This game is a waste of time, it shouldnt even be called a game because all the user does is puss the buttons that the system tells them to push. There is no skill involved at all, we have wasted so much time just building and upgrading all the buildings, absolutely no skill involved at all.
Lets just say we were in a server for an entire year with some very good nice guys the first year everything was good. We all had events that would help us improve our bases but as soon as that first year is up, you get no events to help you improve your base. Therefore, you will have to wait maybe three months for one event and who wants to wait that long.This game so does have developers that will go on a server just for you to try and spend all your money on one base just to try and beat him so that he can go to the next server and do the same thing.Next the players that are foreign will try and kill you just to get them to have an all Arabic server and will say horrible things to you and they get no consequences for their actions from being reported . We played this game once before and its like nothing changed. Just some developers trying to get a paycheck.
The game crashed a few days ago. Nothing will work, no update corrects the issue. Game support continuously sends vague and impossible questions to help fix the issue. We would be considered a whale in this game with the amount of money we spent and zero help. Do not spend a dime on this game. Find something with a real support staff. From Stillfront Games down to Babil its a racket.
We think you guys should have it where we can build military drones and build nuclear weapons in the game.
We try to give the game a chance for the first time, and the game stop loading on 7/82 and it wont load up more we try deleting some others apps and the game itself and installing it again and still the same problem we think we will change our mind of playing this game and look for another one that really works.
Saw a promotion for 1.99 for a first time topup figured why not and it changed us almost 17$. Not recommended to make purchases on the app.

So someone bonded there account with ours and we sent message they asked for pics to see if it was our base the person who was bonded in our base used billions of rss that we paid for and our upgrade card and they didnt give us anything back they told us to make a new fb and anew account and they will take care of it and as Im doing it we bonded our brothers base to the new base Im asking for help and Im getting nothing while this person who is in our account is useing all our things we have put over 7k in our base already and this is how we get treated like we dont mean anything like its our fault u let someone else bind there account with ours and in the process make us bind our brothers fb with a new brace u told us to make and now our brother cant get in to his base and no answer from game no help from game smh where is the help.
The game developers state that you cannot buy and sell bases/accounts in this game. They do not enforce this as there are bases traded and sold. You put money in, they dont care. It is also very non-America friendly and has Arabs constantly bashing the USA and players from the USA. It doesnt make the game fun or entertaining.
It was a fun game until the developers Join the server and maxed out a basis and started to destroy and control the server so that you have to spend more money on leveling up your base, by the time you get to that strength you have wasted Thousands and thousands of dollars. And like we said love the game its a war game its about strategy and also making good friends but its nothing like we see a lot of racism and animosity its really a shame and Im saddened about this.

Nothing but time and money wasted. Its a big big f u to your player base when its happen to so many people. Update the game and boom next day cant do nothing.
As indicated in the title, admin does not enforce their own policies for interacting with sexually explicit (harassing type behaviors) within this game. Admin stated that blocking a harassing player is the best action, but blocking a person does not keep their statements from being shared publicly. The game is socially unsafe and does not act against sexually charged threats; to include rape.

We seen an add about this game and we saw fighting between the U.S and Russia and we really wanted to play this game. We downloaded it and it was the exact opposite. Instead of a WWIII game, it was a zombie defense game. We hate this so much and this is why we deleted the app.
The game in itself is cool, fun to play. If you want to spend money in the game, it's at your own risk. The developers only care about profits! Worst customer service we've ever experienced. Robotic replies to your questions and/or complaints. They truly don't care about you, no matter how much money you've spent on the game. This game used to be loads of fun, now not so much. This game is possibly one of the best strategy war games we have played ! Outstanding graphics and the intricate details of every aspect of your base is mind boggling ! Thats the bait and we are the fish they are trying to catch ! We have played many many of these games ! They have all had glitches but this game has been one of the worst games Ive have ever seen ! The glitches are not the problem ! The anti foreigner (us westerners) is one of the biggest problems but even that is not the worst part of the game ! There are good people everywhere in the world , even in the Aribic community of the Middle East ! If you become a powerful player you most likely will be targeted for lockout ! You will be booted out of the game and then you will not be able to log back in ! We have seen this in the reviews and heard it from many different players , Arab and Westerners ! You will contact support and they will try to say it is your fault or your device is not compatible or your connection is unstable ! Support will have you do dozens of different things to correct the issue and you will still be locked out ! Their technicians have the capability to unlock your game but they will not do that unless they feel like you might not pose a problem to the Aribic players or they think you might rock the boat and foil their lockout scam ! We played for 3 months and when we became the most powerful player in the server we were locked out ! For over a week of doing those requests from support and spending money on getting our phone checked out and buying boosters for signal connectivity and even buying the newest Apple 13 Pro Max (still on order) our Apple 12 Pro Max is still locked out ! We think its time to rock the boat ! Request a full refund , yes but it will probably be turned down and then it is time to hit the media ! Give the game the attention it deserves ! We have been playing this game for over 2 years. They have continued to find more ways to take our money. They use to give us a chance of getting free gold to buy if we had the right amount of honor points. Now they charge you money for the chance to get the gold. They are now nickel and dimming us at every turn. They are cheap skates. No honor.

