Hello, we love the game and what it has to offer, so we purchased VIP. The problem is VIP disapears and we are not getting all VIP claims to offer- and we have paid for Golden VIP twice..? We dont know whats going on but this needs to be fixed. Edit: So you have to repurchase each time.
Delivers an optimal experience with side things to do to bring a break to the main solitaire game which is tri peaks style and we like it.
Our coins amount never updates. Like we had 60,000 coins to add to our coins and we hit select and it did not update our amount. This is a very common thing that happens a lot and very frustrating cause u need all the coins you can get.
This is the best fun little gamewell not little. There must be so much effort put into this game. They update all the time every season. Its always exciting opening it every day and playing for a little bit. This isnt a game we can sit and play for hours it cost too much but we play it every day for about 30 min and we look forward to that. The graphics and story line are the best. We can appreciate the effort to keep this game going thats for sure. Thank you everyone for making a great game that has so many little things going that even when youre not playing the solitaire game you can play two or three side games or decorating and keeping busy for a little extra fun! 5 for you.
So we have been playing this game for a year now religiously and we are in the level 1000 some thing. What we have found out is that when you spend money to buy the extra cards to help you get through to next level,it doesnt give you the cards ya need, you can spend hundreds of thousands of dollars in coins and not get any of the cards you need and thats not right. All we know is that if this is going to keep up, we are not gonna play this game anymore because its not fair at this point.
Hi! We have overlooked the silly fake game pictures on the apps page, but with this new update, we cant not say something! Ive missed out on our 53 minute check ins after this new update!! Thats a lots of coins! We are thankful for using clovers to upgrade our properties! This game is great without the fake snapshots of Revenge Time and a mother freezing with her kids! Be proud of your game! We are! We hope that this glitch of losing tokens will be fixed quickly! And for those of us that check in every 53 minutes, that we will get an extra bonus!! Altho we do like the game. Have been playing it for about 2 months now. It looks NOTHING like whats depicted above. That is NOT THIS GAME AT ALL.
The game itself is a lot of fun and all the events that pop up to participate in keep it varied and interesting, however Im on level 600 currently and as the levels have gone up its become more and more difficult to get anywhere without paying for coins. Then even when you do decide its worth it to put some money into this game, it doesnt last long at all before youre in the same spot. There is absolutely no way to continue playing when you run out of coins other than to wait it out over days just collecting what you can from a portion of the map you may have worked on. Most games are able to continue to be played with the paying option making it easier or more enjoyable, but this one comes to a screeching halt where you cant do a thing without paying. Our advice, dont get hooked on this one if you dont want to spend cash. Its really unfortunate because they did a good job making it fun.
We really had been enjoying this game until more recently. Each time we get tickets to play instead of paying coins, the cost per game for coins changes drastically. It went from paying 4250 coins to now Im paying 6000. That means unless we use our real money for fake money we cant actually play every day like we want on our down time.
This game lets us build and keep our mind off everyday things to a minimum. Thank you creators of this game to allow people like ourselves play solitaire and build projects around the mansion.
While we enjoy the game play, there are too many things that slow it down. Sometimes it doesnt load or takes forever to load. The ads to get extras are almost constant so Im doing other stuff besides playing solitaire and thats the reason we want to play. It costs too many coins to help pass levels. Sometimes we get kicked back to our main screen. It could be a really good game but its too busy. We couldnt spend money on this because its not worth it. Oh, and the Love Stories are porn, dont let your kids play this game. Really not having fun so deleting. This really COULD be a fun game with chances.
1) it should be easier to get the little clovers 2) it shouldnt cost so many coins to do things as you level up (AND it shouldnt cost more coins to pick certain furniture if youre already spending coins for clovers) 3) SO MANY ADS out of nowhere 4) some levels are impossible!! We really love this game, which makes it unfortunate that we cant play it. At a certain point the levels are impossible to beat, we should dont have to go through half the deck to make our first move. We spend all our coins to try and get clovers and then run out of both, meaning we cant even play, Ive even spent money just so we could play. We dont mind it being more difficult but they need to make it so its actually possible to win.
Lose every couple of levels, lose events, lose even regular solitaire right now. Watch 20+ ads every day just to up up up! Oh wait nah just kidding lose more until ur just barely $2,000 under the lowest tier to play again. Toxic game. Yet here we are every single day 20+ ads in angry and more insane lol.
