We LOVE this game so much! Its super entertaining when we are bored and super fun to play with friends. This is our favorite game on our iPad and we recommend you to download it load it. The only downside of this game for us is that VIP is 50$ and we dont want to pay 50$. We also cant get a Pegasus because we are not VIP and we REALLY want one. Please change this! Everything else on this game is amazing! If you dont get this game youll regret it.
It's a great game, but we just wish you could buy gems with coins instead of IRL money. We also wish there was purchase confirmation for buying stuff with gems and a way to lock that kind of purchases so that if you're trying to save up for something. We're trying to save up to breed two horses, but our gems got messed up because, when we swiped out, we fat fingered and clicked the purchase button on 25 racing tickets for 500 gems.
We adore this game! Ive kinda accepted it will never be realistic so thats not bothering us anymore. We would like it if you could make gems easier to get without spending money. Also every time we play the game now it crashes in a few seconds and we cant get anything done. This is really annoying because we want to play but cant and we cant save up gems for the winter horse because we cant even get in the game without it crashing.
This game is really fun. The only thing that bothered us was that we found it really hard to get gems for things fast enough and everything was very expensive. Other than that we thought this was a great game and we really enjoyed it. Please See: This game has very frequent bugs that can make it much less enjoyable, we were very upset about this and do not recommend this game to anyone who does not want to have to deal with lots of game bugs.
It doesnt let us into the game so we gave it 3 stars because we got to play it for about 2 years and we liked it so we would recommend it.
Theres like this quest where you have to like deliver presents for disco Santa and we tried it and after a certain distance your character just just DROPS the presents.
Ill admit we went into this biased against FoxyVentures thanks to their original mess of a horse app, Horse Riding Tales, and fully expected disappointment. Surprisingly, despite its flaws, Ive thoroughly enjoyed this game. Ill start by being brutally honest: the game is not the best quality. While we havent finished the main quests, the storyline isnt complete despite the game being out for over two years. Foxy has also fiercely and shamelessly monetized this game as if their very lives depend on it. To get horses you need gems, and to get gems you need money. We will say that they havent taken it so far as Star Stable, and for this we commend them. To begin the game, you are allowed to breed your starter horse, giving you just enough control over how it looks and behaves to feel invested. Well played, Foxy its hard to be displeased with a foal you helped create and met as a wide-eyed, wobbly-legged bundle of cuteness. As you play through the first quests, you are also given a ranch and a few basic articles by your aunt, whom we can only assume is incredibly rich, considering how flippantly she gifted a sizable plot of land in a darling part of the country to the player, her convalescing niece/nephew. The story follows the player as you struggle to find your lost horse, Snowdrop, while simultaneously trying to compete and win the Star Championship. The show jumping and cross country courses get harder, but a high-level horse will make them more manageable. The graphics are very stylized, and we have found quite a number of glitches and bugs (nothing that messes with gameplay) while exploring the map. To compare to Star Stable, one of the most established games out there, we would say that in some ways it out-performs, and in some ways it simply excels, with the exception of the characters. There is a wide range of customization for both male and female characters, though as for the actual models there isnt any variation. Personally, we find the characters design to be cute and quaint, although their arms and torsos have a slightly off-kilter look to them. Ill be honest, we think Foxy needs to find a 3d artist to remedy this. The world is beautifully detailed tall grass sways, wildlife scatters, and your horse might spook depending on its personality. The horses are quite adorable, and thankfully the starter horses are not as horribly ugly as those on Star Stable. Each horse has one of five base personalities and a couple of other random traits that make them feel unique. There is a bond system that unlocks interactions as your connection deepens. Our starter horse, a darling little blanketed black, was allotted the challenging personality. Its adorable up to a point. If gifted with this spirited personality, your horse will stamp, toss his head, and buck whenever he pleases, which becomes less and less often as you bond with him. As for acquiring new horses, one can save gems earned from main and/or side quests and summon a horse, although Foxy gives you absolutely no choice in what horse you are getting. This is especially unkind when summoning more expensive horses, as the player has a dishearteningly high chance of paying 4,000 gems for a 2,000-gem horse. Breeding, which is how we ended up with our dappled gray friesian sport horse, is just as expensive, though a little less randomized. But no matter how shiny your VIP badge, you still cant breed somebody elses pegasus. Apparently, fantasy horse matchmaking is forbidden. Flawed? Absolutely. But still charming, with uniquely animated horses that are fun to collect even without paying a cent. If youre looking for a casual horse game with charm, collectible horses, and enough bugs to keep things interestingbut not game-breakingthis one might surprise you. Just keep your wallet on a leash.
