The game has a bug that makes the screen permanently rotated. Some of the buttons do not appear on the screen, so the game can’t be played.
It doesn’t feel like your piloting a spaceship we understand that to some the current perspective does but we were going for it to be more like storm raiders with the multiple perspectives I’d also like to see our weapons overheat from constant usage and new sounds for each ship as it is right now all ships sound and feel the same.
Reminds us of xwing! Now we’ve read the tutorial and got the hang of the controls we can’t stop playing! We wanna get the best ship! Update: the new controls are a HUGE improvement!! Awesome!! AND now we can remove upgrades!! And the new ship is amazing!!!
All it needs is a little easier on the last level (the enemy starbase) it is to hard we can’t pass it we’ve tried and tried and tried, and we can’t pass it. We mean we really can’t. It’s way too hard, we know you haven’t updated in a while, but PEASE fix this!
Very fun but could use something more exciting like online play or power ups.
More of a gun simulator than the traditional Space Wars. A real disappointment. The graphics are okay, hardly HD. The controls are too simple to be a sim. Overall don’t buy.
The BEST space fighter simulator we’ve EVER played!!!! (and we’ve played a LOT!). Can’t stop playing it! Would like to see a back story… Who are the alien race… What do they look like… What is the war about… That kind of thing! This app is SOOOOOO worth the money!!!
We’ve had this game before and it amazed us, now we’re utterly speechless.
This is our favorite app on the iPod touch! It is awesome and the space dogfights have a realistic touch to them.

Fun to shred alien ships. The game needs to include salvage value for discarded upgrades and ships.
So when we were playing this game on our iPad whilst on a plane, where there’s no wi-fi we get no achievements. We’re a space warlord and we haven’t gotten the achievement for cadet! What’s up with that?
BEST GAME EVER… But we thought it would be cooler if there was a cockpit view we mean like cockpit things we forgot what there called but they tell you how fast you are going and stuff.
If you’ve played Galaxy On Fire 1 or 2, you’ll not be impressed by this. Think the difference between NHL 94 and NHL 2013.

Lots of action, great controls. Would make it better if removing upgrades would refund money, or be available to reinstall on same ship again. Also, please make turret not fire while cloaked. Keeps taking us out of cloak :(

It’s a cool game and it’s about war, we enjoy the space of wars that we come across, wish we can go faster in ship..
This is a great game, and highly addictive!! Its got good controls, and r easy to master. The only thing we would change though, is that it should be a little bit easier to get $. But its still cool!
Sometimes it freezes and it have problems recognizing the gyroscope and the graphics aren’t that good but it have a great story line and the ships are easy to control it worth the money.
At the beginning was entertaining but when you finally are half the map conquered its very very tough, even with the best ship, and to win you have to have a lot of game cash to summon fighters. Even so, expect to get killed many many times before you could think to win the game. Boring !!!
For three updates, our Space Wars app has been impossible to play due to the title menu appearing almost entirely off-screen. We tried removing it and then re-installing it with the same result. Each time it says that we have to input a new pilot. This is particularly annoying as the game that we had to delete had a pilot with whom I’d rescued two galaxies from! Please fix this bug!

It is awesome. It feels like you are in space fighting other star ships. We would recommend this to any star wars fan anywhere.

We had thought all the reviews were overhyping this game, but it is REALLY good. We haven’t gotten to the point where this is annoying yet, but as someone else pointed out, space battles could use music.
Hard to get used to but once you get a better feeling for it you start to like kicking the crap out of aliens. Please add some music to the battles though. It gets annoying and boring listening to "pew pew pew" the whole time.
This is a great game and we suggest getting it! There is room for improvements though. You could have a ship layout screen where you could attach certain weapons to weapon slots.