We were getting the 3rd option for free with ads but as soon we put money Into the game it wont show no more ads not we have to pay for the 3rd option other then that we love the game but that need to be fixed.
We love the game even though its same as another game just different people and game play. Unless you have money to sink into this game you wont play long. We spent a few buck and blew through that on game play in no time. We love the game and solitaire, but its expensive to play and lose over and over. So unless you gonna go back every hour to collect free money you gonna have to pay to play.
This game is fun, but the deal breaker for us is how expensive it is to get additional cards. Most games are like 100-200 coins for 5 cards. This one is like boom! 8000 coins for the first setin the earlier and mid levels, you dont even earn that many coins for winning. Its like its been designed to make the player fail for The levels that you HAVE to get additional cards on. Also, pulling 12 of the same card is a little excessive. At one point we had five 10s on the board and we drew at least five more from the drawing pile. We get theyre trying to sell coins to make money, but dont even start us on how pricey the coin packs are. Its not great and just makes the company look money hungry. From a business standpoint, youd have more sales if the prices were in the 5-20 dollar range. Off of that gripe nowEddie is the most annoying thing on the planet lol.
We havent been able to sign on and play for 3 days now which makes us lose our daily bonuses. We really like the game but Im getting very frustrated that we can play it iquite far in the game and would be very disapointed if we have to delegate it because we dont redownload if we have to take it off our phone please fix this issue we get to 37.5% loading and it stops.
This game is starting to piss us off we play casually here and there collecting coins and clovers like once a week when we find time if you play the game enough you can collect +5 cards the black hole and 2 jokers not once have we ever been lucky enough to get the cat paws in our city to collect daily but thats whatever why is it that if Im rarely playing like Im only logging in to get our stuff maybe play 1 game and go about our business, is our stuff missing???? We havent used a +5 in months we should have at least 7-10 of them yet we only have 1! This is ridiculous but not only that if we go in the raffle and use our clovers to get items why do we spend 20 clovers for 10 spins to get nothing but coins and garbage???? Like we literally spent 80 clovers and not once did we get the cat Im getting sick of logging into this game playing it losing our items even though Im not using them and doing the spinning raffle and getting trash the game is fun but dont delete our inventory when it benefits us but not the company. We like to save our items for events there is no reason we should have no tickets or 3-4 red and black jokers or 3 black hole items, also its trash that they know how good of an item the cat is and constantly keeps it locked away so you cant win them you have to pay for it or do a lot of challenges fix your game or Im deleting it.
We really enjoy playing the game but there seems to be some glitches that make us stay off for a while. We dont understand why sometimes Im given the choice to exit out of the volcano game but sometimes we cant get into the game without choosing to participate because theres zero option to exit out of it. Its annoying. Im not always interested in playing the little side games. Secondly, its aggravating when we close out of the game and we know we have a certain amount of tickets but when we log in the next time we have only one. Thats been happening for quite some time but we really had to take screenshots of it so we didnt continuously think Im going crazy. Love the game but its glitchy for sure.
Game is really fun and decent enough storyline, like ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS, its just too hard. When you get passed level 100 it gets to aggravating to play. Cost coins to try levels so when you run out of coins and dont want to spend REAL money, you have to wait 6-8 hours to build up enough money to try and fail again and wait more. Would be really awesome if they toned the difficulty down to where you could actually set and play t he game. Or make it to where it didnt cost coins to try levels and just use your money to upgrade stuff. Just disappointed we guess. Had potential.
Really love this game. But Ive been waiting over 2 weeks for new rooms to open where we can keep fixing up our mansion. It just keeps saying new rooms are being developed so stay tuned. Please help us fix this, we dont want to delete the game but if we cant play it all then l probably delete the game.
We do like the game but after about level 100 the games are essentially impossible to win. We have played this type of solitaire for at least 3 years so its not like we are new as we do know what we are doing and have learned various techniques to increase our chances of winning. And there are a LOT of ads you have to watch. If you like this type of solitaire game, try Solitaire Grand Harvest. Once you learn the tips and trick you can easily play this game free with NO ads.
