Its a fun game and Ive been playing it for years. It takes patience to grow the restaurant. You can choose to do goals or choose to just not do them if you dont have time dont feel like you have to do everything just do what you want and enjoy it.
Im so obsessed with this game that we take our tablet to work with us everyday! Just so our meals wont burn.

We really liked the Christmas goal. Thank you! It would have been more fun if we could have earned gems right away on the new appliances. The Elf stove still doesnt allow gems on the 7 and 10 hour recipes. Thank you for fixing the cauldron stove! We would like to all recipes unlocked on stoves that are not for the 14 day goals. We have over 250 recipes we cant make. Since we have gotten gems on all recipes we can cook it would be nice to have more. We do have some Echo stoves we havent completed yet. We have almost 3000 appliances and only Echo and goals to cook. We would be willing to pay gems to unlock all of them. Please be reasonable on the amount. Thank you for considering this idea. We started this game when it first came out and quit for a number of years and came back. The game has all the bugs that it had back then. Cant any of them be fixed.
The game needs a much needed update. We cant get past the loading screen.
You gotta somehow make it easier for us to make friends so we can expand our restaurant cause Im not ready to stop playing because we cant expand our Restaurant because we cant get friends to add us and its too hard for us to figure out to add them.
Not fair to purchase items to cook, and then have to purchase them again after theyve disappeared. Theres a glitch in this app. Please fix it.
The game could use updating. It can also be tricky clicking on things. Also it is really too expensive for you to create something that you want. Another is you dont get access to many things unless you do the challenges.
Today our mom went to get her food but she cant get in.How is she going to get her stuff if she cant get in.
Our food keeps spoiling because the game keeps processing and we gotta keep shutting down the entire tablet to get to our food. Ive been playing this game from the time it came out.
We wish there werent so many ads! The game freezes a lot too! Its one of our favorite games that we always come back to but its getting more unbearable to play because of all of the ad bombs. JUST LET ME PLAY! We also wish there were more fast cook times on foods! So we can play until our hearts content. But with the 1+ – days on cook times its nothing we can immerse ourselves in anymore.
Probably since 2012.., many years!! We love to expand the place and have new friends and play with our old friends.
Love this game we find it very relaxing, kills our boredom time and gives us something to do, we like how there are different selections of items to choose from like to decorate your restaurant, different foods you can make have Nieghbors its just fun all the time. Hello just wanted to let you guys know how much we love the game we have been playing Restaurant story for a long time now we last our free videos for gems years ago when we logged in to face book then you guys gave it back to us for a few months but when we went on vacation and got back on to the game they disappeared once again please help us get them back once again.
Been playing restaurant story since 2010 . We have always enjoyed it. Have long time game friends and some who have passed away.Yes ,its changed over the years and the tasks have become more difficult to complete.But , we love designing especially with Halloween and Christmas themes . We sometimes type a little break from playing but we always come back because we just love the game.The goals not so much since they are too demanding but,we just love visiting our neighbors and the sweet messages they leave and they make our day a little more brighter.Just patience with some of the tasks and if you dont finish the goals just remember its just a game .. Its not that serious.

Why does our game keep processing and then it messes up the whole game? Then it wipes out our food and we spend money and get no product every other time we play the game.
We been playing this game for years now & we absolutely love it but we dont like like how when we open the app it says processing & we have to close & reopen it just so we can play.
The game play is great, but Im running into issues when trying to expand our space after having enough coins and enough neighbors..there seems to be a bug issue with the game.
We enjoy decorating our restaurant. The only issue we have is picking items to put in our restaurant. We have to scroll through all of them to find what Im looking for. The walls are not together, the waiters are not together, the holidays are not together, the animals are not together. They arent in any order. The things we bought that are no longer available to buy reset us back to the start even if we have more of that item available. Its the same for the flooring, the tables, etc. When we gift someone it is the same. The food is easily accessible but the basic parts are wayyyyy down the list. We get frustrated & will probably quit playing again. We came back after 9 years off & am having the same frustrations, only worse. There are 9 years worth of new things to sift through.
Ive been playing this game since 2010 and have seen many changes. The food use to be more exciting to cook and looked real. The goals use to be fun but now requires more time to complete. We still play because over the years Ive made friends with people who play and we dont want to lose that connection. The game has too many ads and glitches. The ads pop up as soon as you try serving the food thats finished cooking Its so irritating! Other than that its a great game. Id love to see the original Farm Story backhint, hint.