We like it and its really fun! But prices are insane sometimes. Like getting gems is soo hard, and the time between each breed/summon is about a month. Chests take months to respawn and the amount of gems in them have decreased drastically. We would love it if you could sell your horses for gems, or when people breed w/ your horses you get some gems in return. Also we have a hard time completing quests when we are not in a empty room. Its just soooo glitchy and sometimes you dont get rewards for your quests. We have also experienced breeding then getting kicked out, coming back no foal no gems left. The new wild horse stuff is cool, but if you could progress the main storyline instead of new features it would be great! Also there are so many options for trading___ for coins, yet gems you can only really buy them. We wont spend our money unless some more stuff starts happening. And sooo much stuff is exclusive to VIP. We are NOT going to spend all of our money on this game.
UPDATE THOUGHT! :D (again) lol! It would make it SOOOO cool to add sleighs you can equip to your horse so your friends can ride along like on HRT.
This game looked sooo great, and we would love to play. First off, we COULDNT GET IN. The game kept crashing and it didnt work. We couldnt even get past the front screen! We are not trying to be rude, but really Im just trying to give others a tip. One, we dont know if the creator of this game will respond, but its not working. For other horse lovers, this game would be great! PS: we cant rate it, cause we couldnt get in.
We know we dont have the best storage on our phone but no matter how much we delete things it doesnt help the game stop crashing. Whenever we get to a cut scene it just stops working and exits to our home screen and makes our phone over heat. We would like the game if it didnt crash so frequently. We cant even really play it with how often it crashes.
So we absolutely love the game, but for people that have been playing this game for a long time it should be way easier to get a lot of gems not just a few every day for reputable quests and also some of the really high-level show. Jumping courses and cross country courses are even really really hard for some very long time. Best riders in the game and also please make it easier to level up prestiges.
No adds!!! It is really hard to get gems and everything costs lots of gems but you wont care about that because there are no adds.
We got a wild horse and the game kicked us off.
To start, this game is great. The music, the people and horses, the graphics, and whatever new updates there are. We wouldnt know, because we were never able to check them out. The game would kick us out instantly when entering, and the only thing being seen before getting kicked out is the loading screen. The game worked just fine before, but one day it just happened and wont stop. We wasnt sure what it was, if it was our device(mobile), or just the game. But a lot of people have been having the same problem. Our iPad is fully up to date and still has lots of storage, so please fix this if you can! It has been like this since before racing was added. Other people are saying they are having the same problem for a while and it hasnt been resolved. We are all wanting to experience your game, or get back in, so hopefully we can soon. Thank you for reading, Im excited to see future updates if we can eventually play the game.
Ok where to start so our daughter got banned from chat for no reason and a lot of people arent nice in chat VIP costs a lot just for this game no thank you.
We really love this game, to the point where we have poured hundreds of dollars into it. But Im at the point now where we feel like we have to walk away because the people running it just dont bother to help the players. Ive reached out and been ignored for weeks, gotten no response when asking for assistance with bugs and issues Ive had after spending our real life money on things in game. Its really so disappointing.
Dont get us wrong we LOVE horse games, so when we found this one it looked really fun! But it KICKED ME OUT!! We know this has happened other people, please do something about it.

The reason Im not giving this five stars is because it is not letting us play in the game for at least a minute and it kicks us out. Im trying to do our quest and it keeps kicking us out. Please fix this. Its making us so mad.
We have been playing this game for 2+ years and love it so much! The only reason it isnt a 5 star from us is because, while there have been very fun features updates, the story hasnt updated in the 2 years we have played. We fell in love with the story and cant wait to see more! The game itself is still SO fun.

Its a very fun game but a few issues. 1 we feel like the galloping position is weird, 2 the saddle is quite big. But over all its a great game.
