Responding to a negative review about the STN Play app. Dont complain about the possibility of fixed games. The app isnt scrutinized by regulators like casino floor games. Sophisticated programming can give the impression of the edge being on the side of the app creator. It probably is. That being said, play for the rush and entertainment value. We seldom repeat wins on the casino floor and much less on these rigged apps but its to be expected.
We enjoyed the app, but each game Ive played and started to enjoy suffers from an unrecoverable error eventually. We cant play it after that.
They have a feature with daily spins and ive been doing it for months and every single time it hits for 2500 or 5000 points Also the app looks like it was made in a hour.

Most of their slot games were removed from the mobile app; majority are Res Rake games which do not open on our iPhone. So we can no longer play since we used our iPhone to play about 99% of the time. Why did you remove games & then the only remaining ones cant be played in an iPhone.

Why would we get the lowest amount possible spinning a wheel twice in a row. This alone makes us not want to even bother with the app.

Some reason in the last week it has not let us login we dont know what is going on with it we never had no trouble before.
In our opinion the company that makes and monitors this app is fraudulent. We have had several instances of this game glitching and freezing and stealing the coins we purchased with our money. We contacted support on this issue and was told sorry. We have asked for a phone number and information on the CEO to no avail. Do not spend your money on this app you will lose it or it will be taken. This has to be illegal. We have been going to station casinos since 2002 and have never been cheated and misled so blatantly. Beware.
They sent us a bonus multiplier saying we would get a ton of coins for $4.99 as a discount for being a 1st time buyer then charged our card $99.99. Refused to even review the matter let alone correct it.
