We wish they would give you more coins as you progress. The Games are fun but it is very hard to win on the tournaments, you have to spend a lot of coins.
This game does not pay off. We won 2 tournaments today. Over 1.4 million points. We did not receive any.
This used to be our favorite game. Unfortunately it has been so long since it was updated we have lost interest.
Last update 3 years ago. Since then we have not been able to hit the top prize of 72 million on the daily free wheel spin. Wheel spin pays a minimal amount of free coins.
The game itself is pretty fun. Horribly optimized!!! We had a iPhone 8 and it was poorly optimized. Now we have a iPhone 12 and it still runs slow and jerky. What gives? We cant be the only one who is having this problem. Release an update!
We are very disappointed in the wheel prizes. Today it landed on 72M, but it paid out only 96K. This has happened twice before. It seems they dont want to give away the 72M in order for you to have to purchase coins. We have tried to reach support but it would not allow our message to be sent, twice.
Your slots are horrible, we won thirty free spins, and won 187,000 coins. We had been playing 100,000 per spin. Worst payout we’ve ever seen!!! Oh and cant figure out the thresholds for getting more than two stars!!!!!!!!
We’ve played this for years and you used to win and lose like you would playing slots. Now you pretty much just lose especially if you spend money with them. The daily wheel never pays anymore and the tournament games are impossible to get very high in. The big winners in the corner are enormous numbers but its the same people.
This is the only game we play that takes the bonus you win when you first open the game and divides it by two and then multiplies it by two because you have played it two days in a row. This is a totally wrong way to calculate the bonus. You should take whatever number you win and MULTIPLY by two. We get aggravated with the game every time we open it because of your calculations. It should be changed! Now we are really angry you wont accept any nickname we pick. Is that because of our rating?
Toward the end of a tournament the points dont update. We spun with a little over a minute left and should have been in the money, but the game didnt update our new score. This has happened many times. Very frustrating.

The upgrades are not for the players advantage. We have submitted comments before but have fallen on deaf ears. The four hour wait for the FEW coins is ridiculous. This is a fun app when you have credits to play. Because we dont purchase credits, most of the time we dont play. Takes a long time to collect enough free credits. Every time we play in the tournament, the next day we play they always take our diamonds away. Yesterday when we quit playing we had 22,558,929 diamonds and then today when we went to continuing playing that same tournament we only had 0 diamonds. We wished they would tell us why they take away our diamonds that we won yesterday!!!!

Update 8-11-20: This game only gets worse as time goes on. No updates for over 2 years. No way to level up so earn coins to open new (ha ha) slots is impossible. The game is so obviously rigged. Read our entire review…. Update 9-25-18: This game has not improved at all since our review a year ago. The game doesnt give you enough coins on the Daily Spin to even place a bet! Also, its interesting that there are no recent reviews here… Scopely bail on us? October 2017: The daily bonus spin is SOOOO RIGGED!!! The wheel is obviously being manipulated to avoid any big payouts…. So don’t count on padding your balance with that. Earning points toward tournament wins is dependent on what you earn during free spins and bonus games. Then those winnings do NOT get added to your coin balance, they only add to your tournament ranking. So you can only move up in the tournament if you’re lucky enough to get free spins often (and then win big). The bonus games rarely pay out more than your bet so they are pretty much a waste of time. Don’t take this game seriously or you’ll just get angry. It is what it is, an avenue of revenue for the developers and that’s it. They don’t care about us or our gaming experience.
The one star is over rating the game always get the lowest on the daily spin and the hourly bonus is so small that you got to save your coins for months to even play for a couple of minutes. You get the white wedge on the wheel and you only get 288,000 instead of the 216,000,000 that is wrong we are done with this game.
We just started from scratch again for the 4th time. We give up.
Spin the wheel and land on 169,000 but said we won 72,000. Also when spinning wheel it jumps and hesitates. You cant win. Spun wheel landed on 1.8 million. Gave us 120,000.
If we can give 0 stars we would. We’re letting everyone know to be careful when a problem comes because they all they do is lie about helping you. Few years ago we had a problem when we play the tournament and won when we synced with another device our coins didn’t sync and we lost them. We sent a message told them what happened and gave us back our coins the next day. The same thing happened almost 60 days ago we’ve been sending message everyday and all we get is looking it and will not give us our coins.

