Perfect bridge learning tool. Good bidding explanations.

We have learned to be pretty good party bridge players using this game. But we came to say how good the developers are, we had a problem installing the paid version and they stayed in touch, gave detailed instructions, and got us up and running. Thank you very much. Great app!

The 16 board daily challenges are always interesting, and play is natural.

Every time we try to save a hand the app quits. ;( Frustrating.

We enjoy having the ability to play bridge 24/7!! We play with friend online three times a week with friends we’ve met online. But, we enjoy being able to practice whenever we wish on our own. Well done, app designers! Plus, anyone can reach out to them via email and they are quick to get back to you with answers, support. Its the best app online!!

The robots do not bid correctly and if you replay a hand they will change where certain cards were. So to us, its a very unfair learning tool. Whoa Nellie Whoa Nellie.

Very pleasant and helpful gentleman in their help department Provides playing on-line with friends (which weve been doing for a few years) along with numerous kinds of practice runs. The app never seems to have problems Love it Great system with virtually no problems we still love playing games for practice as well as playing with friends Great!

Shark Bridge is fun. We play a little every day and it is good practice for in person bridge. The robots are disappointing but its still fun.

Any time we can practice is good but if we have the option to practice on our ipad or mac – we prefer using those devices. We cant speak about playing against others as we only practice on shark bridge.

We very much like this app and play the daily tournament regularly. But please please please give the option of standard North American carding. We have tried every option in the settings and they are all poor.

We have paid our annual subscription for several years now, and have enjoyed playing the daily tournaments. However, a few months ago we became aware that the days hands were identical to the previous ones! This happened frequently so we emailed for help. What we got was a pretty condescending reply ( really, you think we do t know how to update and close out if the app????)?! We are quite frustrated at this point and found the customer service to be useless.

We have used the 7 day trial version for the full 7 days. We like the software but when we asked about certain operations, we have yet to receive any response – not even an Out of Office response. To us, this is a clear indication of customer service. We will find a different product.

Another Update: AIs bidding is getting more atrocious, which we didnt think was possible! Oh, and, it cheats! West bids 4 Clubs while holding a hand of 5 points and two lowly cards in clubs. East meanwhile has 7 cards in Clubs including A, K & J, which West seems to be aware of. We doubled and took them down -3. Similar scenarios have happened so often that we’ve given up taking screenshots since it doesnt seem that the Devs have any interest in improving the AI. Time to uninstall and move on. Update: Im truly glad to know that you are dedicated to improving the AI. We’ve taken a bunch of screenshots that we can email you, if that will help. Ill try and report the hands via the button but, we dont think its possible after the hand has been played. That button is not accessible when Shark shows on the pop up screen what it would have bid and scored. Rather than playing online, which depends on the schedule of others, we prefer to play against the AI. We would be happy to pay if we saw some real improvements with the AIs bidding algorithm. Thanks for your response. We much preferred the previous version of this app. The improvements to AI in this version are a joke! Even on the conservative setting, the Robot makes very aggressive bids for our partner North, invariably leading to a loss. Whats most galling is that, at the end of the game, Sharks own analysis is that North should have bid differently!
