This is our free version for both iPhone and iPad with a large selection of puzzles to get you started with Sudoku X4. It can be upgraded to use our game engine that generates unlimited new puzzles at the touch of your finger. (Your iPhone or iPad is the computer making the puzzles!)
We have the classic Sudoku puzzles that you know and love. Then for a different twist on the game, try our Jigsaw Sudokus. Instead of the usual square boxes, these puzzles have odd-shaped groups which require a slightly different perspective as you work through them. We round out the selection with X variations on both of these puzzle types. In addition to the usual Sudoku rules, these X-Sudokus have a fourth restriction in the diagonals, which must also contain the digits 1-9. Not really harder, just interesting variations on the simpler Sudoku puzzle types.
Our Sudokus have 6 levels of difficulty, from absolute beginner to really, really hard. For newbies or aficionados who just want to relax, there are puzzles that require only simple techniques. At the other end of the scale, we have puzzles with Franken Fish, XY-Wing and other extreme patterns that will challenge even the most advanced puzzlers. (With no guessing required, of course.) These "really, really hard" puzzles rival the best handmade Sudokus.
We include an album storage system that allows you to save (and view) your partially solved and solved puzzles, as well as your choices for new puzzles. Our friendly user interface makes solving a pleasure, offering a great note implementation, various ink colors, a timer and complete undo/redo capabilities.

In our opinion the is the best sudoku app out there. We wish the creators would update it because we cant get it on our iPhone which is newer than the iPad we play it on.
We love this sudoku app. It not only has great graphics and interface but it also has jigsaw and X sudokus. Difficulty levels are from very easy to very hard but they all have a unique solution. No guessing necessary. Our only problem has been that when prompted to write a review it cant access the App Store. By the way it comes with a small set of free samples but we could buy an unlimited number of sudokus for $2.99. Mr. Don Quixote.
Never disappointed as the variations always keep us challenged; always!! Wish the jigsaw puzzle types could be chosen, the difficulty level moved closer to the current game and tapping a digit on the board highlights all of the same digits. We would have given 5-stars if the authors would fix the rotation issue for iPad2 v.ios7! It's cumbersome to have to constantly rotate the iPad between the current game and the previous screen. We're still waiting for an update for ios7 to fix a rotation issue! Our queries have fallen on deaf ears!!! Please fix this! 151117.
Whenever we try to open the game now , it instantly crashes before even getting to the games splash screen. Attempted reinstalling the game with no changes occurring.
We love this app, but it now kicks you out of the app when trying to add a new puzzle. This started happening after the latest iOS upgrade. We would have rated it 5 stars if not for this bug.
We got this app only because it included the option for jigsaw sudoku puzzles. We've played the games that came with it, but when we click on the + to add more games an error message flashes on the screen and immediately disappears. It can't be read. The app then shuts down. The puzzles were good, but we only had 2 of them to play. Don't know how to get more.
We have a 4hd game that is hung up and will not open on plates 169.
It's worth a few bucks to get unlimited puzzles. It would be nice to have a larger display.
This sudoku app, is for all levels of competition and has the jigsaw 'and' the regular 9 square. It is by far the easiest sudoku game to operate/use and we tried most of them. However, you need to know, there are no hints and you can change the color of your numbers, so you can go backwards, if you have to, or you can reset the game. Have fun…. A Happy Camper.
The interface is attractive and intuitive to use, the help is there if you want it and not if you don't, and the different skill levels mean there's something for every need-a few minutes or a good half-hour puzzler. We don't bother much with ordinary Sudoku any more, mostly playing 'Squiggly', or what this app calls 'jigsaw' types, and these are very complicated and satisfying. And the prospect of unlimited puzzles when we finish the ones in the app (in-app purchase only $2) is very attractive. A sudoku book costs $6 or more, and doesn't come with Squigglies.

Best Sudoku app we've use. Great way way to pass some time. Maybe to good. If you know you like Sudoku this ones for you. You can make it as easy, or challenging as you want it.
We have been looking for a great sudoku game with different patterns and Xs for as long as we've had our 1st IPad. We have finally found one that has everything we wanted! Now all we have to do is play it and we can enjoy it without having to combine different apps for everything we wanted. Thank you for creating this great multi patterned game! We are addicted now.

The only thing that would make this better is if the board would light up the numbers you are working on so you could pick them out more clearly.
Love this game! We've tried several other Sudoku games, but this is the first one we've seen that provides so many options for puzzle format, difficulty level and method of play. It includes our favorite Jigsaw style puzzles and we can turn the timer OFF!! Yay.

We love this game!! It includes all variations of the game and we're hooked on Jigsaw Cross.
This thing has a nice feature that we really appreciate. You can select to have the impossibilities auto-removed. We like sudoku but that part is so tedious, this will do it for you if you want so you can skip the boring stuff and get to the brain exercising. You have to pay for more puzzles though which they did not put in the advertisement. Overall though we're very happy with it.

This is a great sudoku game! We love sudoku and this jigsaw sudoku has us hooked.
Everyone in our family has this game and we love it! It's the best sudoku game available anywhere! It has a beautiful colorful user interface that is simple to use as well as regular, jigsaw and jigsaw X games available in many levels. We love the option of the red check mark. When the checkmark is selected, any mistakes you make will highlight in red, which is a great option for beginners. It also allows you to pencil in potential numbers. If you love sudoku, then you'll love this app. It's so much fun and we can't put it down for very long! And we long to play it when we can't. Now that's an awesome app.
Love all of the four varieties offered and love the option of using different colored fonts to pencil in tentative answers to the tricky ones. Love the way it is, but would have loved it even more if the Kakuro sudoku version was also one of the varieties. We don't find the "really really hard" level is more difficult than the "going pro" level for the square X variety.
This one you can play over and over without having to pay.

We do a whole lot of sudoku, 4.R.E.A.L.. To have variations @ hand is a joy! Thanks for the break from the norm ;).
We were looking for a variety of sudoku layouts and this app had our favourite which is the jigsaw sudoku. It also has the X variety which adds some interest. That's why it gets 4 stars. It's kind of cumbersome to switch between levels of difficulty so that's a minus. Also it doesn't help you to keep track of how many boxes have been filled for each digit which is a feature that we like to have, although it does tell you when all instances for a particular number are full.
Doesn't fill the iPhone 5 screen all the way. Game controls are only so so.
We love sudoku X and this is the only app we have found that has it. It is actually a good sudoku game, but there are only 12 total X games (for straight, not puzzle sudoku). We have finished all of them and thus can no longer play sudoku X.
There's only 2 puzzles for each category.
We love your puzzles. It is very frustrating that you only offer 48 of them while other apps offer endless amounts of them.
Love this game. We downloaded it for the jigsaw sudoku. We couldn't find them anywhere else.
