Spider solitaire is fun, easy to play and has suggestions for moves as an option. We stay at the medium level and find it a straight forward game for relaxing.
And off the tragedies of the world. Doesn’t matter if it crashes, we have nothing better to do.
This game is addictive and challenging. We really enjoy playing it.
We prefer the Hard level. Not as easy as you think. Good for brain stimulation. Dont give up. The game comes back in surprising ways!

We’ve been playing this game for 6 years and loved it until just recently when the annoying and stupid ads began appearing after and even during a game! What use to be fun and relaxing is now frustrating. The ads are for idiots and are continuous. We dont know if the developer realizes how terrible his great game has changed. To be fair, many online games have the same stupid ads.
The ads have become more intrusive and hard to x out. Some ads are hostile and violent.
We get watching ads with free apps but after every single hand played it a bit too much.
Im updating this review after the latest app update. Im not sure how they did it, but they have managed to make the latest version with even MORE ADS THAT ARE EVEN MORE OBNOXIOUS!!! Sometimes you have to click up to 5 times (with the requisite delay before the X appears)on 5 different pages to get back to the game only to have another pop up ad after you start the new game. Also, it used to be that you were subjected to the ads only after you won a game. Now its every time you start a new game! We guess Im going to delete the game because Im watching more ads than playing time. Too bad. It was a great game. We have been playing this game for several years now and it was ABSOLUTELY GREAT! We would have given it 10 stars in the past. It was our go to to relax and unwind. Recently theyve added the most OBNOXIOUS ads that also feature SOUND! Not only that, but most of the ads cannot be clicked off until they have finished running for a while. Then, when youre able to click them off, they go to another screen that doesnt allow you to click off until IT runs for a while. Meanwhile, you always have ads running in a banner at the bottom of the screen. How many ads do you have to have??? STOP THE GREED. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!! GIVE US BACK THE GAME SO MANY OF US HAVE LOVED FOR YEARS!!! If it continues in its current state we guess our only choice is to delete it. We hope that doesnt happen because we really did love this game. Thank you.
Used to be our favorite game but the greed of the creators is growing. The ads are incessantly ruining and taking over more and more of the screen. Video ads between games. Im done. We’ve played this game daily for years. Keep your ads. Time to move on.
The ads are out of hand. They used to be unobtrusive but now they are full scales after every hand. We dont mind a few but the game is now almost unplayable.
Played and loved this game for a long time. Now the developers use it as a platform to advertise their other games, making it nothing more than a billboard. Shame, it was fun while it lasted.
They have ruined this game with continuous ads that dont stop, on and on and one cant stop them .
Up until athe last update this was our ultimate space-out. Now BEFORE EVERY NEW GAME we HAVE TO MAKE MY WAY THROGH A LENGTHY AD THAT we HAVE SEEN DOZENS OF TIMES, FOR A GAME THAT we DO NOT WANT. THERE IS NO WAY OUT OF THIS BEYOND DELETING THE APP, WHICH we WILL NOW DO. Our previous review: Absolutely best way we have found to accomplish absolutely nothing. Just hard enough and tantalizingly possible to keep us doing it every day for years. 4 rather than 5 stars because of the continuously moving, jumping, flashing, and twirling ads. We would kill the person responsible if we could find out who it is.
Every other time you start it you get an ad. Unbearable!
This used to be our go-to, until the ads got out of hand. In addition to the banner there are now ads – sometimes multiple- after every hand, and many are difficult to close even after waiting the requisite time. We understand ads for free playing but this is too much. Definitely takes away from the fun of the game. Deleting.
The best of the spider solitaire apps. Only negative is that youve increased the adds – between abandoned games, sometimes during games.
We love the game, however, lately it FREQUENTLY slows down and we have to wait for a response. It’s becoming almost too frustrating and taking the fun out of playing. If this is not corrected soon we’ll have to give it up. Please fix this problem 10/4/20 Problem has returned! The ads are what slow it down. For a month there were no ads and now they’ve returned and the game frequently freezes. Please fix this. Thanks WAY TOO MANY ADS. The same annoying ads keep popping up. We’ve used this version since 2016, but we may have to stop using if this isnt fixed.

It looks good. Its relaxing. We play it every day.
We have several games from this company. Some of them for a very long time. Within the past month or so, most / all of them have started throwing up a full screen advertisement of some other game and the X used to close it doesnt work. The advertisement stays there for some time with us pushing the close button and it finally closes. We slightly suspect that this is more of an Apple issue than a game issue but we thought we would mention it. It is quite annoying.
We like to play several before saying enough.

We have played this game ever since the first ipad came out. We play multiple time a day. Recently the game changed with an annoying video ad between each game. This makes us want to switch to another app for Spider. We really find this game enjoyable but this recent addition needs to be removed.

Love this game and have played this one a long time. Dropping it now due to irritating ads after every game. We would pay a small one time fee for no ads but havent seen that offer. Ciao!

This app is wonderful. We like that the in-game ads are at the bottom and never distract. We noticed that another reviewer mentioned that there were full screen ads at the end of a round. Odd as this may sound, we’ve played this game for a couple of years and only suffered full screen ads after playing several completed rounds of Spider. BUT last week we began getting full screen ads after every round. And we cant get rid of them unless we suffer thru the whole ad or else shut the game down and re-open it. How peculiar is that?
We have enjoyed this game for a few years now. The ads were few and far between. Within this past week they are becoming a big nuisance. After every game an ad pops up/no Im not kidding! It is super annoying. We will be looking around for another game!
This game was great until a few days ago. We never minded the ad ribbon at the bottom of the page, but now there are two ads after every game that we cant avoid watching if we want to continue to play. We realize there has to be some ad revenue, but this is ridiculous.

We enjoyed Spider very much when ads would only appear after a win, although ads at the bottom were annoying. Now ads appear between every game, win or lose. Too many! Plus they go on forever. No timer to indicate duration. Extreme over use of advertising.
The app has just been updated so that you are forced to clear an ad after every game. Previously it was just after winning a game, but now its every time. Very annoying. The only way to reliably clear an ad is to force quit the app. This has really reduces our enjoyment of the game. Obviously done to increase ad revenue, but if everyone stops playing we think the opposite will happen.

We have been playing this game for over several years now. It is our thing to do to relax; at home, on the plane, etc. We have the ad version which wasnt a problem until recently, like the last couple of months. We use to open up the app and play. If we didnt win and abandon the game a new game would start; No ad. If we won, an ad would pop up for another of the developers game. We would X it to close the ad and play. Now we open the game we get the ad. If we abandon the game we now get the ad. When we win we get the ad. And now after closing the ad, another ad pops up from the developer on another game but this time the ad cannot be closed out and freezes up. We have to close the app and restart it. This is getting annoying. This and another one of the developers games are our 2 go to to relax. But Spider is our favorite but is no longer the case. We are getting fed up with the increased ad problemsI have given this game5 stars ever since we had it but now there is no way that we can.

Really like this Solitaire game have been playing for years. In the past few days suddenly every end of game, not just a winning game, ads pop up. Youve ruined the game flow. Hope youll reconsider.
