Sonoran CAD Reviews
We bought the Plus version of the subscription, and used it for a while, after a while we got bored of it and attempted to cancel our subscription but it wouldn’t let us "modify" our subscription to cancel it (I did try on the website). When you go to the page and clicked it, it didn’t do anything or open a page. We did check the ‘tutorial’ or help tab, its weird the buttons on the outside are clickable but not "Modify". We admit we’re to lazy to call for customer service or something, but we did email customer support, but we just got the most generic email that just to us to a support page that DIDN’T even work! We tried sending something in the page but popped up was "Manage and Modify subscriptions" or something like that, but the thing is it just told us to modify our subscription WHICH we CAN’T DO CAUSE THE BUTTON DOESN’T WORK, and we just clicked the box below saying these aren’t the issues or something like that, but guess what? THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT DOESN’T EVEN WORK TOO, it wouldn’t let us even send the request for help. Your making this difficult to cancel a subscription service that literally is so simple to implement into every site. No support was useful, and if we were planning on getting a whole new card together and disabling the current one, as we find it you can’t even make it consumer friendly to cancel a subscription. TD;LR: our money keeps being wasted by a subscription that should allow its users to cancel, but it cannot do that, as the actual method doesn’t work and support is useless. Edits will be made if any progress can be made.
It never loads its very slow if there is something im missing, please tell me.
First off we this App but it needs more Police identifiers Developers please add more Police identifiers because the only one is MCSO so please add California Highway Patrol and their ten codes , Alameda County Sherriff. And please please add GTA5 police identifiers like BCSO Blaine County sherriff, Los Antos pd, San Andreas Highway Patrol, Sandy Shores police department. And now for ten codes: Please add GTA 5 police Rp ten codes for LSPD, Sandy Shores PD, San Andreas highway patrol, California highway patrol. Please please add more Role play Server slots and please add Need for speed Rivals Roleplay police Department Identifiers Like RCPD, Seacrest County Pd and their ten codes so please please please add these in your next update.
Most realistic CAD Ever, You get many of the options in the CAD for FREE! Amazing!!! Even paying for better options are a good price for what you get! We absolutely recommend this CAD!
Hi Im am not happy with the new update. We liked the old way better and could you add a light theme? Also could you make the app like the website we dont like the drop down box on the app. We think this cad is very professional but we would like a response from developers thank you.
The new update causes app to only show base app you cant look at reports or anything we have a 12 pro max so screen fairly large but it could be our phone or something just wondering if people having the same issues is this getting fixed.
We love this app soooo much and we know it will be extremely helpful while in GtA RP but we noticed with the IPhone XS Max when we click records to try and add a new record in the system it adds a Tab on the top left of the screen and will not open or anything. Its just stuck on the main screen when loading the app up. We really hope there is a fix for that soon cause we want to use this app sooo badly, we know it will make our job so much easier.
When we try to lick on something the thing goes to the side and you cant click on the thing.
When we go to look someone up, the pop up goes to the top left corner of the screen and we cant move it back over.

Its a very professional and great app but can you lower the prices for the cad? $29.99 is too much just to get unlimited people in the Cad. We see more generous apps similar for pro that are like $5 bucks a month. We use this app obviously for RP and the server Im in is great and we need a cad but all the other cads for the consoles are trash. We are growing and 100 people for the free simple cad is dumb. At least $10 bucks for the pro cad will be good. Theirs so many ways to get cash and this is just not fun/fair. Im 20 years old and if we were to build a CAD app Ill make it professional and cheap. Its not all about money but that how the US works so you guys arent cool. The cash is the only thing bringing the review down. We could afford the pro subscription but Im not gonna be wasting money for something so dumb as this. Please lower it down.
As soon as you download the app and go into it you see how much work and time was invested into this. It is set up with a very sleek look and is so simple to use. We couldnt be happier with this app or cad. Thanks so much to Sonoran for making an app and a cad that is so perfect. Our community is so blessed and so happy!!! Thanks again!!
