This game does not pay off. We won 2 tournaments today. Over 1.4 million points. We did not receive any.
This used to be our favorite game. Unfortunately it has been so long since it was updated we have lost interest.
Your slots are horrible, we won thirty free spins, and won 187,000 coins. We had been playing 100,000 per spin. Worst payout Ive ever seen!!! Oh and cant figure out the thresholds for getting more than two stars.
We are very disappointed in the wheel prizes. Today it landed on 72M, but it paid out only 96K. This has happened twice before. Ive played this for years and you used to win and lose like you would playing slots. Now you pretty much just lose especially if you spend money with them. The daily wheel never pays anymore and the tournament games are impossible to get very high in. The big winners in the corner are enormous numbers but its the same people.
This is a fun app when you have credits to play. Because we dont purchase credits, most of the time we dont play. Takes a long time to collect enough free credits. This is the only game we play that takes the bonus you win when you first open the game and divides it by two and then multiplies it by two because you have played it two days in a row. This is a totally wrong way to calculate the bonus. You should take whatever number you win and MULTIPLY by two. We get aggravated with the game every time we open it because of your calculations. It should be changed! Now we are really angry you wont accept any nickname we pick. Is that because of our rating.
The upgrades are not for the players advantage. We have submitted comments before but have fallen on deaf ears. The four hour wait for the FEW coins is ridiculous. This games recently robbed us off everything during a tournament at the beginning of march 2022. 8 started okaying the big tournament right after it started. We work 2 jobs so we cant keep the game playing while Im gone. Each t8me we re-entered the tournament it started us at zero. We spent all of our $500 million and got nothing at the end of it?! We have played this app for years and this has never happened. We reached out to the app support and we have yet to hear a response. Ive loved this app for about 8 years. Im feeling super let down :(.
We just finished playing the 15 minute tournament and while in place 31, we got the free games and earned over 700,000 points but we never moved from that spot, no matter how we tried we couldnt get the app to move us ahead and then the tournament ended and we did not get any coins because of the low placement which was incorrect. This is not the first time we were cheated out of coins, this app is flawed.

Every time we play in the tournament, the next day we play they always take our diamonds away. Yesterday when we quit playing we had 22,558,929 diamonds and then today when we went to continuing playing that same tournament we only had 0 diamonds. We wished they would tell us why they take away our diamonds that we won yesterday.
We just started from scratch again for the 4th time. We give up.
