StickyMonster is a communal, turn-based drawing game for iMessage. Each player secretly draws parts of an imagined creature, one turn at a time, until all four sections are complete: the hat, face, torso, and legs+feet. The player gets to see what the other player has drawn only after the whole monster is completed. The newly created StickyMonster is then revealed to both players, and turned into an iMessage Sticker to laugh at and share with friends!
In the home screen app, you can see all the wacky stickers you and your friends have made, AND view the funniest/strangest StickyMonsters from around the world in the Gallery tab.

First off, this app rules. Was happy to see someone adapted exquisite corpse and even happier it was done so well. Feature requests to make this even better (in order of priority) …. Also know this is a two way street so would absolutely buy into a premium version. 1) blending tool 2) eraser (vs layering white) 3) deeper zoom 4) additional brush styles Thanks yall!

This is some fantastic social distancing entertainment. It works great, easy to use, and we wish it was more popular. Because it deserves to be. We’ve been telling all of our friends to download it.
App not working. It keeps asking for us to turn on icloud drive, when we already have it turned on.
Hey Sticky Monsters out there! Our friend and we still love using this app, but it gets super frustrating when it freezes up in a way that does not let you submit your drawing. If you decide to put out an update or make a similar app, please consider debugging that cant submit bug. Much love and stickiness, -Stick Toons.
This is an awesome app and fun to play and make ridiculous stickers. Its perfect for when youre bored. BUT it stopped working for us, Im able to draw but when we send it, its stays on the load screen forever and never ends up sending. We were able to make three stickers until this started happening. We tried deleting then reinstalling but that didnt work. Any tips would be great!
It seems like a fun game. But after we get done drawing it wont load. Or send. At all. Whatsoever. And our internet is fine, and our data is also just fine. We’ve also we downloaded and redownloaded numerous times and waited hours and minutes. Its annoying :/
Not sure how Im supposed to play when the app doesnt work.
This used to work great, but now whenever we try to send it just loads forever. Also, whenever we try to delete any of the stickers it doesnt let us. We will give this app 5 stars when these problems are fixed. It has no been over 6 months since we first wrote this review. Nothing has changed at all, we even tried deleting and reinstalling and nothing worked. Please fix this.
We have to update our 5 star review to 1 star for the current version. After spending days sending back and forth a very detailed sticky monster, it will not send the final drawing no matter what. We’ve restarted iMessage, restarted the power, used a different device, it simply wont send. The disappointment is palpable. Please remedy this. PLEASE!

Hello! Thank you so much for this game, our friend and we are illustrators and we always play the game in real life but we usually divide the paper into more sections than just the four (hat,head,torso) by including a separate section for the feet/shoes. We were hoping to ask for you to add a fifth section so that the feet can be separate as we find this creates even wilder outcomes of the game. We also would love to see a sliding scale for the brush size as the four options are rather intense and does not actually provide much of a difference in line weight! Great game, keep the app going!
Hi guys, Im back with another app review! So our friend and we LOVE playing the game Sticky Monster on iMessage all the time! But, an uber recent update really changed the game for us: now, when you send a sticky message, it does NOT show the full monster. It only shows a portion and you have to tap on the message to view the entire being, which is vv inconvenient. Additionally, it also cuts them off when you send them as actual stickers, which REALLY BLOWS! Id like for the app makers to fix this issue pronto because it is hindering the gaming experience for us. Thank you for listening and we hope the next time we send a stickymonster, Ill be able to see its hat and feet ;)
We’ve played this game for a while. Recently when you send your creations to each other it cuts the hat and part of the feet off. If it werent for that bug we would give this 5 stars.
Doesnt let us send after we draw.
We tried to get it to work but it didnt So when you opened the app there was a link that said enable In iMessage. That took you to iMessage. It showed that a friend had asked us to play and it was our turn every time we pressed our turn it just said ah ah ah you cant play off your own turn. Tried everything but it just doesnt work :(
We love the idea but our husband has an iPhone X and we cant play with him. Ill give 5 starts when we can play with him.
Its fun to make a ton of hats for all the segments and use the legs and feet segment to make a full body! It really unlocks all kinds of possibilities for this game!!! Maybe 3 torsos, 2 heads on a hat? Who KnoWs!!
This app is amazing through the fact that it is a simple, creative concept applied in the most convenient and fun way possible. This game is one of our favorites, and is an epic way to pass time with friends. A few things that could be improved… -Maybe different brushes? -Being able to NAME your monsters. Another great thing is that it is consistently updated!
We loved this app. It was really great to use when you are bored, and if you are really in to art! Im not the best artist myself, but we found it easy to work with. We got really frustrated when we found you cant change the thickness of the line! We had to fill it in bit by bit and it was very time consuming.

Don’t use this cute innocuous little drawing game/app unless you’re bravely willing to delve into the dark secret inner thoughts of your friends. It may at first seem like an innocently simple turn based drawing game, but you will soon discover that your "friends" keep wild imaginations with bizarre ideas and… ‘unique’ drawing abilities. The stickers you’ll create will be shamefully ridiculous and should never be shared with anyone else. Some things are best left unknown. You have been warned!

Best sticker app ever. A blast to make and so much fun to see the final product. Warning: they will look awful, but that’s part of the fun!
This is really great, we use it very often with our friends. We create drawings together and in group chats. We’ve created some pretty ridiculous monsters together and everyone gets to express their art style. But please, add an erase tool! That’s all we ask. But if possible a paint bucket tool would be nice as well.
Sticky monster is a great, entertaining game! (As long as you am find someone else to play with) It’s always fun and the finished monsters are hilarious.

Simple concept, but lots of fun to create. Creates a special sticker just you and the other person know about which is like a funny little in-joke to use.

It’s a fun game and all, but there could be more added to it such as more colors. We like to laugh at our stickers with our friends because they are just so bad it’s funny (can’t draw). Overall we really like this game.
Really fun and clever messages app. Our friend and we have already made a handful of hilarious characters with loads of personality. Eventually it would be cool if there were a place within the home screen app to see (maybe even rate) some designs by people from around the world. Great developer, we emailed the dev with a concern and they replied to us very quickly.
Our sister and we enjoy this app very much. It has made us laugh and generated much conversation between us. It is a simple concept, but because only you guys create the monster, it’s something very special between you and the other person. We would definitely recommend this app.
We love this app so much, but a lot of our friends and also our boyfriend have androids and can’t play this with us. It would be wonderful if within the app we could make "monsters" with friends added by username or Facebook. Other than that, this app is soooo fun. Great work!
