Ive been waiting over 4 hours for this game to search for our opponent ???? Whats going on.
So we deposited $5 but didnt receive our $5 bonus bucks. We decided we would just cash out our $5 instead of losing it to one of the games offered. Well, come to find out Ill have to withdraw $3.50 because they charge $1.50 processing fee. Wouldve been nice to know that they send checks instead of doing what they claim to do which is having the ability to cash out straight to your bank account or banking platform. Not true. Instead youll have to wait 4-6 weeks to receive a check. We feel so misled and confused. Ive definitely wasted our time and money we obviously cant get back.
Why doesnt this app open? Whats going on.
We gave 5 s because we want everyone to think about it! Skillz wants you to add money to your account to win cash prizes. Cool no problem thats what we came here for but here is the real problem. Its like they are running a pyramid scheme because you add money and yeah you will win a game or so but after every time you win you will some how be paired with an expert player the next game its just suspicious because it is EVERY TIME after you win so you will LOSE which results in you obviously losing the game but YOUR MONEY! So you are fished in by the advertisement of winning money then you play and win every other game and it pumps you up to think you have a chance of actually winning more money. Then you play again and or maybe put more money in and some how you get paired with the best player and lose. In our honest opinion we think everyone plays against an A.we Robot created by Skillz and majority times there is no profile picture of the person you are playing, There is a constant cycle of win, lose, win, lose. Who knows if that money you lose goes directly to Skillz or if it legitimately goes to another person. We think its a SCAM and all of our money goes to the company instead of its players! Then to add on to all that we deleted the Skillz app 6 MONTHS AGO we wake up this morning to an email basically stating we will be charged $2 for not logging in and playing They call it a maintenance fee which is hilarious. Yall wont get a dime out of us.
Every solitaire app we have continues to crash upon opening them. Please fix this!! Skillz fixed the issue almost immediately!! Thanks.
Unlike @Wish, @Skillz has a great business practice. We made a purchase thinking it was a one time deal. We entered a tournament thinking we had 50 plays. If theres fine print, we didnt read it. We submitted a case and it was handed in our favor with no hassle Thank you.
The ability to wager money and earn money is really nice when looking for something else to do. A good improvement to the game would be to show how much you have wagered while you are playing the game. Sometimes we press the wrong one and we play so many games that we really just spam the begin match button and sometimes we misread the match fee so we take the game a little too casual in a pro match and end up losing. It typically happens when we want to try a practice match and end up selecting the highest wager. The player-base is very competitive so it is definitely necessary to practice a few matches before going on paid H2H matches.
Why isnt the app working how are we supposed codes for events that are coming up? Every time we open the app, it just stays a purple screen.
Did enjoy solitaire and bubble match until the pop ups started on play screen. $6 matches CONSTANTLY pop up and if you are in the middle of doing something (you will be) and your finger touches it, you just bought yourself a $6 match with no way to get out of it! Happened to us a few times, $18 spent by ACCIDENT!! Looking into different apps for these games if the pop ups continue, cant afford this one.
Some games are awesome some obviously are not and why we say that is 1 some games dont have cash prizes 2 the baseball game on our phone we cant speak for anybody else but it has a timing problem sometimes where the bat doesnt swing when you hit the swing button and the pairing of opponents we understand but lets say that person has played before and had to open a new account for whatever reason and u get paired with that person and they blow you out the water if that happens we feel like the new player should at the least get a free rematch or their money back. And we were aborted from a game quite a bit of times and got our refund except for the last one that Ive been trying to get back for 2 days now they keep saying we will get with you in 24 hrs well that hasnt happened so Im a little upset with that process and had a game thats been holding a 10$ prize for 7 days and the handbook says Ill get our entry fee back and no dice so far but if u just wanna have fun its got great games if u want to make money be careful of the games you choose.
If you travel, you will get flagged every month or so for changing locations. Then need to get thru all the auto responses to find a human to fix it. As a long haul trucker we find it very annoying. Its happened to us over a dozen times and its unfathomable that a company this huge cant fix the issue. This is a big reason we stopped depositing real money a while back. They seem to time the flagging to keep you from getting too high on the leader board. Secondly, you need to win 60% of your games to break even. And the algorithm is set for you to win 50%. They will hold games for days in order to match you to a higher score if you stray too far over 55% But it is possible to enjoy all their fun games and break even if you dont bet too much and trade your tickets for bonus cash.
