Great game but not working since we updated the app! HELP! Miss playing. Too many ads coming in the middle of spins. Annoying.

We recently purchased a new iPad. All our apps and info were transferred from our old iPad to the new one by apple sales people Including your slots app. The only part missing from the app was the 5 million we had won over the years prior. We were now down to 300 Dollars. Tried contacting you to restore the money but it never happened. Whats up with that.

This is our favorite slots game. According to the AppStore we got it in 2012. Until the last few months It was our favorite For some reason that we dont understand the games are being taken offline. At first it was about once a month now its almost weekly and Im not getting them back. For example on November 3 we had three slots out of level 122. Then they started downloading but not all before they were taken off again. Today is November 19th and we havent had them all back once. Actually we have three out of 122 today. They start to download then they take them off again. We have won our share of progressives and although its one of the lowest bonuses we still played it every day. Now we are going to delete it. Dont want to but we have tried to find out what the problem is but to no avail.
