Just get it. Blows our mind something that cool is in the palm of our hands anywhere we go. Really nails the feel. Must play for any gamer.
New to the game? Read below where it says "for new players" The best game on iOS that gives you hours of entertainment with no need to spend money. For a few bucks if your impatient you can get the best boarder and board, everything is super cheap, if you choose to spend money. Whether it’s skateboarding, snowboarding, any kind of boarding, the mechanics/controls of this game are as good as a console game on your iPhone. Tip to new players, we see people who can’t score 10,000 on a freestyle course with the best snowboarder and the best board. As your going up to a jump hold down the jump button, just before the ramp we have the jump button and the directional button depressed, at the top of the jump let go of ONLY the jump button, While your in the air spinning or flipping throw in some grabs, just like spinning with grabs press AND hold the grab but let go before you hit the ground. That one trick will make more points than your previous entire run. MIX UP YOUR TRICKS, if you perform the same trick over and over there are diminishing returns. In other words a 150,000 point trick, the second time will be worth less. If you do it over and over it becomes worth like 1000 points. So mix it up. Tricks are performed in the air but always hold down the jump button before a big trick at least a second before the top of the ramp. Good luck and see you in the powder. In a future update it would be cool if there was a way to play peoples previous runs and see if you can beat there score. Even have small teams where each player puts up there best score (3 tries) anytime during the week, the combined score for that week is the team score.
You have to stick with it. At first, we felt that the control stick was awkward, and it felt a little weird that you have to press a button to grind (similar to the THPS/THUG games, instead of just grinding automatically like the SSX games) All that said, you just have to stick with it. Im now used to the controls, and theres a ton of content here (considering a price tag of $10) Theres a freestyle, half-pipe, and big air event, with several maps for each, and plenty of characters to equip with stat upgrades, and alternate boards and outfits. The graphics are pretty good, and even go as far as leaving a trail in the snow behind you (a few other snowboarding apps we’ve played actually miss this small detail, which doesnt hurt gameplay, but the added immersion it brings in this instance is nice) This game is about as close to SSX as we can imagine playing on our phone. Really good work from the developer, would recommend.
We really enjoyed playing this game and we were excited to play it again after downloading it on our new phone tonight. Our excitement quickly turned to frustration after we noticed that the game didnt transfer over anything from our old phone. Its seriously upsetting… We spent a lot of time and money on this game to unlock courses, boards, riders, their outfits, and max out skills. The App Store didnt make us purchase this game again just because Im on a new phone!
Yes it’s still fun to play but the OG Snowboard Party had much better runs. This has 15 objectives compared to 5 and you still can’t nose or tail press, wall ride or get additional points for gaps. The developers should include in the next version: gaps as objectives, wall rides, nose and tail presses, one footers, underflips along with better/different runs. Thanks!
Why did we just pay $3.99 for the pro version? We thought our points would transfer and/or there would be additional options available. We dont see any difference??
We wanna be able to start doing crazy tricks while your off the snowboard, we wanna have some quotes and talks, we wanna have some races and not time attack, we wanna be able to knock off other players on racing (not time attack), we wanna be able to start doing some grinding tricks like dark side, sat on butt, and handstand grinding tricks, we also want some skis too for the next snowboard party game, also we want all the old maps from the first and second snowboard party maps to be remastered for the next snowboard party game on the iOS and Android. Let the game be a lot like SSX 3. Lol. Sorry. But great game tho.

Years ago, people playing 1080 or SSX on their GameCube, PS2, or Xbox would have never believed that we could one day play near-console quality snowboarding games on a tiny mobile device. But here it is, sporting great graphics for a tablet/smartphone game with smooth gameplay, beautiful locations, and a rocking soundtrack that gets us pumped to carve some powder. This one is WELL worth the money! Our only complaint is that when we start up the game all of the achievements we have completed pop up one after the other and make it hard to focus. Please fix this glitch, Ratrod. Other than that, it’s a fantastic game!
Great game, loving playing it in our down time. So many ways to earn points within the game in order to buy new characters, boards etc. Definitely worth the $1.99 purchase.

