Fun game. Would be better if didnt crash all the time.
The app Was fine until it started to constantly freeze and crash during game play causing us to lose lives and power ups that Ive paid for. We sent 2 emails to support with no response from anyone yet.
We love this game, but it recently started freezing up until we restart our phone.
Not enjoying this game. The rewards for completing a level are very small, and the money spent does not equal the value we would expect for the purchase. Just another money sucking game.
Really like this game but lately it keeps freezing up on us half way through the game. Need a fix please. We agree with others that it is way too hard to pass without getting extra slots. Ive even payed for coins and still couldnt pass it. The algorithm seems to get ya every time. Recap: still freezing up. Cant even close it to restart sometimes. We have a new phone so maybe its just not compatible yet with it. Need to fix please.
While we were living the game (some levels took a week to learn the pattern if we didnt want to pay. Lol. But our joy was short lived when we updated our iphone 16 and it freezes 1/2 way through every game. We contacted their customer service but NO reply. Thus the 2 stars. We pay for no ads and threw our money in the toilet because we cant even play now.
Expect ads every 3-5 minutes even if you buy it out and gameplay designed to make you lose no matter what you choose – unless you watch an ad to continue. Almost nothing depends on your decisions – the algorithm will make sure you fail just so it can serve you another advertisement.
We used to be able to play as many times as we wanted.. Now suddenly you lose hearts and have to wait for new ones. Just another way to get people to pay. As someone whos had this game for a while feels very annoying. Definitely deleting the app.

Love this game but they recently changed it so that the puzzle finishes itself once you get to a certain point. Leaves out that satisfying feeling of finishing the game yourself. :(.
Level 20 was stupid to get past. There isnt an option to watch ads to get help either. If able to get past that level it gets easier and much more enjoyable because there are options to keep going without spending money.
Love this game but dont want to spend money to play and no opportunity to earn with play. Hope it keeps getting updated to keep the costs way down.
We completely deleted and restarted this game twice and every time have gotten stuck at level 20. Its impossible to pass if you dont want to spend a ton of money to play. Unfortunately, we will be deleting and finding something else and wont be downloading anything else from these developers.
Its a fun game, somewhat challenging, but gets a little boring. Im hope as we move into higher levels. It will get abetter.
This game is such a fun relaxing game until its suddenly impossible to pass a level without purchasing more coins due to earning very little coins from passing a level. We understand apps need to make money but to make it completely necessary to make a purchase takes all the fun out of using an app.
Its a really fun game until you cant win unless you pay, and even if you do pay, you still lose. We dont mind paying for a good game but you get so little for what you spend its not worth it. We just ended up deleting it.
The game is fun, but to advance or beat a level you have to pay or watch a long ad. Most of the ads are for Gossip Harbor. This really takes a lot of time out of the game.
This is legit a really fun game but there isnt really way to progress through a level with actually paying money for it. Mind you, its ridiculously expensive and doesnt give you a lot of boost or the amount of coins to spend for the boost are also expensive.

We really like this game but Im going to delete it because a lot of levels are nearly impossible to complete. We love a challenge but some levels Ill be stuck on for weeks and some we have to buy coins or slots. We know of some people who play who also get 10 lives, yet we only get 5. Unfair. It becomes frustrating and no longer fun.