Lot of games and can all run through same account which is nice BUT. Heads up if you are thinking to play with real money we made a deposit, played through till the bonus fully converted to cash, then we put in for a withdrawal. We got an email saying we would get our money in 4-6 weeks but we could always deposit more. We went to deposit more and it doesnt let us. Says we cant deposit with a withdrawal pending. Its been a week now and they still havent processed our withdrawal. When we try to take an offer it prompts us to cancel our withdrawal. They get money instantly- theres no good reason to delay payout so much and refuse deposits the whole time. It makes no sense to us and if you dont care about that, they are good games.. Editthey say reach out to support but when we do we get back the same form letter.. Wait up to 6 weeks for a withdrawal. Meanwhile we are blocked from making a new deposit. Its not a mistake, its their policy. 2 weeks now. We probably wont deposit any more until they change their policies.
We deleted the app since they accuse of jailbreaking when you try to enter a free game. Its a joke. Dont waste your time.
Wont load gets stuck at 10 percent when loading app, and thats about all it does. Deleted it, reinstalled it, repeated, and nada.
We left a review before about how we were told our account cant get deleted at this time and only disabled and when we ask why it cant be deleted they suddenly stop answering our emails. So aggravated. The worst service ever. DELETE MY ACCOUNT. Ive been reaching out for WEEKS about it to get deleted.
It was fun while it lasted. Dishonest pairings, very rare that players are paired at time of game ; even though several are verified online (chat rooms). This causes players to pay for games but have to wait for any winnings. So basically depleting cash or Zs, forcing you to pay for games every time. Not cool. We cant afford to constantly feed the games cash. At least we could play with Zs and still get tickets. Not anymore. They took away the tickets when playing with Zs. The changes to the ticketing system was the final straw. They also increased the amount of tickets it costs for prizes. We may as well go to Vegas. The greed left a bad taste. We will no longer participate in the paid games. The developer response amuses us on some of these. They are clearly not reading them haha. One guy said ripoff and the reply was to contact support.
Dont play these games there fake and youll never win they have billions and they dont care who they put in a financial struggle stop please stop.
Beware! Skillz changes the rules without any warning. They continually look for ways to take more money from players. They have increased ticket cost for prizes multiple times in the 2+ years we have played, and they are paying out less and less in tournament rewards. When you have a legitimate issue, they reply with a canned response that doesnt even address the issue. When you make money and they have to pay out, they take weeks to do so and communication is nonexistent. If you are considering playing your hard earned dollars here, think twice. While the games are fun, and the chat can be fun, the end game is that skillz wants you to lose and they will see to it that you do. And if you are decent at a game and you do actually win money, they will do all they can to make you miserable.
Truly abhorrent. These people have no souls; the games are rigged so that you lose your money. There are many other ways to lose your money that are more entertaining than this. STAY AWAY.
Game will not let you cash out or take your tokens once close to winning. They will block you once trying, and it defeats the purpose of playing for money or putting any money in this app.
The game has a rigged algorithm, you can win a few games, but will loose more, on a very distinct pattern. Additionally, they have employee/moderators who play to counteract wins as well as censor chat to ensure no one talks about the game being rigged or refer to it as a scam. When we asked about the policy in chat, after a moderator claimed she had to mute multiple people on the chat thread, she said it was policy to mute any player that states that the game is a scam or rigged. When we asked about the censorship policy she said even asking questions about that policy would get us silenced. So while they claim to have fair gaming, the censor anyone who says otherwise. If it was truly fair, there would be no reason to censor users for claiming otherwise. Even if their algorithm fairly matches people, the moderators are thrown into the mix to counter the chance someone could have more loses than wins. This isnt fair gaming practices and leads to the scam.
We lost all of our money invested in this junk. Today reading many reviews most of them one star we know why, sad sad.
Multiple games crash. They can see the replay and see the glitches, and crashes. Theyll refuse to refund even tho its their softwares fault. Ive lost so much money now because of the random crashes and them claiming the Crash rate 3/150 of our games we went through and counted the last month is too high nevermind they can see the replay! We hope they get sued one day. This is an on going issue too its not just 3 crashes but just this month alone its such a low ratio to the games we played but Im penalized for their crap software.