Scopely is a unscrupulous bunch of thieves, play for free? In app purchases are designed to make them money and over time expensive, your better of buying a home console, Xbox PlayStation etc you will regret paying any money what so ever, customer support, is a joke and a waste of time plus up to 24 hours for every message sent.
We have an issue with lost coins. We tried to submit a support question but when we tried to use the support function it kicks us out of the game and back to our home screen.
Its embarrassingly evident that the bonus wheel is rigged. Why do this? Just let people win what they win. Theyll lose it all soon enough. Since youre rigging the wheel, then youre most likely rigging all the slots. There is a lot of jumping when you spin. All we do is finally get a good amount of coins and then they are gone the next time we log in… Used to be way more fun until now it is so manipulated by the web designers.
We helped the two original creators build this app and worked to help it grow for 4 yrs but they kept doing things that we disagreed with in how they treated players and have yet to fix known issues. Theyll simply launch some other crap rather than fixing problems and not once have they ever stood behind putting players needs first or resolving problems that affect the whole experience. Doesnt matter if you report concerns or what they do thats wrong lol. Theyll put players off and continue to let the same problems go unfixed and have no regard. Dont get us wrong , some features have made the game appealing in general, such as tournament play and progressive wins , which we helped introduce lol .. But when we’ve seen this app continue to ignore long term problems and not once , exhibit any regard to resolve simple issues that easily could be addressed, its disheartening. We ran tech and social reach and helped hundreds of thousands of players and provided advertising and marketing and its just a shame to have worked so hard to see all of that just fall by the wayside bc this app fails to put its customers concerns at a respectable level. They def. Have some good features and arent intrusive and we’ve enjoyed some of the games and have not only worked alongside developers and creators to help this app become a success , but was one of the first 20-50 players initially , before launching to social media platform and yeah theyve made some positive strides but Its a shame that known issues have continued on for years with no resolve whatsoever. The customer service is lacking in many ways. Every once in a while youll get a good rep that honestly tries to rectify issues but there is a barrier in many ways Between reps and players, where reps have done Nothing or not even comprehended concerns and how to communicate with players or follow up to fix them. Currently on iPhone X, game lags and theyve yet to fix bugs where app force closes if reports are made , if you close app out after contacting customer care. This has bn known for at least 3 yrs but nothings been done. All stars earned are lost anytime reinstallation is needed. Reps arent well versed in the rules of Progressive pay out requirements on the 10,000 min. To win feature and will give varying answers as to what triggers or qualifies as progressive jackpot winners either. Some claim the more bet the greater the odds of winning. This isnt true. Any random spin can trigger that win as long as min. Bet requirement is played. There is often a need for interpretation among several reps as English is most likely not their primary language. Issues with scatter bonus while in tournaments when scatter happens to awarded ALONG WITH a paying combination have been for approximately 4 yrs, having issues where win at that time hasnt been awarding dollar amount but instead, has been paying in diamond value , where this should only occur if winning combos are triggered once scatter bonus has begun. This app still has issues where any winnings paying 666 or 6,666 and so on are shown to pay 667 or 6,667 etc. Yet theyre actually paying only 666. There is lagging on daily spin bonus and it should be an incentive when youve played this app for yrs lol concerning 4hr bonus collection. 50,000 isnt quite worthy in comparison to level of player and should be significantly increased. Dont get us wrong , we’ve continued to play and root for this app and hope for the best but after yrs of trying to help this app succeed and be beneficial and enjoyable for players, its disheartening to see so many issues unresolved with no intent on behalf of suppt. Staff to fix known issues. There are more long term issues that have gone ignored but these are just a few from the perspective of someone whos been in it from both sides lol. Evidence of known issues to help run app efficiently and give creators an inside view into them as they occurred but even then , it wasnt anything over the top or advantageous over any player. We’ve had a few good experiences with support from time to time and Im glad to see reps that work honestly with players in mind , taking issues seriously , but theres a huge lacking on behalf of suppt. Where their main focus is simply adding games and changing graphics, rather than putting effort into fixing issues. Where we once were able to Send gifts , they removed this feature bc it was in players favor. Were very limited and we Gave this app all it needed To gain their free social reach , to help them run on social Media platform and helped them fix API Issues and provided algorithms that would allow for a better experience for app and players while running and operating on fb platform as well as the suppt. We provided technically , along with graphic design , additional features and help provided running social media sites while providing marketing and advertising demographically based that grossed an extensive profit, while making play fun for users. Its a shame to see that this app hasnt improved upon simple issues that they know can be resolved quickly and daily without being any disadvantage to them. We care about the players just as much as providing apps with successful and profitable service. Im not one to be petty lol. We just would respect them more If in our entire time invested , see one feature or issue fixed thats had plenty of reports made , along with viable solutions and since theyve never once fixed a known problem, thats a concern. Why cover it up or switch to another feature just bc u wanna ignore existing problems ? Doesnt make sense.
