It seems like a pretty cool game. We have only been playing it for a few hours so we didnt give it a five star rating.
There is not as much strategy or side plot lines involved with this one as other apps and it could use a little bit more creativity. We love how realistic it looks. We love how this medical simulator game thinks more about the types of rooms, making it feel more realistic. There is a glitch when clicking on the outgoing green trucks that needs fixing. It sometimes take 10-15 clicks before it sends the car out. Otherwise, we think its cute. The patient flow is well done especially with the parking lot. The ads do not always play for this one in the USA, which is a little annoying.
Cute game, we did enjoy it, HOWEVER we beat it in a day. Ive got every department maxed out in our Milan hospital, theres literally nothing else to do or work toward. Heres to hoping there is an update soon.
The missions are okay, but nothing really exciting about this game.
So far its just an ok app. But to be fair we just downloaded the app a few days ago. We will need more time to see if its worth keeping.
We accidentally deleted the game and when we downloaded again we lost all our progress and theres no option to log in or restore it.
Thier game is very nice and not glitchy u have to be on wifi tho.
If you play tycoon games regularly this will be a breeze. We downloaded it last week and im already at infinity nove- something ton. We can buy everything and im already at milan. Kinda Addictive. We dont like the fact you earn very little money when you arent playing (unless you pay). Often the ads are unavailable and you have to come out of the game and restart it. We came as we thought it was like theme park hospital (going old stool) and tbh its not like that.

We really like this game, but when you get to the different areas it tends to lock up and you cant save your progress, you also cannot save your progress if you need to take it off your phone and redownload it.

This used to be our absolute favorite game!!! Fantastic gameplay, style, everything. Sadly, we just updated it and now the app gives us a notice saying unable to establish network connection and it wont let us play. Hope this issue gets fixed soon.