Son team has added great updates to game but so far Son team keeps making changes to game to their own advantage to gain money from players and prevent being productive without always having to spend money! Here is the Apple Store game review we posted this morning. To costly to play If you want to support a greedy game developer – you will a tremendous amount of fun whilst emptying you bank account. The game is too costly. Working around the costs with achievements and participating in frequent in-game events do not match the efforts and time. The in-game growth (leveling up) vs. The requirements is massively mismatched. The in-game-widget-cost and growth curve are mismatched. The curve is further exaggerated by the real monetary cost associated. With recent game updates all and any advancements costs real money, rewards for achievements are far between. There are two points to be made towards the relatively inexperienced game developers: 1. High Cost of growing and leveling up limits the game to a few elite in the world – the developer is not attempting to expand the player pool by making it affordable for more to enjoy. 2. Playing for free – is not an option (no longer is). All work arounds (and we are not referring to cheating) have been closed out. Many game developers all over of the world give you the opportunity to make advancements by way of clever and intelligent play, but recently, this is no longer an option. (An example of this is that your base would require an average of 1000 gold coins a day to protect your hard work from being burnt and destroyed. If you play 7 days a week for 24hours a day, you be lucky in obtain 500 coins a day on average. You therefore have to spend real money on gold coins) A more recent game update has resulted in several servers protesting to the recent changes made (November 2020) due to newly imposed costs and reduced in game benefits. But other than these set backs, the high costs and unfortunate updates, for us it has been the best strategy war game we have ever played (for this we add one additional star). The other stars go to all the global citizens and friends we have made over the last year, not to the developers. Sociably, the game is right up there. Unless you are wealthy dont even attempt to play.
Fix your game a lot of people cant login since new event started.
After all our purchases would not let us claim our Genie rewards. Would not let us claim during the event and would not let us claim the Genie rewards after the event was over. If we knew that was gonna happen we wouldnt have spent all that money.
We have spent at least 15k on this game and because we changed our Facebook email address Im totally locked out with no Avenue to get it fixed. The developer has absolutely no care to help on these issues at all, Theyll just tell you it your fault or that your WiFi connection to too slow. Its a great game but is total fubar because of the support team. Find a different platform.
This game is designed to rip you off. They get you to build your accounts by spending money. Then they have server wars and let developers play that have unlimited power that zeros everyone. To get you to spend more money. Servers that are Arabs get twice as much in there packs, than anyone else. You let them know about problems they do nothing about it. You can even send proof with screenshots, and still nothing. Best advice stay away from it.
Ive seen army games with training units and stuff including fighting zombies but its easy (for us) we started or got very fast tons of units resources and other stuff so good job on making this amazing game.

After sending many messages to the developers with no response, we must give the game very low marks across the board. Beware, be very aware of the issues in this game.
For the amount of money they want is not worth it. The packs get smaller which they advertise as saving.The game constant glitches an crashes all the time. It crashes during events an if you happen to have your shield down say goodbye to your base. The update are no use they create more problems. After updates you will be missing power troops an packs you purchased. You have to go above an beyond to prove you have purchased. If you are not Muslim or any near US country the majority is will be very racist against you. The babil company violates it own terms an agreements. We have reported several bases bought even send pictures of the base ID numbers nothing. So do not play this game.
Its fun and all but customer service is crap and when a DEV plays theres no point of continue play when they dictate the server.