Why are the preview pictures above a lie thats not what the game looks like or what happens in it. Why do we have to redo levels for furniture we already have? Why did they make the levels and rewards cost more making it impossible to win? Why dont they want us to win? Why did they make us have to get more clovers? Its just kinda gone downhill but the designs are nice.
Its a good game but the preview is a lie Im on level 45 and we havent seen anything that resembles the preview, but we still play.
Just updated the most recent version and its frozen and wont load Thank you for responding. We are no longer having an issue. We believe it was caused by the glitch with the recent update.
We dont typically spend money in apps but we occasionally will buy the little add ons when we really get into the game! We had invested time and money in the game and they deleted our account. The only reason we gave it two stars is because it is fun. They just delete all the progress you have. And when you write them an email about it they never email you back.
Thought it was going to be a Pat to play type game but it is not best game to kill time at work and home.
We love the game, but theres one thing thats super frustrating. While playing the level, the flying pigs will sometimes offer perk cards, we will click the pig to watch the video for the reward, and it will just completely go away and no video will start, nor will the perk be awarded. We have the latest version so its not that an update is needed. This is extremely frustrating, but other than that, great game.
How come we have to re-earn furniture we already have from the ocean set. Please fix feels like Im getting jipped.

We enjoy playing the game we just think the decorating is very tacky. Why does all the rooms have to be so cluttered. And rugs on the beach seriously come on now. But all in all its fun.
This game seems to go through phases where it just cant seem to leave well enough alone, and this seems to be one of those times. Right on the heels of offering the opt out of the story and only do the decorating option, the choice of what furniture to use vanishes so that only one furniture option is available. The logic behind this timing escapes us. The game was already sparse on design options, now theyre nearly non-existent. And for about triple the clover price of a few months back. Dollars for upgrading buildings are harder than ever to come by and upgrades increasingly pricey, and the lucky draw that once upon a time did occasionally land on a power-up essentially never does anymore, those options are basically only there for show. Theres lots of side quests continually available more so than ever before, which offers a distraction of sorts from the mainstay components really suffering as of late. Might be time for another 6 month hiatus.
Ive been enjoying the game, but was double charged for a purchase and have had no luck reaching out about it.
How can we lose levels??? We try reading the game still lose. It downs make sense. Then we lose all the money and its hard to play.

We advanced to level 498 before deleting this app tonight. Our handle was cle2410. Happy to provide our ID # to developers if asked, but have a feeling this wont happen. If Im incorrect and they make a sincere attempt towards resolution with us, we will update this review. Im guessing they will give this a misleading reply. They may try and convince those reading reviews before downloading that its a misunderstanding. We just read reviews complaining that after advancing past level 100 or 200, the levels become impossible, even without making a single mistake. The developers replied with excuses, such as they are constantly adjusting the difficulty levels, but will look into it. We believe they ensure they are impossible to resolve UNLESS you pay them for packages they offer with aids that enable you to pass the impossible levels. The problem is that this has nothing to with skill. If you have to pay for cheat aids to advance, youre not actually playing a game. Youre making the developers rich by sinking money into a succubus app that gives you the illusion of actual game play. We understand that developers need to make money. But there are legitimate methods. For select games, we have paid for packages that give access to more advanced features or levels. These developers inform you upfront you will need to pay to advance. Or, they give options to watch commercials to advance as a courtesy to players who cannot afford to pay cash. During these times of high inflation and difficult times for most, this level of honesty and professionalism is especially important. Taking advantage of people during difficult times is disgraceful. Adding further insult, the more you advance, the commercials increase to the point of being forced to watch several ads every 5 or 10 min of play. Until around level 100 – 200, there are no commercials or relatively few. This is also by design. They hope to get you hooked on their story lines, housing, town designs, etc. After around L. 200, when you fail an impossible to win level, their character, Eddie appears, and youre advised you will lose all the prizes youve earned. When you still quit, they hit you with another ad to buy a cheat package so you can continue. If they made you watch tons of commercials at the start, most people would delete their app. We believe in fairness even in the face of of deception. We want to acknowledge the appealing factors. These developers are talented in designing very cute anime graphics, character development, design layouts, and storylines. This got us to invest a lot of time in their designs in addition to playing games. We have serious health issues, have been in and out of the hospital, and the pleasant distraction