We’ve been using this app for a few years and love it. Our only complaint is that we no longer have access to the vertical puzzle tray. We used that for specific reasons. What has happened to it?

We hate the constant ads, failure to identify location of photos, and constant offers for other apps. Find another sucker!
This is an amazing game. If you download this game you wont regret it. We love how you can chose a picture then chose how many pieces you want the puzzle to be. This is a very relaxing game. We just came back from universal studios and we picked up our iPad to play this game because we were very nauseous from the rides and it helped us to relax. Only thing we dont like is the add. There is an add after every puzzle other then that this game is fantastic.
We love doing puzzles. We will do all the June puzzles we missed all the may puzzles but we will do all of them that we missed.
Im so sick of game and puzzle apps false advertising. When we download an app, we’ve seen advertised, we expect it to be played exactly the way its advertised. The fact you cant trust these ads to be what they advertised is annoying and we usually delete them when we find out. This so called RELAX PUZZLES advertises these beautiful unique flower puzzles, but theres none anywhere on this app. We’ve even deleted the app and reinstalled it thinking it was a glitch. But its not. Stop advertising what you know good and well is not there. If by some slim chance it is there and we are just over looking it, please by all means tell us where! We will gladly retract our complaint and apologize. AND TO THOSE COMPLAING ABOUT THE APP FREEZING, SOME COMPLAINS OVER A YEAR AGO, SOME FYIITS STILL FREEZING UP.
Great relaxing way to calm and enjoy.
We’ve been playing this since September and we’ve been really enjoying this. We love completing the puzzles and the different themes. We especially love how we can make our own puzzles. In the game. However a major problem has occurred, after the last update the game has been crashing every time we tried to start playing on one of our own photos. The biggest reason why we got the game, and it always crashes every time we try to start it. We love the game but we would appreciate it if the problem was fixed in the next update. Thanks.
This puzzle was very hard but fun to do.
Repeatedly the extra theme puzzles do not come back even when their time is not finished. This is one reason for the poorer score They also do not always work rip. Some glitches that probably need to be fixed.
If yall would remove daily ones after they was completed would be better.
We find no way to remove completed sets of puzzles.
We enjoy the puzzles and also the daily puzzles but the weekly special puzzles are just a tease. You get to do 3 then they disappear you dont get the rest.
Some ads like PCH dont allow you to exit out so then we have to turn our phone off and restart in order to play. We do this over and over. If it continues we are done with this app.
Taking the breaks is beginning to get really bad because your choices are taking longer to finish out and we have to shut down the game and start up again to get away from the App Store. Thinking about quitting.
We can not get the puzzles that you offer as a extra reward right now it is wonderful Turkey it is very frustrating another problem is when we try to find we have been charged twice now once for 24.95 in March and today for 99.99 for coins that we dont need or want. We contacted Apple support to dispute it should not charge that easily with no way to refute it.
This isn’t complicated. Its just a simple, relaxing good time. We find this app very good for relieving our stress. Its pretty cool to be able to create puzzles from your own pictures, too.
Only if you add anything you can pick how hard the puzzles are so easy and you can pick how hard they are OMG so fun!
We love the game itself, but several of the ads prevent you from returning to the game and often result in lost points. If this is an attempt to get you to buy the ad-free version, its not appreciated.
It is extremely annoying that the screen does not lock in place while working on a puzzle.
Past few weeks we are having a great deal of trouble with the puzzle pieces being frozen or slow to move. Tried closing the app and rebooting but it is only this puzzle game that has problems. Quite frustrating.
We love these puzzles but the app is frustrating. Opening puzzles and scrolling through puzzles takes forever because it will lag every single time. Especially laggy when an advertisement is about to pop up. We might have to abandon this app.
We love the variety of puzzles.
We love the puzzles, some are extremely challenging, and we would give this five stars but for the constant interruptions for ads, some are for 20%, then you get one right after for 26%, then another at 50%, sometimes 66%, then, 75% and so on. We just find so many interruptions very annoying. Some ads are short, some over a minute, and some you have to exit completely because they just stay on.
It wasnt bad 6 months ago, but now its rediculous!