This is such a great game. Sadly, it gets to a point where it is impossible to pass no matter what strategy we use. There is no way to pass unless you get extra slots or the extra VIP area. There is no way to earn free coins unless you pass a level. There is no daily amount provided for joining the game that day, it gets impossible to pass unless coins are bought and even then, getting one slot in the game is expensive! They got greedy and ruined the game.
We have a good time playing the game but what we dont like is the fact that we get close to beating a level and the game freezes and we have to completely close out of it to fix it and lose our progress. Whats worse is we bought a power pack and every time we use a boost is when it freezes up on us. This bug needs to be fixed. Deleting the game due to it.
We love this game but we are on level 31 and this is the second level that is completely impassible without spending money on enhancements/bonuses. The first one we only passed after an update changed the structure of that level. Seriously thinking about deleting this game.
Ive made several in game purchases and every time we do the app freezes, turns off suddenly, etc. And when we return it starts a new game and doesnt reimburse the coins spent on slots, VIP, sorting or anything. We won a game and all of a sudden we were asked to use a VIP slot after the dragon was slayed and we couldnt return to the main menu. So guess what when we returned the VIP slot was gone, we had to restart the game and our coins werent reimbursed.
Loved this app. Down fall is you have to watch a lot of adds to get upgrades to pass the levels. We tried without watching ads for a month on one level. Finally caved and watched videos. When we got to level 59 it started crashing our phone. Was fun spent hours on it sad to see it go. Yet, Im tired of our phone crashing and draining the battery.
This game was great until the latest update. You have made it so we cannot finish our level. At 10-20% left, the game finishes itself. Its like putting together a 1,000 piece puzzle all week, then someone else steps in and puts the last 20 pieces together. We HATE that. How do we opt out of that.
We played this game and its relaxing we even got up to level 1000 and we finally seen a a challenge with other players from around and won coins and power ups and that was exciting we would love to more from this app. Im not saying Im going to playing but we would like some interaction because it feels rather basic. Even the layout can use some improvement the speed we just think the more you go up in levels the challenge should be greater.
The past few weeks the app keeps freezing we enjoy the game but we cant get past leave 46 no matter what we do. And when we freezes we lose a life.
As others have stated, the app is fun but we are at Level 25 and we have determined that it is impossible to win without spending money. So our choice is to delete the app or spend. The challenge is that the options to spend lead us to believe that we will have to continue to spend in order to advance levels. Too bad because it was fun to play while it lasted.
We get the app wants us to buy packages but to make levels impossible for you to win because it streams one or two colors constantly to the point you have no choice to by boost if you want to win the level.

We liked this game until we got to level 20 and its impossible to get past it without spending money. We tried to use the watch ad option to continue the game and it wont let us click on it. Gonna take it off our phone which is a shame because we liked it.
Fun, but 20 is not beatable without buying something. There was a button to watch a video instead, but it didnt work, and since the latest update, that button is gone. False advertising.
This game is built to make players lose so theyll spend more. The pricing is completely unreasonable.
We enjoyed the game but on an update they added "royal crush" at the end, that automatically clears up all the board but we don't like it at all!! We enjoyed clear all the puzzle ourselves until the end.
We like this game EXCEPT FOR: the video ad button to get an extra slot NEVER WORKS. So you have to use points that you have to buy for an extra boost. We also really dislike the auto finish mode. Its satisfying to hit each color as you slowly realize youre going to win. Esp after a challenging round. Takes the enjoyment out of it.

This game could be a lot more fun if there werent forced losses. The reward is light compared to what you have to pay to keep going and the watch an ad button to continue doesnt work. Makes us not want to stay.
Reached level 21 and cant pass due to level difficulty programming. But also cant watch any ads to continue playing any levels? Ive selected the watch ad to continue level choice multiple times but it never leaves the game over screen. Dont tempt us with another chance to save the level but then make it impossible to watch ads to save yourself. So beyond annoying. This game is weird.
This game used to be fun but now its impossible to pass a level without spending money. They recently added a video to keep the rescue going but nothing happens when you click on the video. Such a scam.

Theres no way to get past level 20 without paying. When you die, theres an option to watch a video to continue on, but the link is broken so theres no way to do this.
This game is rigged! We dont mind a game thats difficult on some levels but every level is difficult and seems like it glitches. This is the first game that Ive played where every single level is hard. We try to buy boosters which are ridiculously priced and then we still lose. The amount of real money you spend and for the amount of boosters you get to still lose is insane. Also, the amount of coins and lives you receive is not appealing. Im an avid gamer and love to play games but this is a game setup to just collect your real money. Theres no incentive to continue to play. Change the difficulty and rework the boosters/coins received situation.
Love the game but there are levels you are forced to spend real money. They add a button to stay in the game if you watch an ad but the button doesnt work.
Theres something really satisfying about placing the last piece, whether its chess, a puzzle on the dining room table, or a phone game. For a little while, the game only finished automatically for us when there were sufficient empty spaces on the board. Now, the game is finishing the last 10% of the game. After all the work and ad-watching, Id love the satisfaction of actually winning our game, please. Also, dont expect to be able to listen to anything else while playing; unfortunately, the ads interrupt audio, so youll be restarting Audible or Podcasts or whichever app. We hate that. If you can still make money from our watching the ad, let us listen to our stupid book, please.
After everything we do in this game we get put in a long ad. It makes the game unplayable.
This game is very fun but very frustrating. At level 12 and it is already very hard to pass without paying. It should not be this difficult this early in the game. The level Im on now is literally impossible to pass without spending $ but we refuse because Ive already spent money before not going to keep doing it.