is helpful. Its disappointing to put a lot of of your time into a game and get to nearly level 500, only to delete all of that effort. If the developers were honest upfront, like some developers in other games Ive played, advising that to access certain game features or advance we would have to pay, the appealing features of this game mightve made us consider. However, in addition to being uncomfortable with feeling misled, the games we enjoy most are primarily skill based. Thats what makes them fun, at least to us. When we know that they are rigged to be impossible to pass without buying cheat packages, this takes away from the fun since it has nothing or a little to do with skill. Only greed. Its important to note that these developers still make a lot of money from players who dont put actual cash money into their apps. They get a windfall of profits from advertisers. By being honest and courteous in these difficult financial times, and allow people to advance in a game with skill, without paying money, they would still be able to make huge profits. Sadly, this developer seem to want gluttonous profits. If they cared about and respected customers, their anime graphics, storylines, and character development couldve prompted us to put some money into their game. But, by feeling disrespected and misled, they lost profits entirely from us. They also ended up with another scathing review for iOS and android. Pay close attention to how they respond to this disappointing review from a player who gave them a lot of time and ad money by advancing to nearly level 500. See if they ignore it or give a lame excuse that they are constantly evaluating the difficulty levels and will look into the matter (like they replied to other reviews). This isnt a sincere attempt at resolution. They just know it will sound bad if they concede that they purposefully designed the levels to be impossible to pass to maximize profits. If we lacked skill, we wouldnt have advanced to level 498. Im not a disgruntled player posting a negative add because we couldnt figure out the game. Im posting a negative review, because we DID figure out the point of the game. No skill is required. Just your money and willingness to watch ads ad nauseam.
Does anyone actually enjoy this game anymore? What happened to the actual solitaire game? Where did the games go for earning money for the buildings? This game is going far downhill.

Ever since they switched the rewards to click the link on Facebook it does not work. So we havent been getting rewards but like a dummy Ive still be spending money playing this game. It is not like the rewards are that great but its nice to receive something by playing the game. But now we dont even get that. We previously gave 5 stars when we started playing. But with each change the worst its gotten.

Just launched game that we had been playing for over a year and had advanced to completing the cellar game room. Game opened as though we had never played before at level 1! All progress is gone! What a rip-off.

We would give this game a five star rating if the ads didnt sometimes consist of inappropriate games called whispers and chapters. Our son played this and he is 12 and when those ads popped up we made him stop. He should be able to play this 12 year old rated game without that happening! But we absolutely love this game. It is our favorite game on our phone.
This is the best game up to like level 500/600. Past that it seems to become an entirely different game. Maybe the amounts to get back up just become too extreme. Ill go through 15 free tickets, just to end up with not enough to play a ticket-free round nearly every 2-3 games past level 700. It clearly makes you lose past this point, almost mockingly too, and totally becomes pointless to even keep trying. Again, no money is given for using free tickets besides the bonus cards left which is nearly pennies at a certain level. Huh? Why though. It should always include the $6000 and $10,000 gold cards if this is how free tickets work then. Sometimes you win big, fast, and all at once and its honestly a blast to keep playing but it is calculated and after a certain streak you will be forced to lose or end up spending $38,000 on a wild card past a certain level. Also, Ive never played a game that punishes you for spending money more than this one. Spend $2 like 5 times and for the rest of your game only the $5 option will be available in the store. You also will lose the option to watch videos for the third furniture option seemingly forever. We try so hard to beat the losing on purpose because decorating is our favorite and it really is a super cute and fulfilling game, but it feels totally toxic to keep playing at the level we are. Restarting all together to feel the 1-500 breeze of a game while never spending money seems more worth it to be 100% honest.
Theyre so obsessed with making it a fantasy role play game. Some sort of Lord of the rings/ dungeons and dragons nonsense we just want to play CARDS.
This game is a day of losing, we have never played a free game when you lose continuously,then they want money after they rob you blind so you cant play,unless you wanna wait an hour for more coins. We wouldnt give this game a penny. They rig the game so you are unable to claim big prizes ridiculous. Happy losing everyone.
We really enjoyed this game for close to a year. In the last few months we even bought weekly just to get the extras to progress faster as we were drawn into this story line. But it has gotten impossible to win which makes it no fun to play. And by impossible we mean the numbers on the cars are no where close to being able to get enough in a row to get the clovers. We will no longer be paying anything for this. They have gotten too greedy.
