Awesome game except that its been down for the last two weeks CANT PLAY its frustrating.
Used to be a good game. After the last update there are so many things messed up its not even worth playing. The leaderboard doesnt work anymore…you never get promoted regardless of position. Your daily prize shows up once every few days if youre lucky. You can add friends and accept friends and within a day they disappear. Please fix this game to its former glory.
For whatever reason with the last update everything reset on our game profile we.e. All our achievements are gone all of our purchases dont throw none of the things that Ive unlocked are unlocked and for whatever reason even uninstalling and reinstalling will not fix issue. Love playing the game as the go to past time but once you invest and put in work only to lose everything is very disheartening.
Fun game until it got WAY too hard in the second stage. Goalie can block anything.
Every time we go to play a match our screen freezes its so annoying do not download.
If the App Store had less than one star we will give it because it doesnt work well and it has to be remove from App Store.
If we fail on our first kick, we get another chance. If we make our first kick, the ball sits behind the goal, and the game does nothing!! Cant get past it!! Tried for 3 hours off and on now. Will probably just delete, and move on with our life.
When we were just playing a match when we kick the ball we score but then it would not let us play the game so we just dont like the game, please give updates like bug fixes and graphics.
Ive lost 8000 just because the game play freezes. This needs to be fix. Thanks.
We've placed in the top 10 before and didn't get promoted from expert to professional, but this past week we literally got 1st place and didn't get the gold bag or the promotion? We've always just accepted the glitches and enjoyed the game, but this is bull crap and we're deleting it.
Lol!! It just happened again! 2.2 million, lost our bags earned and our points down to 768,000.. We will just use our cash earned. Its not worth getting gold and finishing at the top only to loose everything and gain nothing! When we leave the game and come back to play later, our uniform is changed and we have no bags or money. We have contacted the developers several times and they just ignore us. They dont have a problem taking your money though.
When we try to play, it won't let us pass the ball screen. It tells us to pick a ball and once we click on the ball we want nothing happens. Even when we click on the X. Nothing happens. It just stays on the ball screen. It's always on about 4th game. We download the game. Play the first 2 or 3 games and once it tells us to pick a ball , thats it. We can't play anymore because we can't go past that part. We've already uninstalled and installed about 5 times.

Fun game but the chests rarely open anymore. We click on open chest and watch the countdown begin but when we reopen app to open the chest is shows that none are unlocking. Super annoying, especially after waiting 12 hours etc which ruins the game.
Way too many glitches. Gets stuck during loading but continues the round while character dances with the ball. Cant see where Im shooting from. Wasted gold/money/energy. Dont think Ill be keeping this app much longer. Also hit like and follow buttons on social media sites to receive $500 each, but only got $200 in game money.
It keeps freezing during live matches making us lose a lot of gold and some matches.
We have contacted them numerous times over the last few months regarding leaderboard issues and havent received a fix. Could be a very good game if not for horrible support.
Customer service is horrible!!!!!!!! After posting this review about our issue a developer asked that we write another email. We did so 2 weeks ago and have not heard a response. If youre not going to support your users on the issues YOU created by errors with coding, etc then why should we spend any time and effort to play. Original review below…. Sweet game but customer service is unresponsive…we got 1st place in our league and wasnt awarded a prize due to a glitch. We wrote to cos we and received no response…whats the point of winning if the game is going to glitch.
Way to many ads and in app purchase requests. Gets very annoying having to constantly watch videos or decline purchase requests. Errors and crashes all the time. Promotions dont work. Need reimbursed all the time. Feedback is very slow. Fun but super annoying. Developers very rarely respond to issues. Havent heard anything in a week. New update to this review – Fun game but problems are NEVER fixed permanently. New issues always arise. Promotions to new levels never work. Developers Will Not Respond regardless of how you attempt to contact them. Very disappointing as this is a fun game.
This game seemed almost boring at first, but after we started playing it days in a row, we started loving it more and more, its so fun and playing people online is seamless and exciting! Definitely recommend.

We have had problems losing money when the game freezes. UPDATE: we contacted their support and they gave us all of our lost coins and gold in seconds we are a great fan of their fast support. Also, the game has changed and it does not freeze anymore. Thank you guys.
Great game so fun. Loved it. It's exciting, skillfull and lots of fun. We have read other reviews about connection issues, but ours was fine. It flew ! Highly recommended.
