Ive been playing this game since we were 7 years old and now Im 11 years old!!! We remember from the very first day we played this game we loved it and told our younger sister to also download it, we had downloaded all games and at any chance we could get, would play the whole series!!! We deleted it bc we wanted to participate in the competitions seeing if it would let us participate again and now it says connection error when we try to log back in.. Love this game tho we have been playing since we were 6 so we hope this gets fixed asap.

Great game can u just fix the part when u collect all the keys we need to find the blue ball it never shows at all no matter how many times Ill go somewhere and then come back the blue ball aint coming.
We enjoy the app but the issues with connection bother us. It keeps saying Connection Error whenever we scroll to Friends and we dont have Facebook so we cant see any Friend IDs we can invite or anything. Please fix this.
We try to save, and we get stuck on this the constant torture device of "sycncronising game processes". We try to place adds, same thing. And we know it's not just us, this is happening to almost everyone and needs to be fixed.

We use to LOVE Stargirl when we were younger. We decided to download it again and found the app broken. We cant link our Facebook which is the main account we had. The reason Facebook provided was that the app wasnt active. It said the developer was aware of the issue so we hope you can fix it soon, as we would love to play it again.
Your game is trash, we can buy promotions or coins or diamonds fix it or ill sur your company.
It keeps crashing and we cant play the game anymore. Can the developers fix it.
We love the game but today we opened the game a realized that all of our purchased items where gone and when we tried to renue them in the store it was no longer available along with the gifts and when we tried to press on customer support it would not open this is just so frustrating because we spent real money on the game please fix it we dont know what to do.
We lost most of everything we lost our wings stockings shoes dresses and more and we connected to Facebook even so that should not be so and we are most upset about losing wings than anything those were expensive Id finally made it in the game to success and lost it in a blink of an eye we know now we wasted our time on this game.
Stargirl was our favorite game and we had put so much of our personal money and had put so much work into the game to work our way to the top. We reached level 33 and had most of the bought collections that cost real money. We had also bought several diamonds to purchase the expensive dresses we wanted. We had bought enough money and diamonds to purchase all of the dresses we wanted and was very happy with our Stargirl and with her avatar. This morning we went to receive our salary and enter the new contest. We went to change our dress and all of the dresses and tops were gone. We assumed it was a mistake and clicked out of it and went to our closet in our "house" and clicked on dresses and yet again the dresses were all gone. However, our dresses were the only thing forgotten, all of our hats, shoes, accessories, etc. Were still there. We then went to the store to see if the dresses we had purchased were still there and they were not in the stores either. We always remember to save our account because we had lost our favorite dress before. So we are 100% positive it was not our fault the dresses were gone. We had also bought the dresses over a long period of time so it was not all in one day. All of our favorite dresses are no where to be found and we are very disappointed in the game that we had made it so far and our hardest work is gone.
This game is really great bc it's all about fashion and dressing up..we love how it makes you work for things which makes it more realistic!!!we would recommend playing it, it is super fun and kinda addicting!!! Our question for star girl is can you make a competition called "funky outfit day"? Or something where we can mix up our clothing…Hope you enjoy the game if you get it.
Hi, uhh actually a great game we really like it tho,Im having a problem here :( well umm we had another star girl acc long ago on different device and umm we connected that to Facebook and did the same on here to have our acc on our iPhone and well we were happy that we got our acc back that a notification popped up for new content thing we downloaded it and when we restarted it it again showed us new content thing we downloaded again and again but it wasnt working:( now our star girl acc isnt working:( we contacted support either way but no response :(.

This game has been great! We've played it for years now and this problem has still occurred to us. We're not saying we have anything against the game, we're just saying you should fix this problem. The problem : Occasionally when we log into Star Girl Princess Gala, we get kicked out randomly. And it's not just this game, it's the other Star Girl's, as well. We're on the loading screen while the characters don't show up, and the loading bar doesn't show. Then it just randomly kicks us out! As we said, we don't have anything against the game, just please fix this bug.
We like this game because it's all about fashion and another reason we like this game is its dress up.
The game is great it does get boring time to time but overall it's still a fun game to try especially when trying to win the contests. Anyway what we think should be changed if the friend requests or adding friends we think that when you go to another persons room there should be a button where you can friend them because you have to have this code and we wouldn't know how to get this code the only other way is through Facebook which is useless to people who don't have Facebook we think this would allow the game to be more fun because you'd be able to spend a lot more time in the club trying to get celebrities as boyfriends… Over all it's a great app.
We were on level 14 and then it wouldn't let us get on the app and so we deleted to see if we could get it back and then it wouldn't let us get it back so we do not recommend this game.
Some reason the fashion compilation did not work or the star wow or whatever we're missing ? Just need to be fixed please.
This game can really be fun, and frusterating. What we are really concerned about is how whenever we get on, it tells us to load the new fashions and restart, whenever we restart it does the same thing. So, we never actually get to do anything on it anymore.
Seriously, y'all need to make more updates, because some of the posters/magazines keep saying "2014" Newsflash: It's 2016 Get it done please KY Y.
We got this game because our sisters asked us too so we could be friends on it and it fun and all but we think we're missing the blue fairy that's supposed to be in the ally next to your house. Is there somewhere else we can find her.

We love this game and we saved our date in the backup save button but we got a new phone and when we got the game we had to start all over! Why!!!?? We even saved our data and we were hoping for it to be saved when we got the same game. We were on level 121 and now we're on level 1 pleaseee fix it.
This is a really fun game! The problem is that we buy things at the store and have them for a while, then out of the blue they disappear and we don't get our money back. Also when we try to buy it again it's not in the store! This happens to a lot of things we buy.

This game series are cool, we must give it a 5 stars. But not until we lost all our clothes, we spent a whole year to collect thousand of diamonds to get all those things and now it just gone with the wind.
We cannot believe that we used to love that game but now we think it's creepy of the eyes.
We luv this game and all, but when we want to play it , it just takes exits the game. It happens every time.
The new chat feature is sexist and terrible. One told us he. Would drag us to hell and Satan would rape us in hell. Another one said we're a whiny preteen that will be in the workforce soon. This is really bad for young girls. Also the games like the flirt in first sight is sexist and the contest is sexist and rigged.
We downloaded the app to get the prince and no Fairy. The contest is the same, same girls get the crown no matter how they dress, they all dress the same for every theme, and last competition they all dressed the same, they still won. We have no challenges. It doesn't matter how much we spend in promoting our avatar, It won't win. Sine there is no fairy, can't have access to new prince. There is nothing else for us in the game, no challenges. We wrote support few time, no word back.
We have purchased several votes and we have never received half of them. Also the fairy is Vanished so we no longer am able to date the Star Girl Princess Gala Guys!!! Another thing is half the time we will click vote and it never will!!! Please fix these issues.
Want an app that takes your money away and doesn't give you anything in return? Or even take your data away with a crappy new update? Or even crappy customer support? Well guess what, this is the app for you. This app was once great and we had so much fun on it. However, our diamonds got take away and so did our levels and clothes we spent months getting. Because of the Backup save data feature, we lost all of our data. Wow..what a waste of time and money.. All of our clothes we bought with money diamonds, gone. We emailed customer service about it. And they said that they would get it restored for us. It's been two weeks since we emailed them.. Crappy service we tell you. DO NOT GET THIS APP.
Don't bother. Fairy disappeared without warning after a week. Can't collect anymore keys or orbs or princes or anything. Run far away.
