We loved this game. We were over 3000 games in before the update. First it reset so all our prior games were gone. Second the undo feature went from responsive to sloth speed. Having all the games in a straight line makes it very hard to play on the phone. It makes the vials and balls too small. Finally, the counter which showed how many moves you made disappeared. Bring back the old version or hurry up and fix the current version.
Hi! We were really enjoying this app, but two updates ago, it erased all of our progress, and we dont want to start over. We were quite far along. We emailed via the support contact link, but it didnt seem like a support link based on the other page content, but we still submitted an email with full details. We have not heard back (not even an auto-response email). The more recent update didnt fix it either, so we are hoping this may help us contact someone who can assist. Nothing else on our phone has changed during this period (no major software updates; same phone we have had for a while). Thanks.
Ads run between each puzzle. The puzzles take less than 30 seconds so you spend more time watching ads than playing. Played through puzzle 25 and did not find it challenging at all – same level of challenge over and over again. Got so frustrated that we couldnt play for more than a few seconds at a time without an ad we deleted it.
