Ive been using this app for a number of years and it works great. It unfortunately doesnt support any theme except for the sunny theme but we understand what a logistical nightmare it would be having to ad support for multiple backgrounds. We highly recommend this app. Great developer support as well.
You add very little to your monthly inventory and some of it is too far out….. Need to pump new blood into this game. Plus, we pay for hints and your hints are never the best words.
Why did you make your ads 21/2 minutes long? It sure make want to delete the app.
We loved this more.when it was free. BUT since now we pay for it, please WHY DOESN'T it support other backgrounds?!?!?! This has been an amazing for times that we get stuck and in tournaments but we feel that if we pay for it, we should be able to use any background not just the sunny. Why does this not support the other backgrounds? Will this feature ever happen.
We love this app! The only thing we wish youd update is being able to use this app with different background themes in Word Chums. It gets boring having to always use the Sunny background. Can you update this still work with every background theme they offer please.

Love the games. Love to beat the hint or best word. Many times we get the message – no playable words- and it isnt true because we find words. There must be a bug in your software. Your the best.
Such a shame this app now charges. So not only do they have adds but now if you want the highest scoring word you gotta pay 2.99?!? Awful.
We find that the hint offered by word chums scores more points than the current version of snap cheats for word chums. We would like 3 different words offered. Like, highest scoring word, average scoring word, interesting common word. That way our opponents dont feel beat up on every game. Currently, since the original app upgraded their software, the word supplied by cheats is not the highest scoring word, but usually scores more points than the average player. It would be stellar to offer lower scoring words, but offer multiple words.

Now its telling us that we cant make any words out of any of our screenshots? Got a new bug? Since this review Ive uninstalled the app, and then reinstalled and its back to working as normal. Perhaps it was a glitch due to the recent iOS updates. Ive noticed a few things have been weird with some of our apps and Ive had to do the same. Very helpful when Im stuck finding that perfect word in a full grid on Word Chums.
Junking this app after 18 mos. Of steady use. The last update was a BIG MISTAKE. Now you have to pay a higher monthly fee to see the VIP answers to the word suggestions. We dont waste our time with these apps that require subscriptions that add up to big bucks over a year – far more $ than the app is worth.
Too glitchy No Playable Words Found too often More frustrating than helpful.
Why does Snap Cheats read the letter K as the letter X?It also misreads the letter D as a P.
Why cant this site read letters correctly? It keeps reading the ks as ts. Its no help at all. Please fix it.
So we have had this app for a long time and it has been pretty helpful we actually thought this was a good cheat app. But sudenly just recently it started malfunctioning. Every time we upload a picture to the app it gives us words with letters that we dont even have!!! Like literally its just giving us random words that we cant even do because we dont even have those letters. Do not buy this app its not reliable it might work for a while but then start not working all of a sudden and it was even acting weird before this so we wouldnt recomend this app.
Update wants you to give permission to all your photos, not just your screenshot for the game. Why on earth would you give a gamer unfettered access to all your photos.
This used to work beautifully for us. It has been at least a year since we have used it and now we cant figure out how to use this app. It is not intuitive and we cant find instructions.

We like this app but only works with Sunny Background. Can it be fixed to work with all backgrounds? Would give 5 stars if it did.
This app hasnt worked for months now!! What is going on?!?! Why hasnt this been fixed yet.
Keeps showing us tiles with no letters on it and tells us it doesnt recognize the letter. There is no letter! And as a result, its useless.
Every time we update this app it stops working.

Seems like theres always bugs and it doesnt see the image correctly.
For some reason it does not recognize the letter Z. And when you use a blank tile for a letter . So it offers words that you cannot use because there is already a time in that spot.
After an update this is working once again, so kudos for that. Great app.
We used to love this app even tho we tried to not use it often. Now it doesnt recognize the proper letters and its completely useless to us now.

Just like a lot people have said, only half of your screen shots show up, and showing words that are not there. We did the update today, and now it only recognizes the SUNNY background!!! WTH?!?!? Its the holiday season and we want a holiday background. Please fix.
Ever since yesterdays update 11/1/18 our screen shots are NOT working. The top of our game now starts in the middle of the board and Im only getting half of the game???? UPDATE: after emailing support about the above issue, we immediately received a detailed response as to how to correct the problem. We also learned that for $2.00 you can update to an ad free version of the app. Which we are now using and loving.
This used to be a great app until it stopped working after the last time we updated it. Hopefully the developers will fix it or we will have to find better and delete this from our phone.
So a while ago things were working fine. But now once we soon start a match on word chums and play a game. We take a snap put it but the words dont go thru. And the words are always showing in the wrong place. We like this app in all, but this bug should be fixed.
Was working great but last few days will not read the screenshot. Tried to send diagnosis but bounced back. Loved it until this started happening.
Worked pretty good until last update. Now it doesnt recognize letters, tries to make chums a letter, blank tiles. We sent a screen shot for diagnosis & havent heard back. Have deleted & added backseversl times.
Upon snapping pic of word chums, the app fails to review pic properly . Uncovers letters thats arent there.

There is a new bug since the last update. Apparently it no longer knows how to use a blank tile! After running into this problem, it is not working at all! It wont recognize new screen shots. Please fix.
Took a screenshot from the game, went to snap cheats, it said unknown tile. Deleted and reloaded several times, still doesnt work. Very disappointing.

Seems too work for awhile. But like now doesnt show any letters on board just blank squares or no squares.
We would love this app if it worked all the time. It is currently not working. When we import a screen shot it give us a blank grid. The 5 stars is for when its working. 0 stars when its not.

Havent been able to get the app to work for over a week.
Up til the other day, we were using this app successfully. All of a sudden it stopped working. We decided to see if there was an update and found none. So Ive had to delete it! Its now useless.
It doesnt give us words anymore.
Half the time we get a blank board and it wont recognize the letters. The other half if says tile not recognized.
