This game is a joke. It cheats you so you dont get jackpot.
We work graveyard and that being said there may not be many table options for us, so they load these bots in, which in theory Im ok with that. What Im not ok with is they dont just beat us and take our coins they mop the floor with us, its not like playing with another person. Their picture looks like professionally done they never have more than 50-60 rounds, they never stick around for another hand,sometimes the gender of their names dont match like Mary name on mans photo. Im ok with the bots but cam you make them lighten up.
Zynga seems to have taken a position not in good faith. They offer coins for video. Watch the video in its entirety, only to have the reward cancelled.
How do all these players (Fake Bots) have all 7 cards in 2 turns No way! And its continuous every game! Cmon.
It takes cards out of hand and put back in pile. Ive had our hand on board and auto play will take our card and throw it back into pile. Would be nice if it didnt keep taking our cards.
Takes ages searching for players to actually start a game.
Maybe it should only be 3 ppl, not 4 bc some players take so very long to either take a card or figure out their hand-its frustrating & tiresome. We liked the game in the beginning maybe bc the ppl we were playing w/were quickerunless u have patience of a saint-Id find a diff rummy game to play.
Please let us turn off the aggravating music without having to mute all of the sound.
This game is extremely rigged. We dont will not pay for coins. When play single player tournaments the players the players above 200 which we have been win the jackpots. So when you are ranked in the 1000s stop playing those opponents. Not that we have ever paid or will pay for this trash game. Just a little insight to this carnival circus game.
We really enjoy playing this game! But theres a few issues that should be fixed and addressed. You can invite friends but cant play with your friend? Because theres a coming soon when you try to invite your friend to game. Ive messaged the support through the app and got no response. Dose that need to updated and is just a big, or do you have to be a certain level to play with friends? Its a good game but the reason we downloaded it was to play with friends.
We tried to add friend it keep popping up coming soon can you correct this.
We have written you guys numerous time to correct some problems . One no videos play ever , Im never able to have our coins doubled, luck wheel disappeared n we cant get our spin from completing the task . We bought 100, 000 for .99 cents , but you charged us over $5 ., n to add to this madness you owe us 400,00 coins or reimburse our card . You put up here a complaint from 5 years ago . You need to update that . Im sure you have had more complaints recently. Patiently awaiting a reply you can easily fix this problem if you choose to . But as of now you wont fix your errors. Its Luke you are ripping the players off.
Whatever the customer issues are, we have very little loyalty to games which become increasingly difficult to play. We wont pay to play and there are DOZENS AND DOZENS of new games which come out all the time. Im never at a loss for finding an entertaining game to play for free. But. Ill jump ship if you make this game too difficult or unfair, or force us to pay (or watch an excessive amount of videos) to keep us playing. You guys need volume participation to make this game a success, and Im sure you make quite enough money from the real game addicts. Just dont forget, not everyone is willing to throw money hand over fist just to play a game.
It only places us with bots, we cant play any other room than beginners. Its kind of lame. Ive been playing their gin rummy app for 6+ years and Ive caught onto knowing the bots have stock photos of people. We want to play with real people. & we hate that our badge is right over our hand, the app needs work and Im shocked this app is 4 years old.

This is just a little side game fun to play. Been playing since 2012. We hope that Zynga reconsiders and doesnt take his game away. We do get kind of tired of the threats. Im concerned about a pop-up that just came up and asked us to rate Rummy Plus and give us 10,000 coins, but it didnt. Maybe because buying is blocked right now. Just please dont shut it down. Thanks.

Rummy cube is one of the best games to play, until someone thought to improve their percentages of winning, by holding their tiles and going out all at once. This is not only unfair to all the players, it has changed the game to unenjoyable. If this game comes back, lets play the game as it was meant to be played. Winning should not be that important to the players. If this happens, we would change the one star to five, but not as the game is played today.

You get to a point where it costs too much to enter a game. At that point it is no longer fun. Our advice is to play until that point, delete the game and sign in again with a fake user name.

We've been playing for a few times. We won one game, then someone comes on real fast then leaves and wins. All the other games we lose over and over again. We just started backing out of the game since the odds are against and it takes 500 coins. We're deleting it now! This is not the tile manipulation game of Rummikub. This is a greedy tile hoarding game!! You have to pay tokens to play and you have to buy the tokens. That being said this game is completely rigged so you lose and are forced to buy tokens if you want to play or log in everyday until you get enough tokens from the daily log in to go lose your 1 game you have enough tokens for!! Stay away from this joke of a game.

But the rules are not like the real game. You can use the joker however you want.
They stopped supporting the version we had on our iPhone 7. It told us we had to update the app then wouldnt allow us to download the new version. Was fun but thats bull.
We really dont wanna give this game any star, but its request to get one anyway. This game, really having trouble, first, it keep getting disconnected during games, it made you hard to see what the others players move!! Second, its not easy to put tiles to other place, so you dont have enough time to make moves that help you put out multiple tiles, making game un-winnable!! Game wanna post thing to your FB too. Not recommended.
Must update but after updating it still says we need to update, which is a viscous cycle never allowing us back in the game. And the update stole all our points.

Addicted to the game….even tho there are some bug issues. Game performs completely different on an iPad vs desktop. FRUSTRATING. Also, for the past week, the chat screen is locking up on us during a game. Use the FEEDBACK button with problems, they will respond……..but will they fix.
This game is so much fun and challenging. We like fact that you can play with other people.
Our sister and we got banned for life. She has cancer and she enjoys paying with us on line. She did a room with just us and instead of 5 ooo it showed 50,000. So we stopped to change it. It said chip transfer banned for life . (we had no clue) after reading the new terms it mentioned it. Great game but needs a little empathy on banning maybe warnings should show up saying if happens again you will be banned for a month and on and on. Need help getting our sister back on to play (anyone)? With feelings…Ty.
Rummy is fantastic, amazing game. You can never get bored of rummy. Besides its not just any other games which are more based on luck factor. Rummy is purely a skill based game. That makes it more challenging and fun.
Great game . Only bad thing is you have to wait for players and sometimes it takes 10 minutes or longer to get 3 or 4 players to start the game.
We love playing this game. It is so much fun and is challenging.
