most of the puzzles unlimited (except the ones in special issues, but you get 5 keys to these puzzles every day for free).
Lots of choices for a puzzle lover.
This page will definitely stimulate some of those unused brain cells! We enjoy playing all form of gamesbut this page is a must have!
*** Developer reached out and was able to correct this problem after a couple of weeks. Thank you! We unsubscribed last October after having subscribed for a few years. We were told we would still have free access to the puzzles pages from our subscription period. For some months this is true, but April & January 2022 require tokens. Our subscription ended October 2022. We really enjoy many of these puzzles.
We love that we can go back and find puzzles we havent completed and even redo ones we have. Lots of variety. The only thing we would want changed is to allow us to change level of difficulty when replaying or restarting a game. We have accidentally chosen standard difficulty on some puzzles that we havent yet learned or mastered. Others we would like to do again maybe even with lower difficulty. It really depends on our mood. We have gotten much better at different puzzles, but sometimes we just want to choose quick. But most of the time our problem is when we clicked standard and now Im frustrated because we cant change it to quick. Its worth the money due to the sheer number of games you can get with no ads. It also stimulates our brain and still gives us dopamine hits.
We love it so much so does our family.
We love that you can pick the different kind of puzzle that you want. That way you customize your mental exercise to what you need. We dont recommend games easily. We recommend this one. We especially enjoy the picture cross puzzles, but the variety is great.
Hands down the best puzzle game on mobile. Especially if you like variety puzzles.

Love this app and play daily. Lately when we want to play a game and you get to watch a video and not use tokens. When the ad finishes we still have to pay to open the game. Please will you correct this glitch.
The latest build crashes every time the Toon Blast ad plays.
We absolutely love this game however, we would be so much happier with it if they would add a dark-mode so Im not blinded when we cant sleep at 2am and decide to play some sudoku puzzles!
We enjoy playing each day and purchased the annual to avoid watching ads. Our only complaint is not being able to rotate to landscape.
We would have thought that if youre paying money for the app you could play the puzzles at your own pace. Even with the subscription you have to wait for tokens which is kind of a bummer. That aside, the puzzles are a lot of fun.
We will subscribe as soon as you add a dark mode!!! A second thought to really entice families is to include family sharing that would make it a no brained for us but first DARK MODE!!!!!
The games are good and most days there are several we enjoy doing. But the videos! They are long and repetitive. And you need to endure one after each game and oft times to even play a game. We can never stay on the app for more than two or three a day. Frustrating!
Freezes every day we play. Very frustrating after watching adverts. Updates seem to make it worse.
This app was our favorite daily game with great variety and specific puzzle types that we love! Until the app stopped working we are unable to access any puzzles with just blank pages everywhere we click. They have a way to contact tech support through the app, but since our app isnt working, we are left helpless. They dont provide any form our contact outside of this one chat bot in the app. Really unfortunate that they dont provide a central email or something off of their website.
ADDENDUM; App is draining our ipad battery. A shame because we really like it . This reminds us of the puzzle page we used to do in newspapers. We did the ones we liked and ignored the ones we didnt. We like having a limit to tokens. That way we dont spend our whole day on this. The ads are kind of annoying, but recently theyve improved. Addendum; Latest update freezes app after an ad plays. Could be OS 13…. Either way, the program is locked.
