Skull King Scorer – Productivity Game Review
Skull King Scorer is a Productivity/Card game from Powerbee LLC, first launched in 17th May 2020.
It’s rated 4+ and currently has 13+ ratings on the App Store.
What Makes Skull King Scorer Stand Out
Our family likes to play skull king, but sometimes scoring it can be a pain, so I created this app to help keep score.
On the main page, there is a master list of all users. Add as many users as you want, but users can't currently be removed independently. It will keep the most frequent users at the top of the list. When a game is created, you select which users are in the current game. You can also add players when creating a game.
Once you are happy with your users press the 'start the game' button.
For each round, you enter the bets and then the tricks won. It automatically goes down your line of players after you click a number, but you can go back using the upper left back button.
When entering the tricks be sure to enter the pirate and skull king bonuses before you enter the number of tricks won. If you need to make changes, you can click on the edit button next to a user.
The App tries to be smart about only allowing you to enter the total number of tricks. For example if you are in round 4 and the first person won 3 tricks, the second person will only be able to input 1 or 0 tricks won.
You can click one of the arrows for the round or swipe to get to the next or previous round. Click end game when you are done.

Its simple to use and saves time as well as human error. Ive lost numerous games due to a miss calculation (and sometimes a rigged scorer) and this app eliminates that. Overall, amazing app.
Nice app, easy to use, you just have to push the enter bets and then enter tricks buttons for each round. We like that the players are stored for future games and we dont have to keep entering them.
So much easier than pencil and paper. This does what it is supposed to do, keeping track of skull king games played. It is pretty easy to go through each round. It took a couple of rounds to get used to the fact that after you select a players bet, it jumps to the next player. But once you get used to it, it makes entering much faster as long as you enter in the same person order each time. Also you have to enter pirate bonuses before you enter tricks made. We also like that it has a master list of players and we dont have to create new players each game. Would be nice to have a history, so you can see winning rates, per player. Thanks.
As noted by others- cannot keep track of bonus points for Loot Cards, Pirate Wagers, +10 or +20 cards.
This is great to score for the card game. Speeds up the game by not having to do pencil & paper and complicated scoring. A few things that we couldnt do (or figure out): (1) we couldnt add more than 1 pirate bonus; and (2) we couldnt add in the +10 numbered card bonuses. Would be nice to figure that out. Thanks.
We dont see how to enter any bonus points that acquired from taking a trick with a 14, or if you wager extra points from the one pirate.
It doesnt have the bonus points for capturing the number 14 cards.
This would be a fine app if your Skull King deck doesnt include the expansion pack.
Great app for keeping track of the basic score for yo. Game of Skull King. The feature to add bonus points is outdated and does not match the rules of the game. If that were updated this would be a 5 star app.
… But really needs the bonuses for the 14 cards to be able to replace the paper pad. So close.
This is not the real one. Go somewhere else because you cant score bonus points.
Really need the bonus points. It would have wonderful but we went back to paper.
There werent any obvious options for adding the + 10 and + 20 bonus points so we opted for own and paper.