100 piece puzzle 3/3 during the puzzle; 150 piece puzzle 4/4 then 1 more at the at end of any puzzle size before collecting coins and open 1 out of 3 boxes at the end but another advertisement. Their are puzzles you have to watch a vid before playing the puzzle; their is a column row of $$ as well.
This game is AWESOME for traveling and it is fun.
We just read some of the reviews and cant figure out why people are having such negative experiences. We have never had one seconds trouble with this app and we love it. We use it every day.

Ok, here are the notes we made as we explored this jigsaw app. Relax – 3.99 to remove ads. Can earn coins to buy stuff, apparently, but must watch ads, even during puzzle play. Very beautiful etched glass look to tiles, 2 trays, one at bottom and another at side. Can be set for left-handers. If you exit and come back, it asks if you want to continue current puzzle, if yes loads it without an ad first. Edge pieces fit border. No space around edge of puzzle to sort pieces, only inside border. Can select edges only. Can change background color in settings. Little popup banner when you finish the border. Pieces sort of jump up or down a level, instead of staying exactly where you let go, making it difficult to separate them properly until you’re ready to place them. If you go above 150 pieces, it will make you assemble the puzzle in four separate segments, which we don’t like particularly. But another app had it where it stayed one picture, and it made the pieces too small to manipulate easily (or see well enough to match up), so we understand why this is an option. Entire pic appears when done. Daily free puzzles go back to April 2020, but only show part of upper corner, leaving you to guess what puzzle actually looks like. Odd. Once you assemble puzzle, whole thing shows. We successfully used one of our photos to create a puzzle – another app said it had that function, but when we attempted it it didn’t actually work. Okay, we paid 4.99 for a starter pack that removed ads and also added a unique pack and 5,000 coins. A dollar more than just removing ads, so a good deal. MUCH MUCH nicer – when we reached a progress point, just added coins and right back to the puzzle. Still pops up little gift icon that counts down from 10 periodically, not sure what that’s about. But it doesn’t really interfere and soon disappears. However, some collections still have puzzles that have a little TV icon on them, and you still have to watch an ad before you do those. Hmmmm…. All in all, a good app, and the beauty of the tiles with their crystalline look is something we have not seen in any other app. As an improvement we could wish their was more room around the puzzle to sort pieces, but with 2 trays we’re not sure that would work. We think it’s worth working a little differently to enjoy the beauty of the tiles and puzzles. Update: we like that the tiles do not freeze in place – you can still move them around until all the border is finished, for example. This prevents the accidental ‘okay, that just stuck there while we were trying to move it somewhere else’ syndrome of most other apps. We also noticed that now it charges 1,000 coins if you want to use a photo to create a puzzle, which is understandable. *I would like to see a collection of dragonflies and one of hummingbirds, also to see more of those types of collections labelled as to what type of dragonfly/bird/tree, etc. The recipes collection was very interesting. We would also like more puzzles that have rainbow effects, such as colored pencils/butterflies/abstracts etc. In a ROY G BIV pattern that is a bit more predictable as to approximately where a piece will go, as well as beautiful. We have also tried doing a puzzle that we added to favorites and had already assembled, but turned on rotation. Very nice – more like doing a real puzzle, where the pieces do not pour out of the box in the proper orientation. (The perversity of the inanimate!) This mode also doubles the coins given for solving, so for a 150 piece puzzle instead of 35 you get 70 coins. Very nice. Another interesting point is that for some puzzles in a collection, there is a little TV icon, so you can watch an ad and just get that one puzzle – but we would like to suggest that they put the TV icon on all the puzzles, as usually the one puzzle we are particularly interested in does not have the option to watch an ad. Either that, or they could add a special way to earn gems or some other type of icon to use toward individual puzzles, as is done in the Color Planet app. We would prefer any option that didn’t involve watching a stupid ad. We wonder if these people realize that they are probably losing business this way? We have definitely decided to NEVER buy a product because the ad was so pestilential. At least the Plagues of Egypt didn’t involve being forced to watch ads!!! And if they added the gem icon feature as well as the TV icon, when you clicked on an individual puzzle it could give you the option to either watch the ad or use gems, just like now it gives you the option to use coins or pay for a collection. That would be the best way to attract customers in our opinion. Update on our collections wishlist – Fireworks displays, and Bible verses. Update on 200 pieces – Awesome! You don’t have to do it in sections, although 300 and up it doesn’t give you a choice. But for 200 pieces you can deselect and do it all at once, the pieces are full size as usual in the tray and get smaller when put on the board, but they are still manageable. Very nice.
