We have never purchased coins, and never will because this site seems to be a scam. When we play black jack, we are frequently dealt unwanted additional cards. Seminole casino tells you to send a screen shot, which requires you to press 3 keys and encircle the cards using the mouse. Sounds great but you have about 2 seconds to do it before the screen disappears. There is no way to freeze the screen to give you more time. Then there are the mission tasks, some realistic to accomplish, some impossible. Worse is when some of the awards/rewards are the same, ie double the bonus for 24 hours. When that happens its a joke bc they will not give you 4x the bonus if you accomplish both rewards. And in order to get the grand reward you must complete the tasks. So basically you have to complete the task but get no reward. Worse are themystery awards. Let us at least know what Im trying to win so we dont waste our time attempting to complete them. The site is addicting, and you could end up spending loads of money,and for what? There much better ways to spend your money and atleast benefit in some way.
Having problems signing we set up the unity but have been going in as a guest.
We love this, we havent been able to get to Brighton Casino for a year because our husband is to sick to take us or go, so a least this allows us to see the fun and action until we can come back. How do we play to win real money.
We have had the app for quite some time now and just stared having trouble getting on site to play. We would have given 5 stars but changed our mind. Update: still crashing or wont load. Really tired of this. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling crashing. You said to do an upgrade. Yeah right. There is not an upgrade app. And all our apps automatically do the upgrades when the upgrades are available. So what do you say about that.

We liked it better when it was only 2 hours to get more coins, not 3. Unlock the games more often like you used to. Im not getting as many hearts as we were before . Howdy- Im older and cant see much- need more light and larger fonts for all.
We first registered with our email address and made our first payment to them on February 25. In fact several payments totaling $85. Between February 25 and May 15 we paid them over $700. We really did enjoy playing their games we will say. In fact, we were playing daily, especially when we were sitting on our stationary bike. It helped our workout go by quicker. We had surgery and did not play for three days. We had 132 million coins in our account. When we tried to logon after the three days it told us our email account did not exist. Which was crazy! We contacted customer service who jerked us around for three weeks! Any information they asked for or any proof of anything we immediately sent them and they were continuously tell us they were looking into it. We sent them copy of bank statement, a copy of our unity card telling them that our card is linked to our email address for which we were supposed to be getting points at Coconut Creek Casino. We even took a screenshot one day when we won 5 million coins to show to our friend who was also playing. So we submitted that to them showing them at that particular day we won that we had 99 million coins. But we will repeat we had 132 million when our account disappeared. After we sent them that screenshot a week ago, they stopped responding to our emails. They basically kept all the money we paid them, thereby taking the coins we paid for away. We were a very good customer and would have continued to be. Really they are quite foolish because all they had to do was reinstate our email address and give us the 132 million coins that was rightly ours. So their practices are illegal. Basically, they stole our money so yes, they are thieves and unscrupulous. We would advise highly not to register your email address as your data is obviously not secure for them to just delete our account like that and who knows where our data went? When their support team no longer responds to your emails there is no way to contact anybody. Do not register your email and unity account with them and its almost pointless to play as a Guest because those winnings are so minimal its not even worth it! We have never had such terrible customer service in our entire life and its really disappointing because we were enjoying the games. We asked them to escalate a couple of times, but they just ignored us and stopped responding. We contacted Apple and we could only get about $61 refunded from the past month. The majority of our payments to them what, within the first three. 132 million coins is worth a lot more than than $61.00. Beware.
Steals money and coins dont load. This has happened so many times. Its like pulling teeth to get a refund from Apple. If you guys wont pay in the casino, at least stop stealing money online. If we pay for coins, we should be receiving them.
We attempted to purchase coins several times, it says all set, charges our account but never drops the coins into our account to play. We have messaged Seminole to correct this, either refunding us or adding the coins, but in weeks, have heard absolutely nothing back and received no response. We have sent messages more than five times. Ive contacted Apple about the problem and requesting a refund, but they have to look into it, which means we will get not response from them either. Its over $100.00 and we are very discouraged and unhappy. We have played the casino games for months without a problem, and now this. We really need this to be addressed and corrected. 2/19 This continues to be a problem. We tried adding coins again today and was ripped off again! Either There is something wrong with the way the software works or the app us jyst taking money and giving no coins for it.
There should be a way that when you accidentally exit out of the game kin the middle of playing and then go back into it, it should be set back to Lowest bet or the last current bet, the app is really touchy and sensitive so it happens a lot … Then we go back in and it has our bet set to 200K… Also why does it turn into 10k min bet we over time.

Interesting and fun but not big wins.
The Seminole Tribe changed their casino management awhile back. They may gain in the short term but we predict a long term overall loss when they analyze the numbers. We know too many Elite and XPlayers who already split their time at other real world casinos because of the significant pay changes to their slot machines. Ive received numerous emails from Seminole telling us about this app and numerous little cards with the Q code handed to us in their casinos. We finally decided to downloaded it. We set our bet to the lowest possible and lost all of our initial free coins within 20 minutes. Not one single free spin or significant win on the 4 games that are initially unlocked. With those odds there is no way Im spending real money to purchase coins. There are way too many other slot apps to choose from in the App Store with much better odds of winning where we will happily continue to spend our entertain dollars. IMHO dont bother with this one.
Several Issues With Server/ Blackouts/ Screen Freeze in Middle of Games! Reported to no avail.
This app is unstable and games frequently fail to load or crash. It also forgets who you are and forces you to log in again, which is a nuisance if, like us, you have over 100 passwords to remember. We wish they could fix it, but Im not holding our breath.
Love the game though spending money does not help you win! We run out of coins quickly and even when we buy coins we do not win. We also have tried tourneys and no luck at all! However we do enjoy the game a lot.

Unable to have the app rotate into our screens position. On two devices.
New version is unplayable. Game loads upside down and wont rotate. Our iPad is on a magic key board. And only displays upside down. Developers wrecked what was a nice game.
Ive been playing this for over a year, dont like the updated version. They switched free coins from two hours to three hours, thats too long to hold our interest. It doesnt work well on iPad, certain games download in the orientation is not correct from our iPad. The hard rock social casino game is still on the old platform and we much prefer that.
Poor paybacks in update. They will say this is random but follow the exact same pattern. We used to be able to get some play but now they basically have very brief upsides and then days of downsides. There are many server connectivity issues with the app which makes the game not fun to play.