It's a junk app, we were playing for a while and we won some easy games, and they accused us of having violated their rules when we didn't have two hours of downloading it… We never raped anything or try to become a millionaire with Your app we just downloaded it just to have fun… But it turned out to be a fraud now we just hope they give us.
Had been playing awhile and decided to delete our account. Just lost interest. They claimed we cheated by making multiple accounts. Claimed they notified us before and cited a ticket number ??? All this negativism just because we tried to delete our account!!! We will just play Pocket7 games instead. We never heard back if they deleted the account but we deleted their apps.

We tried out big buck hunter love the game. Constantly putting money on it to play games then all the sudden they see is all our money when we have the biggest amount Ive ever had on there and tell us Ive been cheating like how in the heck do you cheat on it shooting game? So we figured it was a fluke just download it the Super Hit Baseball tell us why it happened again and we get a letter saying that we are in serious violation of what putting money on one of your games again yeah youre right we messed up bad putting money on one of your games.
Wow, not only do you advertise games that arent even valid anymore. There are barely any games being added to the Skillz platform and on top of that now your own skillz app doesnt even work we guess the company shutting down.

Terrible customer service. You can hear the snide way they intend their messages to be when reading them. We got money taken away for multiple accounts which we had cuz we couldnt remember which was what and where and when. We only had one account we put money in. Seems a lot of people arent happy with them. Any competitors out there wanting to take their place in the market? Now is the time.
This game doesnt even deserve a one star. The dominoes game has such terrible crash rates and malfunction rates and they refuse to give refunds when it happens we screenshot everything as it starts to happen and then we report it and after a few crashes their standard response comes to us saying that we exceeded their average crash rate and we cant get a refund again for another month, well obviously this shows that they have serious issues with this game and they should not be allowing people to play it if its just going to crash and take their money it also has a glitch where the screen gets all screwed up before you even start, and we screenshot that Because we cant even play the game doesnt even load correctly and we have still exceeded their quota from their standard automated email response. We like to play the game and its a shame that they rip people off so much and theres nothing you can do except stop playing which is what Im gonna do.
This is one of those apps that you absolutely need to read the fine print. Serious HIDDEN fees. Dont just delete the app if you dont delete your account you WILL be hit with auto fees. HORRENDOUS.
Before we stopped playing these lame games for good we blew a ton of money playing Crazy Fork and withdrew $84.40. But we didnt get all the money we earned back. We pushed withdraw and didnt earn squat. We only got $8.80 back on PayPal and the remaining $75.60 didnt show up, instead its coming via check and we didnt get it after more than 2 weeks. Dont waste your time playing these games. Theyre addicting and youll lose your money.

This game is a scam. We just got an email from them saying that theyre taking two dollars for not playing all the time thats theft. When we went to take the rest of our money out of our account theyre charging seven more dollars which would leave us with $1.25. This game is a scam. We would never download it or play it just throw your money away. And that would give you better odds of winning.

Bad app, we cannot create a profile and we dont know why.
Different players have different prizes for the tickets that they win. Some players are offered the option to buy bonus cash, we do not have that option. We have over 600,000 tickets and we are not allowed to purchase bonus cash with them. Yet we know people who are allowed to turn in their tickets for bonus cash at any time. We contacted support about this. Apparently they treat different players differently, and theres no reason behind the difference in prices. We pay them the same money, we should be a part of the same prices right?. Anyways, they have a high margin, and make it impossible to win, and why the option for bonus cash should be available for us to purchase.
We downloaded backgammon from the Skillz app added $5 and it took it out of our account but doesnt show up in Skillz or backgammon. Do not buy its a rip off. Your money will not show up on your account.
Ive been on the Skillz platform since it start (maybe not, but a long time), and have used this app numerous times. However, it hasnt worked for a few months. Ive deleted, and reinstalled, to no avail. This is all we get:.

We have played our fair share of money games, so its safe to say we understand how it works normally and Im very patient with their regulations etc. But no company is as worse as this company. They would not let us get into any games on our first account, it kept saying error so we decided to put in a request to delete that account, account got deletedThen we made a new one, and the same thing happened. On top of that, They are wrongfully accusing us of having two devices. Our husband and we both play games and we believe they have also banned his account because they are accusing us of being the same person based off of us sharing wifi connection or being in the same location.. We have followed all the rules, there should not be a reason why this is happening.. These games are not even worth a single second of your time, they will just take your money, and they will ban you so you dont win any money. BIG SCAM.
They will steal your information and refuse to delete your account if you request. Please do not download for your own safety!!! The games on the app are a scam as well. And they will steal money out of your account if your inactive to long.
Every time we open the app, we get the background color of the opening screen, but nothing loads or processes after that. We read other reviews before leaving ours, to see what we could do to open it. We deleted the app (even though our phone automatically updated it 2 weeks ago when a bug fix was released) and reinstalled, and still the same problem. This is getting old. We love playing Blackout Bingo, but we want to use the live event codes while we play, and cant get those codes unless this app works.
We normally have no issues with this app. It just want load up today.
