We really enjoy playing this version of Sudoku. We especially like the Daily Challenge & the Events. Our one complaint is the pop-up challenges or notes that cover the middle of the screen. They hide the board, & we cant continue the game until it goes away.
We love this game. We played it years ago but forgot how to play it so started over again. Its coming back to us pretty quickly. Still doing the easy ones but will probably move up fairly soon. It helps that the numbers are different colors. It really makes it easier to play.

We never knew how Sudoku worked and it looked hard. We were so happy to learn how to play, thanks to the tutorials. Its challenging, but we never feel stressed and we like the way this puzzle allows you to build your skill level up. This is our favorite puzzle.
For the longest time we wanted to play this game, but couldnt, because we just didnt get itit was like trying to speak a foreign language. Then we watched an old man on YouTube break it down so even a simpleton like us could understand it, then we took the plunge and tried to find a game that would be easy for a beginner like us. Obviously we chose this one. We chose easy first and it wasnt long before we were hooked! Ive been playing for nearly two weeks we think and am in medium difficulty thinking of moving up to hard. There are no adds. No need to buy anything. Just playing the game. We have yet to use a single hint. So idk if you use hints you may need to buy those but like we said Ive never beeded to use them. Anyways we highly recommend this game.
The color scheme and self populating numbers helps bring your skills to a different level.

We love the different options to play and level up. We especially love that there are no annoying ads. That might be dangerous because we prob wont close the app out as quick as we did with other Sudokus with annoying ad apps.
We love this game! There are daily challenges and regular games of every level. There are different visual themes. We like the colorful one shown in the thumbnail. It makes it easy to keep track of and look for the numbers. Lots of fun.

We love mobility wares games. This sudoku does not repeat puzzles. It has a dark color scheme option. Choose this version of sudoku. We highly recommend. 10/10.

You can get smarter for this and its arcade and if you have a parent that likes the games sudoku, and ask how to play and youll be all right. Relaxed and try your best.
As a newbie we didnt know how to solve sudoku but after practicing, it came out to be exciting. This game has no intrusive ads.
Mindless game when you know how to play it relaxing.
We love trying to meet the challenge of the daily goals. However, when we get ones that say consecutive, it doesnt register as having been completed, even when we know for a fact that we are completing three consecutive squares, for example, example. So frustrating! We would love to see this fixed, or that daily goal removed.
Almost perfect but wish notes auto erased in the row and column after you put a number because theres no way to erase notes once you complete a number set :/ just makes the board a little messy.
We have it on hard mode so Im not sure if its an expert mode option, but we keep accidentally tapping the number instead of making a note and inadvertently make the correct guess. Then we cant erase it because its the correct guess and it ruins the puzzle. If the difference between hard and expert isnt just harder puzzles, then we feel it should explain that. It would be great to have an option to check once its complete and not automatically confirm the puzzle as solved. Otherwise, it is a great interface. The accidental guess vs note is probably our own fault.
We wish there were more options for pencil marks. Especially a delete all button since now you have to select a cell and rock numbers to remove. Also wish you could color coded cells. We love that its on Apple Arcade though, so no ads.
Very good sudoku app, and having it on Apple Arcade makes it almost perfect. Only complaint we have is the lack of an ability to autofill candidates. Many other sudoku apps have these feature – please consider adding it.
Yall were able to transfer our data from regular solitaire to Apple Arcade solitaire, just wondering why it didnt do the same here? Im not super high in levels yet but dont want to start from scratch. Other than that, looooove the game, very smooth with transitions and fun to play! Be like Extreme Makeover Home Edition and Share That Data.
There needs to be tougher puzzles than the current expert level. Also, the events are not worth the effort. We would love to see a Master level, the expert level is too easy to solve.
Its a great version of Sudoku, love the color, the levels, all of it. It would be a 6-star game if you let us choose to auto-fill the possibilities instead of having to do it manually in every empty box. Please? Please? Pretty please.
We miss the pictures you got each time you won. We know some repeated, but now we never get anything new. Miss those.
Since the recent update the app tile itself, app cover, shows up blank but once clicked the app is normal. This started happening after the recent update. We play this app daily. We enjoy it.
Lacking basic functions like autofill of candidates, undo, color shading for advanced techniques, etc. Expert level isnt particularly challenging relative to other apps.
We used to love this app and played it every day. Then at some point the developer decided to introduce events where you play a number of little mini-goals like place all the 3s or all the even numbers, etc. Not really our thing, but whatever, Im sure some folk like it. What really killed it for us though is even if youre playing a normal game (which we use as a semi-meditative mental reset), theres now a constantly animated bright icon in the lower corner for whatever the current event is. No way to remove it, no way to disable it or turn off the animation, just there constantly shining and moving while trying to focus on the main game. We keep picking up the app again every few months hoping we can manage to ignore it, or that theyve introduced a setting to turn it off, but so far no luck, and we end up dropping it again. We otherwise love the color coded numbers and the way they highlight selected numbers, rows & columns, etc. Maybe one day theyll fix it and we can get our daily play back in again. In the mean time, its too cruel to our brain to keep letting it attack our attention span like that.
App CONSTANTLY nags us to turn on x y z settings every single time we reopen the app, even thought we chose to not enable them.
This game is cute and colorful, but there is no way turn off sounds! We have to turn off our device sounds to get relief.
This is the best Sudoku app Ive ever played. It combines all the best features of other Sudoku apps into one. For instance, it highlights the numbers that havent been used yet in each square and how many of each number are left on the board. It also allows you to use the notation feature and many more. This app clearly shows that the developers genuinely care about Sudoku.
We subscribe to Apple Arcade fr no ads. Yet with the recent updates there are ads for other Mbikityware games. No ads should mean no ads from any company.
Our original review was because expert level puzzles dont use good techniques for solving. Im updating this and lowering the score because theyve started including ads for their other products.
