So far, so good. We do like the games because its very challenging.
Very fun game, but to many ads. We would love to keep playing without the ads.

We love the game. We even purchased no ads. But we have reached level 68 and am not able to play it or anything above it.

There are many problems with glitching in this game. Enjoy the game but not the problems, please fix.
The game itself is fun BUTI keep paying 67 gems for 3 more people. Then once Im finished & met our goal, the game freezes & we lose the gems, restart the game, pay ANOTHER 67 gemsrinse, lather repeat! Im being RIPPED OFF! No more, Im DONE!
We’ve collected the required keys to make it to the next world (noble world) yet it still wont let us enter, we’ve been checking back for the past couple weeks now, and it hasnt been fixed. Also the levels in the current world (Harmony Haven) still have glitches.
We purchased no ads but it didnt get rid of the ads. We wasnt really paying attention, so we purchased it again. It still did not get rid of the ads so we contacted them and told them. They got rid of the ads and now it will not allow us to finish a level and the loading screen takes way to long. We would really love to see this game finalized. Good concept, poor service.
We cant tell if theres anything special about this game. After we complete a level we have to completely close the game and reopen it to play the next level and it takes forever for the game to start up so its a process. Trying to wait for an update before we delete it but definitely done playing until it does so.
They dont provide on their promise of no forced ads, period.
We wnjoyed this game until it started not working properly. We bought 3 packs of gems and never received them but yet it was charged to our card. Tried to get a refund because we didnt receive the gems and was denied. Actually playing the game once we get to level 208 nothing further works. The rounds dont end after time so youre not able to pass the rounds even though u initially did. We were happy at first. Now not so much.
After playing the fifty levelthe page has been laded and it won’ move . The game can’t go in and can’t continue.

There are just sooooo many glitches. Im currently stuck on level 206 because you cant get the customers to their seat for service and when you do render the service they stay in the seat asking for the same service but you cant click on them. We’ve tried to reach out with ZERO response. Sadly, Im going to have to delete this game and move on.

We bought the no ad and one of the diamond packages and got neither one of them. No one from customer service ever responds for fixes but they take your money right away. This is obviously a scam. Reported to Apple.
We’ve tried to purchase diamonds 3 times. Never received any of them and had to request refunds. Ridiculous.
We have made several purchases, for no ads, twice, and for diamonds. Nothing is put on our game but our money was taken from our account immediately. Please take care of this issue. It is not fair that you take money but give nothing in return. Emails to support are being unanswered and ignored. Looks like we are not the only one with this issue. Please take care of it. The game is well liked and it will be reported to Facebook and Apple if you continue to do nothing. Thank you.

We made 3 in app purchases DID NOT receive any of the items purchased, we have sent several emails thru the app, GX just ignores your inquiry. Apple support basically says tough luck not eligible for a refund. DO NOT spend any money on this game!

It just sits on a loading screen and wont let us play. Before that, we would end each level and the game wouldnt register that we had completed the level it would remain stuck in the level.

We actually like playing this game. This casual game doesnt tell you that you need internet.
Now that the game has updated, the girl is all pink and the game keeps getting stuck and glitching. Why is it you made level 163 so hard. You have to get 24 likes but you only get 4 visitors to enter the shop, no way you can win that level. Please correct the level.
Although the latest update, add a new levels, it added glitched at level 162.1. Level requires five customers to win the level however Im only getting four so this is either a glitch or this is a way for you to try and get us to use the stones. Also, the main character serenity is all pink. She has a new features now please issue another patch to fix these glitches.