We’ve tried all the top puzzle apps out there and deleted every single one except this one because this one is a joy to use. We love how easy it is for each of our kids to choose a fun puzzle and then select the # of pieces. When making progress on a puzzle, an encouraging note will pop up. This ones a keeper.
It is very difficult to save a puzzle in your photos. It used to be easypress the arrow and it turned red and thr puzzle was saved. In the last few weeks it has been difficult to save a puzzle. You have to press on the arrow over and over until it is saved. We could not save the 12/24 puzzle. We did the puzzle twice to see if we could save it the second time. We could not save it no matter how hard we tried. Please fix the save feature:

This is a superior puzzle array, BUT, way to many ads.
When changes were made to the app a few months ago, the ability to move back a few years to do some of the older puzzles. Im working on May 2020 currently and the only way to access that month is to swipe. Thats awkward as well as slow going. Previously there was a back arrow to reach the older puzzles and it was MUCH faster. Please, please consider reinstating the old method. We love these puzzles and want to do as many as we can. 1/30/23 New updated complaint. The app is completely frozen, again. When we open the game it will load but go no further. Nothing is clickable. It asks if we want to finish our last puzzle and no matter if we click yes or no nothing happens. We’ve not been able to play this game for close to a month. It seems every time yall update theres issues with the game. We’ve enjoyed this game above all other puzzle games but its getting very frustrating that more often than not it doesnt work. Please figure out whats going on and fix. Great game when it works we’ve been playing this game for a very long time and loved it. Im assuming theres been a recent update (9/8/22) and after we finish a puzzle it freezes and wont load our coins earned or let us go to the home page. We have to completely shut down the app and reopen to choose another puzzle. Really frustrating. The other updates are OK, but we miss being able to sort our pieces after the edges are done. Please fix!!
We like it however how do you save the puzzle so you can make it a wallpaper? Ill give it more stars if that is possible.
Love the puzzles and the app… BUT the puzzles have to be downloaded nearly EVERY time we want to play a puzzle. This is NOT relaxing and does not allow us to play any time anywhere without internet access as advertised. This is true for the collections we got by redeeming ‘coins’ AND the MULTIPLE collections we bought with our cash money. This is unacceptable on many levels. We want to download our puzzles ONCE and play any time any where we want especially when we pay our cash for the collections. If you cannot resolve this issue then we want a refund for all our cash purchases. We would really prefer that you fix the isuue so we only have to download puzzles when we buy them (or redeem coins). Thanks in advance for your attention to this matter.
Love your puzzles but they keep freezing up on us and we have to delete it and download it again and every time we have to delete it if we bought any puzzles Id lose the money in the puzzles and because once it freezes you cant get it back you need to do something about it.

Downloaded this an hour ago and already freezes! Three pieces left and nothing works and no idea what to do except dump it!
Up until this last update this was an easy 5-stars! Very relaxing and easy to lose track of time while playing. But this latest update removed the zoom function and trying to complete a 500 or 900 piece puzzle is hard enough on our iPad 8 screen but now we cant even attempt it on our smartphone! Which brings us to another long time pet peeve about the game. We cannot carry on the puzzle between our tablet and our smartphone. If we want to play the same puzzle we actually have to start a whole different one on the other device. WHY? We should be able to continue our puzzle on multiple devices. To the developersthis is going downhill fast. PLEASEFIX THE ISSUES MENTIONED ABOVE so we can give this 5-stars!!
Love the variety of puzzles. We do not care for the main page where everything is. We much preferred the older version showing where our unfinished puzzles were. This new version is hectic to find what puzzles that we want to put together.
We loved this game and have been playing for a year or two but more recently the game has been shutting down after an add plays then when we reopen, it makes us start the puzzle over, sometimes at 20% or even 40%. Today it made us start over at 20% and again at 80% on the same puzzle. This is very frustratingnot relaxing at all. Time to delete the game. Ill have to find another puzzle game that lets us finish the puzzle.