So Ive played this game for years and decided to start a new account we love the game we love the horses animations and everything but when it comes to breeding on our new account it wont let us Ive cleared the cache Ive restarted the game and it still wont let us breed please fix this we want to breed so bad and we wasted 1000 gems on not being able to breed please fix this if you cant could we at least have our 1000 gems back? We love this game so much!! But, there are a few things that could change. We just made it to day seven, but when we tried to collect our reward which we were super excited about because it was a horse a message came up that said we needed to leave and re-enter the game so we did. When we went back in we were told we already collected it. We checked our horses and sure enough the horse was not there. It was a bit of a let-down because we were so excited about him. But anyway the rest of the game is awesome.
We really like this game but we wish that we knew it wasnt complete before getting invested. There are a lot of parts we dont think the developers tried to themselves such as races having impossible time limits or jump courses that are so difficult. Also the wild horses are great but its been weeks and we have still not seen one even while looking and putting in hours of game play, it would have been better to get more of the main story than the wild horses. We have completed most of the quest and now the game is getting boring.
Okay so, it feels like you have to buy everything, because Ive been playing on a different device for a long time, and we still cant afford a second horse, you need to fix this soon.
We really like the game! The graphics are nostalgic and the story is cute. But we cant play it for more than 2 minutes before crashing. Our phone has plenty of storage to collect the new data. Even if Im on Wi-Fi it crashes just as often. We really wanted to love the game but its unfortunately unplayable. Ill be uninstalling but missing you ;-;.

Hello! We love love LOVE star equestrian but we have suggestion, Idea 1: the horses are great but they cost too much. Like, we really want a Pegasus but they cost 4000 GEMS! That is ridiculous, but love it still, can you make the Pegasus summons more like 1000? Or deal 750? It would be great! Tell us if you can do it! Idea 2: breeding, we love breeding, but we have no breed able fantasys, our fantasy glacier storm, is NOT breed able, and our other horses are flourished, but if we can co-breed with a fantasy we will be happy! And we want to co-breed with a Pegasus, can you make it so we can? Idea 3: so you know when you breed it costs tokens or gems. Can you make it so we can breed with 1 token on a fantasy, on a co-breed fantasy, a friesian, that would be great if we can! Tell us if you can! Idea 4: gems, it would be great if gems were easier to earn, we tactically have no quests to do now, can you make it so it is easier to earn gems, tell us if you can:) Idea 5 (last idea): so you know when you breed you have a foal, right? It should be free to skip it to a grown up! Instead of leveling it and earning gems it should be free, tell us if you can make it an update! Thanks for reading.
This game is soooo GOOD. We love it and any one who downloads are amazing.
Had fun with the games at first but then had to do a mission that we could not do because the barrier is too small.
We deleted multiple of our apps just to play this game, we charged our device and restarted it only to keep crashing when we wanted to join. We looks like a sweet game but we would really like to join it if it lets us.
When doing races it puts you on the horse but sometimes you are some what of the horse.
Youll finish the entire game play in a couple months and then run out of stuff to do except things that cost like breeding which is fun but so so so expensive. No holiday events just decor. You cant even finish the main story line because they havent completed it yet in several years with no update. We cant believe we wasted so much money.
First Im not paid for this review if you were wondering. You gotta take some notes yall so first. The controls seem hard but play for eight minutes you will get the hang of it. Sometimes when your in the middle of a race it just randomly crashes and sometimes on the task it doesnt help you by tracking stuff and our ranch just randomly got changed around.
We love the game! Its awesome! So fun! Except a lot of glitches. When Im riding our horse it immediately takes us off the game. So can u please fix that. But great game.
We love it so much its honestly so much better than star stable even less graphics but still its so much cheaper and easy to play you dont have to have some kind of premium to play the game free. Ok, so where do we even begin! This game is totally awesome it never glitches and its entertaining. We have another horse game just like this and its not as good as this one! Not by 1,000,000 miles!!! This game has country and town space to ride around in theres no levels to people who hate games that include you doing different levels. Some areas are locked but honestly it doesnt bother us at all bc we have a lot of space to move around in already! So, lets get into the details and characters. So the graphics are amazing they look real you get to swim in water which in a big step bc most games like that ignore those little details the characters are very neat and have good quality and graphics! So if ur curious about more of this game or just want something new from other boring games pls pls download this game!! Its awesome we mean like some people may have other opinions and ideas about what needs improvement and what they dont like, but in all seriousness this game is definitely worth downloading! One extra thing! Anyone having problems with this game its prob ur phone bc we have the 13 and it works perfectly fine for us, so we would check ur phone before blaming glitches on someone else.