Fun to work through the levels. Nice additions from snowboard party 1. Easy to play. Would be 5 if you could play friends offline.
The game keeps on crashing on us in off line and is a great game we did buy the all snowboarding package we need a fix.
We purchased the lite version (free plus $1.99) which we though would be the full game. We’re not upset about that, what we are upset about is the fact that we can’t port our progress over from the lite game to the full game. It’s a great game we’re just a little confused as to why we can’t move the progress from one game to another.
By far the best snowboarding game we’ve played on the App Store. Lots of fun and the replays after you finish your run are great to watch! Absolutely recommend this to a friend. **Edit: does need some balancing fix issues especially for new users. Additional content,maps,boards, etc.. Would be greatly appreciated.
If you liked the first one, then the second will be right up your alley! Better graphics and gameplay. More levels and better characters make this game worth buying. Works on Apple TV!

This is the best looking snowboard game on the appstore. Runs smooth on our 6s plus. Touch controls are great. Rating 5 stars but still have a few gripes: Map design seemed rushed. Too much open space in between features on some maps. Too many of the same features across all maps. Suggestion: More jumps that have grind rails in the landing zone. Collect "P-A-R-T-Y" objectives: Every map has this objective and it was not executed well. Rather than have letters in areas that flow with the map, you have to go out of your way to collect them. For example, many of the letters are placed on the ground right after a jump… Why not put it in the air and make it a fun challenge instead of making us awkwardly ride up the hill to get the letter? This problem is more noticeable in the Big Air maps. In the future we hope you release Advanced Objectives. Something more challenging but still well thought out. Keep up the good work RatRod!
If more people were playing and multiplayer actually paired you with people your level then it would be even better.
Super fun snowboarding game, but after two weeks if achieved every goal possible. Only five courses? Really? What now? Need an upgrade, more slopes or a whole new game.
Hands down the best snowboard game in the App Store. I’d love to see different additions to this game though. We use to love playing SSX tricky with its huge airs and special tricks with each character. This is still a very solid game and we hope the developers take it further.

We play it on our iPhone 6plus, we haven’t come across any bugs in these past few days of playing it. This is the closest app to the SSX games we played. We even like the tunes, it fits the game perfectly like the tunes for ATV off-road Fury 2. We wish they add more of it.

We’re just starting out with this but it is a lot of fun. We have an iPhone6s plus and it handles the game great. Very responsive. We highly recommend this game. Thanks for bringing it to us!
We’ve been longing for an SSX clone that could even be described as adequate, and this one is downright good. We’re not much of a mobile gamer, but this is console-quality. The controls feel very good, even the on-screen controls as much as possible. Everything the character does – from falling, to jumping, to bouncing off of solid objects, to hopping awkwardly uphill when you’ve missed something – feels very familiar. The levels are much larger and more diverse, with higher draw distances than similar games. This finally feels like a labor of love, instead of a by-the-numbers knock-off. Things that are great: Plays -great- with a controller and feels like the good old days Relatively large levels, with good design A few nice flourishes, like opening doors Rails, trees, tunnels, jumps, and blue lines Characters with different skill allotments and bios Board upgrades and outfits Skill points Things that are missing: Winding up tricks while grinding Jumping adequately from a grind Grinding also seems to force you downhill A "boost" mechanic AI racers (I miss them less than you might think) Hopes for the SB3, someday: Add the missing features. Other than that, just More and Bigger. We hope enough people buy this edition to turn this into a real franchise that gets the attention and development it deserves. It’s very fun as-is, and has huge potential long-term.

This is the first snowboarding game for the iPhone that is really good and replayable.
This game is great but the snowboard upgrade bug is not true. Just click the shopping cart on the bottom right of the screen. Best snowboarding game by far. Everything is smooth, controls, gameplay, and graphics are incredible. Nice job devs! P.S. Exp doubler is a no brainer.