Fun game. The only thing we dont like is the lack of goals recently and the annoying ads that pop up when Im cooking meals.

Used to play this game a LOT on and off throughout our childhood. Its always been a really fun game to keep coming back to along with bakery story. Unfortunately since re-downloading the game it is now completely taken over with ads especially everytime when first entering the game or trying to serve food. These ads also cause major glitches in the game such as resetting tasks youve already completed, disappearing food or items, and even just the game freezing completely. Ive loved the option to watch an ad to speed up food orders but the random ads popping up everytime you enter which were not from you clicking to watch an ad for a speed up keeps glitching your progress and is infuriating. Ive also had irl friends playing this game with us recently who do not receive our requests in game. This has been more recent as the ads have become worse and Im not sure if its another glitch from those ads. Either way we will probably be uninstalling this game of these issue persist ( note- we can say bakery story has a LOT less of these ads and glitches but it does still happen unfortunately) UPDATE : we have since now deleted this game as the ads got to a point they almost made us buy over $30 in game gems because we could not hit the X button and it was super glitched/ having freezing issues. This stressed us out so bad! We are done with this game till all these bugs and ads are fixed.
The website you get sent to in order to purchase gems is so so sketchy. We were charged and never got the gems. This cant be resolved because a receipt never came through Apple.
Way too many ads we download this game since we remember it from when we were a kid and it takes forever to get into the game play of the game! They keep popping up quests and ads when you log on or trying to do actual game play that Im not interested in and when we can go into the quest area ourselves anyway to look for them if we wanted to see it. So throwing a bunch in our face when Im just trying to play your game is very annoying , redundant , and a waste of time. Honestly after a while of it we would just started rage quitting from opening up the game alone then quit. We understand the short video ads way more then bombarding players with a bunch of unrelevant quests/ promotions for their other games that take about 2 or 5 mins to get though all of them when we just want to play actual game. Based off of opening up this game alone we would NOT want to try out their other games.
Ive been a player here since games inception in 2012. Not happy that you now only give full bonus purchase to in ap sales made to multiple unknown European companies & never the same & give only partial bonus to Apple which has always been secure. As a result we will no longer make in – app purchases!!! Will most likely cancel our play when we use up our gems by years end!!! Also the increase in game play interruptions has been very annoying.
The game is fun but there is too many pop ups and WAY to many ads. Im deleting it.
This is a very good cooking game, been playing for well over 8 years, just one problem is trying to complete the achievements in Game Center, Master Rank 1 does not work even if you served 200+ of the same dish.
This game has soothed us for years.
Playing this game for a long time, wish some things would be easier. People that work and dont have time to play a long time it is hard to reach the goals. It just takes forever to level up. Things are really exspensive, costs a lot to do anything.
Wall decor in top left and right corner are invisible and cant place any wall decor there, instead we have to place them about an inch or the next space over same issue is happening in our Bakery Story game. We also have invisible neighborsgame tells us that a neighbor needs our help, but we cant see them. We un-installed the games n reinstall them and nothing changes.
This game gives us a pleasant little world to design and focus on.
Ive been playing this game for years. We love to build our kitchen. Changing designs for holidays and stuff. We like the fact that we can time our food around our normal activities. Once you start seeing it come together you wont be able to stop playing.

We are a daily player who has been playing this game for a very, very long time. Every time we play Restaurant Story, we must close the app, and we must also reopen it. In spite of this issue, Restaurant Story is still our favorite game.

Great game, Ive been playing since 2016 on our kindle but now play on our phone and iPad. Two down sides is one, way too many ads! Two, the events doesnt last long enough to complete it. We were doing the Rapunzel event bc we really wanted the tower since Rapunzel is our favorite princess. We used all our gems, we even payed for more gems, and we cooked as much as we can and end the end, we were too late. And plus, to make another stove like the specific one we needed, we needed parts that we didnt have and not enough neighbors to give it to us. But other than that, great game.
